It can be seen from the capability opening implementation method provided by the present invention that, in the future 5G network architecture, the opening of network capability is implemented through the network slice management and arrangement function. In particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
the network slice management and arrangement function can arrange a capability open platform, and comprises the following steps: the network slice management and arrangement functional entity carries out network arrangement on the capability open platform according to the performance requirements of the capability open platform, creates a network function open service component required by the capability open platform, loads a service version, enables the capability open platform to meet the actual requirements of the third party and the operator, and can dynamically load/unload the service component required by the third party in the service process, and enables the network capability open to realize software programming.
In the process of establishing the network slice and the network functional entity, the network slice management and arrangement functional entity loads the network capacity opening component responsible for the network capacity opening in the network slice as a basic component and configures a logical connection relation with each related network function of the network slice, so that the network capacity opening component becomes a window for opening the network capacity of the network slice to the outside; in the process of creating the network functional entity, the network capacity opening module is used as a basic module to be embedded into the network functional entity, so that the network functional entity has the capacity of opening to the outside and the like, and the functions of processing protocols, configuration, signaling interaction and the like related to the network capacity opening are realized.
The network capability of the network side open to the outside is programmable, upgradeable, tailorable and schedulable. Further, the method of the invention also comprises the following steps: according to the update of the configuration of the network capacity opening of the operator or the new requirement of the third-party service on the network capacity opening, the network slice and the network capacity opening to the outside of the network functional entity are arranged and updated in a network arranging mode.
According to the capacity opening implementation method provided by the invention, after the network function and the network slice are successfully established, the 5G framework has the flexible and programmable network capacity which is opened to the outside.
Furthermore, the network slice management and arrangement function realizes the upgrading and cutting of the network capability.
Furthermore, according to the actual requirements of a third party and the strategy of an operator, the dynamic scheduling of the network capacity opening is realized.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an embodiment of embedding a network capability openness entity and a network capability openness module in a network slice and a network function entity during creation according to the present invention, in the embodiment, a network capability openness component is embedded in an initial creation of a network slice as a basic component, which is responsible for the network slice openness and capability authentication for the external capability; the network function entity embeds a network capability opening module in the initial creation and is responsible for opening the external provision capability of the network function. After the network slice and the network functional entities are created, the network capacity opening module embedded in each network functional entity needs to register to the network capacity opening component to inform the network element function and the network capacity of the network capacity opening module, the network capacity opening component generates network capacity information of the network slice and reports the network capacity information to the capacity opening platform, and a network operator and a third party can inquire the network capacity and call the network capacity. As shown in fig. 4, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 400: the network slice management and orchestration function creates the network slices needed by the user, either according to the network slice static configuration of the network operator, or the network slice requirements from third party services.
When the network slice is created, the network capacity opening component is used as a basic component to be loaded into the network slice, the network capacity opening module is used as a basic module to be loaded into the network functional entity, and after the network slice and the network functional entity are created, the network capacity opening function is achieved, and the network capacity opening function has the advantages that the network function can be independently upgraded, the capacity opening option can be cut and the like.
Step 401: after the network slice is created, each network functional entity in the network slice notifies the network capability opening module of each network functional entity in the network slice of information of the network capability opening component in the network slice, such as identification id, IP address and the like, through query or a network slice management function; and after obtaining the information of the network capability opening component of the network slice, the network functional entity in the network slice registers to the network capability opening component (NFC-nce).
Further, when the related network functional entity is changed or deleted in the network slice, only the network capability openness component needs to be registered or unregistered again.
Step 402 to step 403: and the network capability opening module in each network functional entity notifies the network capability opening component of the capability information of the network functional entity.
In the embodiment, the description is given by taking an example that a Network Function (NF) control entity and a network function session entity notify respective network capabilities to a network capability openness component in a network slice through an embedded network capability openness module, and is not used to limit the protection scope of the present invention, that is, other network functions in the network slice may also register to the network capability openness component and perform network function capabilities, and details are not described here.
Step 404: the network capacity opening component in the network slice generates the network capacity information of the network slice and each related network functional entity according to the capacity information of each network functional entity so as to be inquired by a network operator and a third party, thereby facilitating the unified management of the network capacity to the outside and the hierarchical opening of the network capacity to the third party.
Step 405: and the network capacity opening component in the network slice reports the generated network capacity information to the capacity opening platform so that a network operator and a third-party service can inquire the network capacity of the network slice, and the third-party service can conveniently call the network capacity.
The embodiment shown in fig. 4 mainly illustrates that when a network slice and a network function entity are created, the network slice or the network function entity has the capability of opening the network capability at the time of initial creation by embedding a network capability opening component and a network capability expansion opening module. According to the embodiment, the network capacity opening component is adopted in the network slice to carry out unified management on the network capacity opening, and the network capacity opening component interacts with the capacity opening platform, so that the network capacity is opened to the third-party service.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart of an embodiment of a third party service querying and subscribing to network capability information for network capability invocation according to the invention. In this embodiment, the third-party service or the service provider queries or subscribes the network capability information from the network side according to the service requirement, which is not limited to the network capability information of the network slice and the network capability information of each network functional entity in the network slice. Firstly, a network capacity opening component in the network slice performs network capacity information interaction with each network functional entity in the network slice to generate network capacity information of each network functional entity and network capacity information of the network slice, and then opens the network capacity information to a third-party service. As shown in fig. 5, the specific implementation of this embodiment includes:
step 500: the third-party service, such as a third-party service server or a service provider, queries or subscribes the network capability from the capability open platform according to the current service requirement or the requirement of calling the network capability of the network side by itself, and parameters carried in the query or subscription request include but are not limited to: traffic type, network slice type, network function type, etc.
The service type is used for the capability opening platform to select the network slice meeting the service characteristic requirement according to the service characteristic, and provide the network capability of the corresponding network slice meeting the service requirement and the network capability of each network functional entity for the third-party service. The network slice type and the network function type are used for limiting the network capability information of the specific network slice and network function entity which needs to be inquired or subscribed currently.
It should be noted that the third-party service knows the network capabilities of the served network and the network functional entity through the process shown in fig. 4, so that different network capabilities can be invoked to provide differentiated services for the user.
Step 501 to step 502: after receiving a network capability query or subscription request of a third-party service, the capability opening platform selects a proper network slice according to information such as a service type, a network slice type and the like, and acquires an IP address of a network capability opening component of the network slice, such as: the IP address of the network capability openness component of the network slice can be obtained by means of a network slice id query. And the capability opening platform sends a network capability query or subscription request of a third-party service to the network capability opening component in the selected network slice, wherein the network capability query or subscription request carries network capability query or subscription information, such as network capability information of a query or subscription Network Function (NF).
In this step, the capability openness platform may match the network slice type satisfying the requirement according to the service type, and search the NF-nce entry address of the network slice, that is, the IP address of the network capability openness component of the network slice.
Step 503 to step 504: after receiving a network capacity query or subscription request, a network capacity opening component in the network slice authenticates the third-party service and authenticates whether the third-party service has the authority of network capacity query or subscription; after the authentication is passed, executing a network capability query or subscription operation, and sending a network capability query or subscription request to a network capability open module (described in this embodiment by taking NF session and NF control as examples) embedded in a related Network Function (NF); and the network capacity opening module embedded in the related network function reports the network capacity information of each network function entity, so that the network capacity opening component acquires the network capacity information of each network function entity.
Step 505: and the network capacity opening component in the network slice generates network capacity information required by the third-party service according to the network capacity inquiry and subscription information and sends the network capacity information to the capacity opening platform. The generated network capability information contains the network capability information of the network slice required by the third-party service and the network capability information of each related network functional entity, so as to be inquired and called by the third-party service.
Step 506: and the capability opening platform collects the network capability information of each relevant network slice corresponding to the service characteristics of the current service requirement and sends the collected network capability information to the third-party service.
Here, the summary is a collection process, and since the information of each network slice is reported first, the capability openness platform collects the information of all the service-related network slices and reports the information together.
Step 507: if the third-party service is the network capability information of the subscription network side, when the network capability information of a certain network functional entity in the network slice is updated, such as an extended function or a deleted function, the updated network capability information of the network functional entity is reported to the network capability opening component of the network slice.
Step 508: and the network capacity opening component in the network slice updates the current network capacity information according to the network capacity subscription information and sends the current network capacity information to the capacity opening platform. The network capability information comprises network capability information of network slices required by the third-party service and network capability information of each related network functional entity, so as to be inquired and called by the third-party service.
Step 509: and after receiving the updated network capacity information, the capacity open platform collects the updated network capacity information of each relevant network slice corresponding to the service characteristics of the current service requirement, and sends the collected network capacity information to the third-party service, so that the third-party service can know the change of the network capacity of the network side in time and call the change within the network capacity range of the network side.
The embodiment shown in fig. 5 mainly illustrates an implementation manner in which the third-party service periodically queries or subscribes the network capability information of the network side according to the service requirement or the requirement of calling the network capability of the network side by the third-party service. And the capability opening platform selects the network slice according to the service characteristics, sends the query/subscription request to the network capability opening component in the network slice for execution, the network capability opening component acquires the network capability information from each network functional entity and reports the network capability information to the capability opening platform, and the capability opening platform reports the network capability information to the third-party service. Therefore, the third-party service can call the network capacity within the capacity range of the network side according to the network capacity information.
FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a third party service requesting a network capability to be added for a network capability call. In this embodiment, a third-party service server or a service provider, according to a network capability call flow triggered when a new service requirement requires to expand a network capability of a network, interacts with each network functional entity in a network slice through a network capability opening component in the network slice to generate a functional module that each network functional entity needs to be expanded and a network function that the new service needs to be expanded, interacts with a network slice management and arrangement functional entity, updates the network capability of the network slice, enables the network slice to have the expanded network capability that the third-party service needs to be expanded, and provides the expanded network capability opening for the third-party service. As shown in fig. 6, the specific implementation includes the following steps:
step 600: the third-party service provider and the third-party application server request the new service network capacity required by the new service from the capacity open platform according to the new service requirement, such as: network capabilities to support internet of things services, network capabilities to support internet of vehicles services, and the like.
Further, the third-party service may query whether the network slice of the network satisfies the service requirement through the network capability information of the network slice provided by the network side, and if the network slice of the network side cannot completely satisfy the function and performance requirements of the service, the network capability needs to be added. Therefore, the request information of the network capability of the new service required by the new service can also carry the selected network slice information and the parameter of the network capability of the new service.
When a third-party service provider deploys new services or upgrades applications, the network side needs to enhance the network capability to support the new applications.
Step 601: and after receiving a request of newly-added service network capacity of a third-party service, the capacity open platform selects a proper network slice according to the network slice information, and if the request does not carry the network slice information, the capacity open platform selects a proper network slice according to the third-party service requirement.
In this way, the capability openness platform may obtain the IP address of the network capability openness component in the selected network slice, for example, obtain the IP address of the network capability openness component in the network slice in a manner of querying the subscription server according to the network slice id, and map the third-party service newly-added capability parameter to the newly-added service network capability parameter at the network side, for example, map the user service quality (such as user bandwidth, service delay, and the like) to the network-side QoS parameter (such as guaranteed bandwidth, delay, and the like).
Step 602: and the capability opening platform sends a new service network capability calling request to the network capability opening component in the selected network slice, wherein the new service network capability calling request carries the required new service network capability parameters.
In this embodiment, the capability openness platform converts the network service capability into a network capability that needs to be added on the network side, and requests to add the network capability through NF-nce.
Step 603: and after receiving the network capacity calling request of the newly added service, the network capacity opening component in the network slice authenticates the third-party service and authenticates whether the third-party service has the network capacity calling authority of the newly added service. After the authentication is passed, the network capability parameter of the newly added service is sent to the network capability opening module of each network functional entity in the network slice, and interacts with each network capability opening module to generate the network capability parameter of each network function to be updated, and the network functional entity and the resource parameter which meet the requirement of the newly added service on new addition.
Step 604: and the network capacity opening component in the network slice generates the network capacity parameter requirement of each network function to be updated according to the newly-added network capacity required by the third-party service, meets the newly-added network function entity and resource parameter requirement required by the newly-added service, reports the network capacity parameter requirement to the network slice management and arrangement function entity, and updates the network slice by the network slice management and arrangement function.
Step 605 to step 606: the network slice management and arrangement function entity updates a network slice template, creates a newly added network function for the network slice, adds a function module required by a newly added service for the existing network function, dynamically schedules network resources of each network function and updates network topology, so that the updated network slice meets the network capacity calling requirement of the newly added service.
In this embodiment, a network slice management and orchestration function entity is requested to add a new network capability openness module to a network function entity in a network or add a new network function through a network capability openness module embedded in the network, so as to expand a network enhancement function of a new service to meet a new service requirement
Step 607: after the network slice is successfully updated, the network functional entities in the network slice are not limited to the original network functional entities and the newly added network functional entities, and the network capacity after the network function is updated is notified to the network capacity opening component through the embedded network capacity opening module, so that the network capacity opening component can know that the network functional entities of the network slice have the network capacity of the newly added service, and the network capacity opening requirement of a third-party service can be met.
Step 608 to step 609: a network capacity opening component in the network slice returns a newly added service network capacity calling confirmation message to the capacity opening platform, wherein the message carries updated network capacity information; and the capacity open platform returns the network capacity calling confirmation message of the newly added service to the third-party service, and simultaneously informs the updated network capacity information to the third-party service, so that the third-party service can reasonably call the network capacity according to the newly added network capacity of the network.
The embodiment shown in fig. 6 mainly illustrates that when the third-party service initiates the call of the network capability of the newly added service, the third-party service may request the network side to add the service network capability required by the related service through interaction with the network side. And the network capability of the newly added service is expanded, and the capability opening platform can cooperate with the network capability opening component of the network slice. The network capacity opening component initiates a network slice updating request to the network slice managing and arranging function to request for updating the service network capacity of the existing network function and the newly added network function, and the network slice managing and arranging function updates the network slice so that the network capacity meets the requirement of the newly added service of the third-party service and the third-party service can call the newly added network capacity.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart of an embodiment of invoking and negotiating network capabilities of a network slice by a third-party service server or a service provider according to service requirements, according to which signaling cooperation with a network side in terms of network capabilities is implemented to update network side parameters and behaviors related to a user. In this embodiment, a third-party service, such as a third-party service or a service provider, performs network capability signaling coordination with a network side according to current service requirements, for example, when operations such as updating a network QoS parameter, downloading a communication template, querying user location information, and third-party payment are performed, the third-party service performs a network capability calling operation with the network side through a capability open platform, so as to update a network side parameter by a service. In this embodiment, the network capability coordination is performed between the third-party service and the network side, so that the network side can execute and complete the network capability call of the third-party service. As shown in fig. 7, the specific implementation includes:
step 700: the third-party service or the service provider performs network capability signaling coordination with the network side according to the current service requirement, such as operations of updating network QoS parameters, downloading a communication template, inquiring user position information, third-party payment and the like, and the third-party service performs network capability calling operation with the network side through the capability open platform so as to update the network side parameters by the service. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
the third-party service sends a network capacity calling request to the capacity opening platform to request the network side to provide required network capacity according to the third-party service requirement, such as operations of modifying network side parameters and the like. The network capability calling request can carry network slice information (such as network slice type, network slice identifier, IP address and the like), network capability calling information (such as network capability calling type, which is not limited to the types of a new network QoS parameter, a communication template downloading, user position information inquiry, third party payment and the like; and service parameters corresponding to the network capability calling type, such as parameters of calling time window, bandwidth, charging and the like related to the communication template type).
Step 701 to step 702: after receiving a network capacity calling request of a third-party service, the capacity opening platform selects a proper network slice according to network slice information and acquires an IP address of a network capacity opening component of the network slice; and the capability opening platform sends a network capability calling request of the third-party service to the network capability opening component in the selected network slice, wherein the network capability calling request carries network capability calling information.
Step 703: after receiving the network capacity calling request, a network capacity opening component in the network slice authenticates the third-party service and authenticates whether the third party has the network capacity calling authority; after the authentication is passed, the network capability calling type of the network capability calling information is matched with the existing network function entity and the possessed network capability in the network slice, if the matching is successful, the network slice supports the network capability called by the service, and the network capability calling can be directly executed. If the matching is unsuccessful, the network function in the network slice cannot completely meet the network capability calling requirement, and updating and upgrading are needed.
Step 704: the network capacity opening component in the network slice reports the function modules and resource requirements which need to be added to each existing network function entity in the network slice and the network function entities and resource requirements which need to be added for the service to the network slice management and arrangement function entity according to the network capacity required by the third-party service, and the network slice is updated by the network slice management and arrangement function, wherein the updating comprises but is not limited to creating a new network function, expanding the function modules of the existing network functions, dynamically scheduling network resources and updating network topology.
Step 705: and after the network slice is updated successfully, the network slice already has the network capability calling capability required by the third-party service. And the network capacity opening component in the network slice requests a related network functional entity in the network slice to execute network capacity calling according to the network capacity required by the third-party service, wherein the request carries network capacity calling information.
And the related network functional entities in the network slice execute the network capability calling, such as operations of modifying QoS (quality of service), executing third-party charging, executing user data transmission according to a communication template and the like, through the embedded network capability opening module.
Step 706 to step 708: reporting the network capability execution result condition of the network function to a network capability opening component through an embedded network capability opening module by each related network function entity for executing network function call in the network slice; and the network capacity opening component in the network slice confirms that the network capacity calling operation is completed according to the network capacity execution result of each related network functional entity.
Step 709 to step 710: the network capacity opening component in the network slice returns a network capacity calling confirmation message to the capacity opening functional entity, and the network capacity calling confirmation message carries network capacity calling information and is not limited to the execution condition of executing network function calling by related network functions; and the capability opening platform returns a network capability calling confirmation message to the third-party service so as to confirm that the network capability calling is completed.
The embodiment mainly describes that the third-party service cooperates with the network side to invoke the network capability in real time through the network capability opening component of the network slice, and executes the update of the related parameters and behaviors of the network side according to the current business requirements. If the network capability of the current network cannot meet the service requirement, the network capability opening component can update the network capability of the network slice to the network slice management and arrangement function, so that the network capability meets the requirement of the third-party service and the third-party service can call the network capability.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a first embodiment of a capability openness implementation apparatus according to the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, including at least a network capability openness component and a network capability openness module; wherein,

the reporting module is used for generating the network slice and the network capability information of each related network functional entity according to the capability information of each network functional entity registered to the reporting module; and reporting the generated network capability information to the capability open platform.
The capability openness realization device further comprises: the first processing module is used for receiving a network capacity query or subscription request, authenticating the third-party service initiating the request, executing network capacity query or subscription operation after authenticating that the third-party service has the authority of network capacity query or subscription, and sending the network capacity query or subscription request to the network capacity open module embedded in the relevant network function; and generating network capacity information required by the third-party service according to the network capacity inquiry and subscription information, and sending the network capacity information to the capacity open platform.

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a second embodiment of a capability openness implementation apparatus according to the present invention, which may be disposed in a capability openness platform and at least include an acquisition module and a processing module; wherein,
the acquisition module is used for receiving and storing the network capacity information reported by the network capacity open component;
the processing module is used for receiving a request for inquiring or subscribing the network capacity from a third-party service, selecting a proper network slice according to the service type and the network slice type carried in the request for inquiring or subscribing the network capacity, and acquiring the IP address of the network capacity opening component of the network slice; sending a request for receiving inquiry or subscribing network capacity to a network capacity opening component in the selected network slice; receiving network capacity information required by the third-party service generated by the network capacity opening component; and summarizing the network capacity information of each relevant network slice corresponding to the service characteristics of the current service requirement, and sending the summarized network capacity information to a third-party service.

the processing module is further configured to: receiving a request of network capacity of a newly added service required by the newly added service from a third-party service, and selecting a proper network slice; sending a new service network capacity calling request to the network capacity opening component in the selected network slice; and returning the received network capacity calling confirmation message of the newly added service carrying the updated network capacity information to the third-party service, and simultaneously informing the updated network capacity information to the third-party service.

Claims (26)

1. A capacity openness implementation method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in the creation of a network slice and a network function NF entity, a network capacity opening component is used as a basic component to be loaded into the network slice, and a network capacity opening module is used as a basic module to be loaded into the network function entity;
the network capacity opening component is used for being responsible for opening the external capacity and authenticating the capacity of the network slice; and the network capability opening module is used for being responsible for opening the external provision capability of the network functional entity.
2. The capability openness implementation method of claim 1, further comprising:
and arranging and updating the network slice and the externally-opened network capacity of the network functional entity in a network arranging mode according to the update of the configuration opened by the operator to the network capacity or the new requirement of the third-party service to the network capacity.
3. The capability openness implementation method of claim 1, further comprising, after the creation of the network slice is completed:
the network capacity opening module acquires the information of the network capacity opening component through inquiry and registers the network capacity opening component; and informing the network capability opening component of the capability information of the network functional entity.
4. The capability openness implementation method of claim 3, further comprising:
the network capacity opening component generates the network slice and the network capacity information of each related network functional entity according to the capacity information of each network functional entity; and reporting the generated network capability information to the capability open platform.
5. The method for openly implementing the capability of claim 1, wherein when the related network function entity is changed or deleted in the network slice, the method further comprises:
and the network capability opening module registers or deregisters with the network capability opening component again.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after the network capability openness component receives the network capability query or the subscription request, the method further comprises:
the network capacity opening component authenticates the third-party service initiating the request, executes network capacity query or subscription operation after authenticating that the third-party service has the network capacity query or subscription authority, and sends a network capacity query or subscription request to a network capacity opening module embedded with related network functions;
the network capacity opening module embedded in the related network function reports the network capacity information of the network function entity where the network capacity opening module is located to the network capacity opening component;
and the network capacity opening component generates network capacity information required by the third-party service according to the network capacity inquiry and subscription information and sends the network capacity information to the capacity opening platform.
7. The method for implementing capability opening according to claim 1, wherein when the network capability opening component receives a new service network capability calling request, further comprising:
the network capacity opening component authenticates a third-party service initiating a network capacity calling request of a newly added service, and after the third-party service is authenticated to have the network capacity calling authority of the newly added service, the network capacity opening component sends network capacity parameters of the newly added service to the network capacity opening modules of the network functional entities in the network slice and interacts with the network capacity opening modules to generate network capacity parameters of the network functions to be updated;
generating network capacity parameter requirements of each network function to be updated according to the newly-added network capacity required by the third-party service, meeting the newly-added network function entity and resource parameter requirements required by the newly-added service, and reporting to a network slice management and arrangement function entity;
and after the network slice is successfully updated, returning a network capacity calling confirmation message of the newly added service to the capacity open platform.
8. The method for implementing capability opening according to claim 1, wherein when the network capability opening component receives a network capability calling request, the method further comprises:
the network capacity opening component authenticates the third-party service, after the third-party service is authenticated to have the network capacity calling authority, the network capacity calling type of the network capacity calling information is matched with the existing network functional entity and the possessed network capacity in the network slice, if the matching is unsuccessful, the functional module and the resource requirement which are required to be added by each existing network functional entity in the network slice and the network functional entity and the resource requirement which are required to be newly added for the service are reported to the network slice management and arrangement functional entity according to the network capacity required by the third-party service;
after the network slice is updated successfully, according to the network capacity required by the third-party service, requesting a related network function entity in the network slice to execute network capacity calling, wherein the request carries network capacity calling information;
the network capability opening module receives the request for executing the network capability calling, executes the network capability calling, and reports the network capability executing result condition of the network function to the network capability opening component;
and the network capacity opening component confirms that the network capacity calling operation is finished according to the network capacity execution result of each related network functional entity, and returns a network capacity calling confirmation message to the capacity opening functional entity, wherein the network capacity calling confirmation message carries network capacity calling information.
9. A capacity openness implementation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: the capability opening platform receives and stores the network capability information reported by the network capability opening component;
when the capability opening platform receives a request for inquiring or subscribing network capability from a third-party service, selecting a proper network slice, and acquiring an IP address of a network capability opening component of the network slice;
sending a request for receiving inquiry or subscribing network capacity to a network capacity opening component in the selected network slice; receiving network capacity information required by the third-party service generated by the network capacity opening component; and summarizing the network capacity information of each relevant network slice corresponding to the service characteristics of the current service requirement, and sending the summarized network capacity information to a third-party service.
10. The method for implementing capability openness of claim 9, wherein the capability openness platform receives a request for network capability of a new service required by the new service from a third-party service, and further comprises:
the capability opening platform selects a proper network slice and sends a network capability calling request of a newly added service to the network capability opening component in the selected network slice;
and returning the received network capacity calling confirmation message of the newly added service carrying the updated network capacity information to the third-party service, and simultaneously informing the updated network capacity information to the third-party service.
11. The method for implementing capability opening according to claim 9, wherein the capability opening platform receives a network capability calling request from a third-party service, further comprising:
the capability opening platform selects a proper network slice according to the network slice information and acquires the IP address of the network capability opening component of the network slice;
sending a network capacity calling request of a third-party service to the network capacity opening component in the selected network slice, wherein the network capacity calling request carries network capacity calling information;
and returning the received network capacity calling confirmation message to the third-party service.
12. The device for realizing the capability openness is characterized by at least comprising a network capability openness component and a network capability openness module; wherein,
the network capacity opening component is a basic component loaded in the network slice when the network slice is created and is used for being responsible for the opening of the external capacity and the capacity authentication of the network slice;
the network capability opening module is a basic module loaded in the network functional entity in the network slice when the network functional entity is created, and is used for being responsible for opening the capability provided by the network functional entity to the outside.
13. The capability openness implementation apparatus of claim 12, wherein the network capability openness module is further configured to: after the network slice is established, acquiring information of the network capacity open component through inquiry, and registering the network capacity open component; and informing the capability information of the network functional entity to the network capability opening component.
14. The capability openness implementation apparatus of claim 13, wherein the network capability openness component is further configured to: generating the network slice and the network capability information of each related network functional entity according to the capability information of each network functional entity; and reporting the generated network capability information to the capability open platform.
15. The capability openness implementation apparatus of claim 12, wherein when the relevant network function entity is changed or deleted in the network slice, the network capability openness module is further configured to: and re-registering or de-registering with the network capability opening component.
16. The capability openness implementation apparatus of claim 12, wherein the network capability openness component is further configured to: after receiving a network capacity query or subscription request, authenticating the third-party service initiating the request, after authenticating that the third-party service has the network capacity query or subscription authority, executing network capacity query or subscription operation, and sending the network capacity query or subscription request to a network capacity open module embedded in a related network function; generating network capacity information required by the third-party service according to the network capacity inquiry and subscription information and sending the network capacity information to the capacity open platform; accordingly, the number of the first and second electrodes,
the network capability opening module embedded in the related network function is further used for: and reporting the network capability information of the network functional entity to the network capability open component.

The capability openness implementation apparatus of claim 12, wherein the network capability openness component is further configured to: receiving a network capacity calling request of a newly added service, authenticating the third-party service, sending network capacity parameters of the newly added service to network capacity opening modules of network functional entities in a network slice after the third-party service is authenticated to have network capacity calling authority of the newly added service, and interacting with the network capacity opening modules to generate network capacity parameters of the network functions to be updated; according to the newly-added network capacity required by the third-party service, generating the network capacity parameter requirement of each network function to be updated, meeting the newly-added network function entity and resource parameter requirement required by the newly-added service, and reporting to the network slice management and arrangement function entity; and after the network slice is successfully updated, returning a network capacity calling confirmation message of the newly added service to the capacity open platform.
18. The capability openness implementation apparatus of claim 12, wherein the network capability openness component is further configured to: receiving a network capacity calling request, authenticating a third-party service, and after the third party is authenticated to have a network capacity calling authority, matching the network capacity calling type of the network capacity calling information with the existing network functional entity and the possessed network capacity in the network slice, if the matching is unsuccessful, reporting the functional module and the resource requirement which are required to be added by each existing network functional entity in the network slice and the network functional entity and the resource requirement which are required to be newly added for the service to a network slice management and arrangement functional entity according to the network capacity required by the third-party service; after the network slice is updated successfully, according to the network capacity required by the third-party service, requesting a related network function entity in the network slice to execute network capacity calling, wherein the request carries network capacity calling information; after the network capacity calling operation is completed, returning a network capacity calling confirmation message to the capacity open functional entity, wherein the network capacity calling confirmation message carries network capacity calling information; accordingly, the number of the first and second electrodes,
the network capability opening module is further configured to: and receiving a request for executing the network capability call, and reporting the network capability execution result condition of the network function to the network capability opening component.
19. The device for realizing capability openness is a basic component loaded in a network slice when the network slice is created and is used for being responsible for the capability openness and capability authentication of the network slice to the outside; at least comprises the following steps:
the reporting module is used for generating the network slice and the network capability information of each related network functional entity according to the capability information of each network functional entity registered to the reporting module; and reporting the generated network capability information to the capability open platform.
20. The capability openness realization device according to claim 19, further comprising a first processing module, configured to receive a network capability query or subscription request, authenticate a third-party service that initiates the request, authenticate that the third-party service has a right of the network capability query or subscription, execute a network capability query or subscription operation, and send a network capability query or subscription request to the network capability openness module embedded in the relevant network function; and generating network capacity information required by the third-party service according to the network capacity inquiry and subscription information, and sending the network capacity information to the capacity open platform.
21. The capability openness implementation apparatus of claim 19, wherein the first processing module is further configured to: receiving a network capacity calling request of a newly added service, authenticating the third-party service, sending network capacity parameters of the newly added service to network capacity opening modules of network functional entities in a network slice after the third-party service is authenticated to have network capacity calling authority of the newly added service, and interacting with the network capacity opening modules to generate network capacity parameters of the network functions to be updated; according to the newly-added network capacity required by the third-party service, generating the network capacity parameter requirement of each network function to be updated, meeting the newly-added network function entity and resource parameter requirement required by the newly-added service, and reporting to the network slice management and arrangement function entity; and after the network slice is successfully updated, returning a network capacity calling confirmation message of the newly added service to the capacity open platform.
22. The capability openness implementation apparatus of claim 19, wherein the first processing module is further configured to: receiving a network capability calling request, authenticating a third-party service, and after the third party is authenticated to have a network capability calling authority, matching the network capability calling type of the network capability calling information with the network function entities in the network slice and the possessed network capability, if the matching is unsuccessful, reporting the function modules and resource requirements which need to be added by each network function entity in the network slice, and the network function entities and resource requirements which need to be newly added for the service to a network slice management and arrangement function entity according to the network capability required by the third-party service; after the network slice is updated successfully, according to the network capacity required by the third-party service, requesting a related network function entity in the network slice to execute network capacity calling, wherein the request carries network capacity calling information; and after the network capability calling operation is completed, returning a network capability calling confirmation message to the capability open functional entity, wherein the network capability calling confirmation message carries network capability calling information.
23. The device for realizing the capability openness is characterized by at least comprising an acquisition module and a processing module; wherein,
the acquisition module is used for receiving and storing the network capacity information reported by the network capacity open component;
the processing module is used for receiving a request for inquiring or subscribing network capacity from a third-party service, selecting a proper network slice and acquiring the IP address of the network capacity opening component of the network slice; sending a request for receiving inquiry or subscribing network capacity to a network capacity opening component in the selected network slice; receiving network capacity information required by the third-party service generated by the network capacity opening component; and summarizing the network capacity information of each relevant network slice corresponding to the service characteristics of the current service requirement, and sending the summarized network capacity information to a third-party service.
24. The capability openness realization device according to claim 23,
the processing module is further configured to: receiving a request of network capacity of a newly added service required by the newly added service from a third-party service, and selecting a proper network slice; sending a new service network capacity calling request to the network capacity opening component in the selected network slice; and returning the received network capacity calling confirmation message of the newly added service carrying the updated network capacity information to the third-party service, and simultaneously informing the updated network capacity information to the third-party service.
25. The capability openness realization device according to claim 23,
the processing module is further configured to: receiving a network capacity calling request from a third-party service, selecting a proper network slice according to network slice information, and acquiring an IP address of a network capacity opening component of the network slice; sending a network capacity calling request of a third-party service to the network capacity opening component in the selected network slice, wherein the network capacity calling request carries network capacity calling information; and returning the received network capacity calling confirmation message to the third-party service.
26. The capacity openness achieving device according to any one of claims 23 to 25, characterized in that the capacity openness achieving device is arranged in a capacity openness platform.
