1. The picture processing method with compatible image-text integration is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the picture processing method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of editing pictures, converting picture related text description information into IPTC metadata in an APP of a mobile terminal, adding the IPTC metadata into a metadata code space of a picture file to form a picture file with compatible image-text integration, and sending the picture file to a server;
picture management, the server uses picture metadata information and/or user information to carry out cross integrated management on the picture file with integrated pictures and texts;
the method comprises the steps that picture reading is carried out, and after a server receives a reading request, IPTC metadata of a picture-text integrated picture file to be read are searched, identified and read and sent to an APP of a mobile terminal; and
the method comprises the steps of displaying pictures, namely converting IPTC metadata of a received picture file into character description information by an APP of a mobile terminal and displaying the character description information;
the picture display comprises a multi-user mobile terminal real-time picture discussion, and the multi-user mobile terminal real-time picture discussion comprises the following steps:
intercepting a video sharing area;
compressing the intercepted picture;
converting the content of the intercepted sharing area into video stream or dynamic pictures through a code program;
uploading the converted video stream to a server;
the server distributes the pictures to all participants to realize the live picture function.
2. The picture processing method according to claim 1, wherein: in the picture editing, the added IPTC metadata are all placed in a 'source remark' partition in a metadata code space of a picture file and written into a 'name | description content' format for distinguishing.

The picture processing method according to claim 2, wherein: when the picture is loaded on the APP of the mobile terminal, all contents in the source remark partition of the picture file are directly read, and content filling is carried out according to the difference of the name in the format of the name | description content of the IPTC metadata.
4. The picture processing method according to claim 2, wherein: in the picture editing process, the pictures are edited in a personalized information integration mode by utilizing a multi-dimensional picture information template.

The picture processing method according to claim 4, wherein: the setting elements of the multi-dimensional picture information template comprise a template name, template attributes and template establishing time, the setting elements of the template attributes comprise appearance information of a physical object and user-defined categories of user experience information, and the user experience information comprises function satisfaction, appearance satisfaction and cost performance satisfaction.
6. The picture processing method according to claim 1, wherein: the picture reading comprises:
the server searches the image-text integrated image file according to the image metadata information and/or the user information after receiving the reading request;
the server reads all IPTC metadata of the image-text integrated image file;
the server selects needed IPTC metadata from the read IPTC metadata;
and the server transmits the selected IPTC metadata to the APP of the mobile terminal.
7. The picture processing method according to claim 1, wherein: the converted video stream is played at 24-30 frames/second, and the dynamic pictures are played in a slide show mode.

The picture processing method according to claim 1, wherein: the picture management includes: and carrying out personalized information push according to the user grade and the willingness data analysis, wherein the user grade is mainly determined according to the quantity of the information issued by the user.

The picture processing method according to claim 8, wherein: the willingness data analysis includes: keyword classification and statistical analysis, user public information statistical analysis, use frequency statistical analysis and corresponding word and corresponding information statistical analysis.
