Abstract
本发明公开了一种矿山牙轮零件加工方法,所述矿山牙轮材料为15CrNiMo钢,其特征在于,该加工方法包括以下步骤:a.加工矿山牙轮零件外圆和齿部,外圆留余量;b.渗碳处理;渗碳温度为815‑990℃,渗碳时间为315‑650min,渗碳层深度为0.6‑1.42mm;c.去除外圆余量;d.淬火处理;淬火时间为65‑85min,淬火温度为805‑890℃,淬火层深度为1.15‑1.6mm;e.对零件加工至成品;f.检验入库。本发明的矿山牙轮零件加工方法,摒弃了现有技术中采用防渗涂料对零件除齿部以外的外圆面进行防渗处理的方法,消除了对产品淬火时的冷却速度和淬透性的负面影响,使零件的齿面硬度和外圆面硬度均能达到加工要求。

技术领域
本发明属于加工工艺领域,具体是一种矿山牙轮零件加工方法。
背景技术
在现有技术中,一种矿山牙轮,其材料为15CrNiMo,它是一种合金结构钢,15CrNiMo圆钢的淬透性较高,无回火脆性,焊接性相当好,形成冷裂的倾向很小,可切削性及冷应变塑性良好;对于矿山牙轮零件,通常要求其齿面硬度达到56-62HRC,有效硬化层1.80-2.15mm,除齿面以外的外圆面需做防渗处理,硬度要求为30-45HRC,因此为了使矿山牙轮零件达到加工要求,一般均采用渗碳淬火的处理方法,现有技术中,产品金相组织合格,矿山牙轮零件齿面硬度为57-58HRC,防渗的外圆硬度为18-18HRC,由检验结果可知,防渗部分外圆硬度达不到加工要求,经过金相检测,产品的组织基本为铁素体和珠光体,处于退火状态,其原因是防渗涂料严重影响了产品淬火时的冷却速度和淬透性。
因此,为解决上述问题,需要一种矿山牙轮零件加工方法,使矿山牙轮零件的齿面硬度和外圆面硬度均能达到加工要求。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提出一种矿山牙轮零件加工方法,消除了对产品淬火时的冷却速度和淬透性的负面影响,使矿山牙轮零件的齿面硬度和外圆面硬度均能达到加工要求。
实现本发明目的的技术方案如下:
一种矿山牙轮零件加工方法,所述矿山牙轮材料为15CrNiMo钢,其特征在于,该加工方法包括以下步骤:
a.加工矿山牙轮零件外圆和齿部,外圆留余量3.2-3.7mm;
b.渗碳处理;渗碳处理的碳势为1.35-1.57%,渗碳温度为815-990℃,渗碳时间为315-650min,渗碳层深度为0.6-1.42mm,缓冷时间为65-80min;
c.去除外圆余量,余量为3.2-3.7mm;
d.淬火处理;淬火处理时炉内碳势为0.75-0.8%,淬火时间为65-85min,淬火温度为805-890℃,淬火层深度为1.15-1.6mm;
e.对零件进行表面加工至成品;
f.检验入库:对加工完毕零件进行检验,以检验是否合格,合格后入库。
本发明的一种矿山牙轮零件加工方法,摒弃了现有技术中采用防渗涂料对零件除齿部以外的外圆面进行防渗处理的方法,消除了对产品淬火时的冷却速度和淬透性的负面影响,使零件的齿面硬度和外圆面硬度均能达到加工要求。
