Furthermore, a detachable filter device is arranged at the water outlet of the washing tank 3, and the filter device comprises a water drainage blocking cover 41 with honeycomb pores and a cylindrical water drainage branch end 42 below the water drainage blocking cover 41; the drainage block cover 41 is attached to the inner bottom surface of the washing tank 3, and the drainage branch end 42 is communicated with the inside of the drainage connecting pipe 7.
The drain plug 41 covers a shower head, which allows water to flow freely without the objects in the sink 3 being washed away by the water flow. The detachable filtering device has local damage in long-term use, can be normally used only by replacing the filtering device independently, cannot influence the use of the whole ultrasonic washing unit, and can be conveniently taken out from the washing tank body 3 when the filtering device needs to be cleaned, so that the detachable filtering device is reliable and convenient.
Preferably, the upper portion of the decorative outer frame 1 of the present embodiment is provided with a spillway which is communicated with the drain valve spillway prevention gap 83 through the spillway prevention pipe 10, and the drain valve spillway prevention gap 83 is always communicated with the drain valve drain port 82, so that when the water level in the washing tub 3 is high, the surplus water can flow out through the spillway and finally be drained through the spillway prevention pipe 10, the drain valve spillway prevention gap 83 and the drain valve drain port 82.
The overflow gap can prevent the water level in the washing tank 3 from being too high and overflowing into the washing machine, and the method is simple and effective and has low cost.
Furthermore, the drainage blocking cover 41 has small holes with the aperture of 0.5 cm-1.5 cm, and the design is more suitable for ultrasonically cleaning particularly small objects, such as ear nails or objects with tiny components, and the like, so that the small objects are prevented from being discharged along with water flow in the cleaning process to cause user loss.
Preferably, the transverse interface of the washing tank 3 according to the present embodiment is dumbbell-like shaped. The dumbbell-like design of the washing tank 3 can gather ultrasonic vibration energy, reduce energy consumption, improve the utilization efficiency of ultrasonic waves and enhance the washing effect of the ultrasonic waves.
Preferably, the ultrasonic vibration source 31 is installed at the bottom of the washing tank 3. The ultrasonic vibration source 31 is arranged at the bottom of the washing tank 3, and can more fully act on the washing medium in the washing tank 3, such as water added with detergent, so that the washing is more thorough, and the utilization efficiency of the ultrasonic is improved; in addition, the bottom can reduce the influence of the noise of the ultrasonic vibration on the outside of the washing machine as much as possible.
Further, referring to fig. 8-9, on the basis of the frame of the washing machine in the prior art, the ultrasonic washing unit of the present invention fully utilizes the idle space between the washing outer tub and the washing machine housing, thereby improving the space utilization efficiency without increasing the volume of the washing machine; in addition, in order to avoid the collision caused by the too close distance between the ultrasonic washing unit and the washing outer barrel, the ultrasonic vibration source and the drain pipe 9 can be arranged in a circle around the washing outer barrel, and the idle space between the outer barrel and the shell washing machine body is utilized as much as possible.
Further, in this embodiment, a control portion is disposed inside the drain valve 8, the control portion is circular or cylindrical, the drain valve water inlet 81, the drain valve water outlet 82 and the drain valve overflow preventing gap 83 are distributed in a T shape, the control portion of the drain valve 8 can rotate by using a central axis of the overflow preventing gap 83 as a rotating axis, the drain valve water inlet 81 is controlled to open and close by controlling an angle through a motor, and the drain valve overflow preventing gap 83 and the drain valve water outlet 82 are always in a communicated state; the control part arranged inside the drain valve 8 includes a first opening 811, a second opening 812, a third opening 813 and a fourth opening 814, the second opening 812 is always connected with the water overflow preventing opening 83, and the other three openings are T-shaped, and the central axis of the water overflow preventing opening 83 of the drain valve can be rotated as a rotating shaft, thereby controlling the opening and closing of the drain valve 8, for example, when the control part inside the drain valve 8 is in the state shown by the dotted line in fig. 10, the drain valve water inlet 81 and the drain valve water outlet 82 are in the communicated state, and water can be normally drained, and when the control part inside the drain valve 8 is in the state shown by the dotted line in fig. 11, the drain valve water inlet 81 and the drain valve water outlet 82 are not communicated, and water cannot be drained.
The control part of the drain valve is arranged in the valve body, so that the space is saved; in addition, the control part can prevent the overflow opening from rotating as an axis, conveniently and quickly controls the opening and closing state of the water inlet of the drain valve so as to control whether to drain water, and has exquisite design and unique ingenuity.
Preferably, a sensor for controlling the on/off of the ultrasonic vibration source 31 is arranged on the washing tank cover 11. When the washing tank cover 11 is opened, the sensor can control the ultrasonic vibration source 31 to stop working, so that the influence of noise caused by ultrasonic vibration on a user is avoided, and when the washing tank cover 11 is closed, the sensor can restart the ultrasonic vibration source 31 to continue the ultrasonic cleaning process.
The main working processes of the technology of the present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the above-mentioned components of the washing machine having the ultrasonic washing function, in order to better understand the advantageous effects and intentions of the invention.
On the basis of the above-mentioned important technical features, a person skilled in the art can naturally think that the washing machine with the ultrasonic washing function is correspondingly provided with an ultrasonic washing module on the original work control panel of the washing machine, and the added ultrasonic washing module is connected with the power panel of the washing machine. The ultrasonic washing module also comprises an ultrasonic washing time control part, and a user can set different washing times according to the self conditions of the object to be cleaned, such as material, dirt degree and the like; the ultrasonic wave washing module further includes a water level setting part that can control the washing tub 3, such as a low water level, a middle water level, or a high water level similar to those in a conventional washing course.
Firstly, when the ultrasonic washing function is required to be selected, an object to be cleaned is placed in the washing tank body 3, a corresponding auxiliary cleaning agent can be added according to the self requirement, then the washing tank cover 11 is closed, the ultrasonic washing is selected on the control panel, and then the washing machine can automatically carry out subsequent operation; the solenoid valve controls the water source to be opened, water enters the washing tank 3 through the water inlet pipe 320 connected with the water inlet 32, when the water level is added to a set value, the water inlet is stopped, the ultrasonic vibration source 31 is opened, ultrasonic washing is carried out on an object to be washed, when washing reaches the set time, the washing is completed, the washed water sequentially enters the drain pipe 9 through the water outlet provided with the detachable filtering device, the water drainage connecting pipe 7 and the drain valve 8, then the washed object is discharged, the washed object is still remained in the washing tank body, and the washed object cannot be washed away along with water flow. In the washing process, if a user opens the washing tank cover 11 halfway, the sensor can automatically control the ultrasonic vibration source 31 to stop working, and the noise is prevented from generating bad influence on the user.
Because the drainage blocking cover 41 is provided with the honeycomb-shaped small holes with the hole diameter of 0.5 cm-1.5 cm, small articles or accessory parts of the small articles can be prevented from being discharged along with water flow in the cleaning process, the design is more suitable for ultrasonically cleaning particularly small articles, such as ear nails or objects with tiny components, and the like, and the loss of users is avoided.
The washing machine with the ultrasonic washing function is provided with the independent water inlet valve, water can be automatically fed through the independent pipeline and is separated from a water path of a water inlet pipe of the washing machine, and the water inlet is not influenced mutually; in addition, an independent drain valve is also arranged, so that the self-draining can be independently controlled; the control interface is separated and can be independently controlled, the function of ultrasonically cleaning the small articles and the conventional washing process can be simultaneously operated without mutual interference, and the ultrasonic cleaning of the small articles can be independently carried out under the condition of not cleaning clothes. Therefore, the design scheme is convenient for customers to select independently and has good applicability. Customers can do this at home without going to the point of sale or to a special cleaning service location, saving time and expense if they need to clean expensive luxury or glasses or other small items that cannot be cleaned by ordinary means.
Although the washing machine depicted in the drawing is a drum washing machine, the technical solution of the present invention is not limited to the drum washing machine, and the present invention can be applied to a pulsator washing machine or a multi-unit washing machine, so as to achieve the same advantageous effects.

Claims (5)
1. The washing machine with the ultrasonic washing function is characterized by comprising an ultrasonic washing unit, wherein the ultrasonic washing unit comprises a washing tank cover, a washing tank and an ultrasonic vibration source arranged on the washing tank; the washing tank is arranged at a gap between the outer barrel and the shell, the washing tank is covered on the table board and is provided with a water outlet and a water inlet, the water outlet is connected with the water inlet of the drain valve, the water outlet of the drain valve is connected with the drain pipe, the water inlet is connected with the water inlet valve through a pipeline, the ultrasonic vibration source is connected with the power panel of the washing machine, a tank body support for covering the washing tank is arranged outside the washing tank, a mounting hole and at least one fixed branch end are arranged on the tank body support, and a sensor capable of controlling the ultrasonic vibration source to be turned on and off is arranged on the washing tank cover;
the ultrasonic vibration source and the drain pipe are arranged around the washing outer barrel in a circumferential manner;
the periphery of the upper edge of the washing tank is provided with a decorative inner frame and a decorative outer frame which is positioned outside the decorative inner frame and is clamped with the decorative inner frame into a whole, and the decorative outer frame is fixed on the table panel;
the upper part of the decorative outer frame is provided with an overflow port, the overflow port is connected with an overflow prevention port arranged on the drain valve through an overflow prevention pipe, and the overflow prevention port is communicated with a water outlet of the drain valve;
the water outlet is provided with a detachable filtering device, and the filtering device comprises a water drainage blocking cover with honeycomb-shaped small holes and a water drainage branch end below the water drainage blocking cover;
the drainage plug cover is attached to the inner bottom surface of the washing tank, and the drainage branch end is communicated with the inside of the drainage connecting pipe;
the inside of the drain valve is provided with a control part, a water inlet, a water outlet and an anti-overflow port of the drain valve are distributed in a T shape, and the control part of the drain valve can rotate by taking the central axis of the anti-overflow port as a rotating shaft;
the water inlet of the drain valve is controlled to be opened and closed through controlling the angle by the motor, and the overflow preventing opening of the drain valve is always communicated with the water outlet of the drain valve;
the control part arranged inside the drain valve comprises a first opening, a second opening, a third opening and a fourth opening, the second opening is connected with the anti-overflow gap all the time, other three openings are T-shaped, and the central axis of the anti-overflow gap of the drain valve rotates as the rotating shaft, so that the switch of the drain valve is controlled.

The washing machine with ultrasonic washing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the decorative inner frame or the decorative outer frame is provided with a rotating shaft, the washing tank cover is provided with an installation groove matched with the rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is lapped with the installation groove to fix the washing tank cover on the decorative inner frame or the decorative outer frame, and the decorative inner frame or the decorative outer frame is further provided with a damping gasket.
3. The washing machine with ultrasonic washing function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the decorative outer frame is fixed on the top plate by hot melt adhesive or by screw and sealing strip.
4. The washing machine with the ultrasonic washing function as claimed in claim 3, wherein an annular sealing strip is arranged around the washing tank and is tightly attached to the washing tank.
5. A washing machine with ultrasonic washing function according to claim 4, characterized in that the transverse interface of the washing tank is dumbbell-like.
