背景技术
变速箱等用轴承多采用深沟球轴承,轴承定位靠外圈带制动环,由于该轴承在该工况中承受轴向力较大,外圈止动槽处易断裂,轴承失效。因此需要一种可以防止该情况发生的轴承。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种外圈带凸台的深沟球轴承。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种外圈带凸台的深沟球轴承,包括外圈,内圈,滚子,所述外圈外径为带凸台的一体式结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明轴承克服了现有深沟球轴承外圈止动槽处易断裂的问题。

一种外圈带凸台的深沟球轴承,包括外圈1,内圈2,滚子4,保持架3,所述外圈外径为带凸台的一体式结构。此结构克服了现有深沟球轴承外圈止动槽处易断裂的问题。
