本发明提供的一种绿色环保的新型清洗剂制备方法,按重量份计包括以下组分,碳酸钾4‑8份,植物香精油2‑4份,乙二醇丁醚3‑9份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2‑8份,十二烷基硫酸钠3‑5份,表面活性剂1‑3份,防挥发剂2‑6份,水30‑50份,成份简单,配置方便,成本较低,清洗效果好,无危害,省事、省力,更能满足厂家的需求。

本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种清洗剂。
背景技术
清洗剂是一个很大的范畴,种类繁多,包括无机清洗和有机清洗两大类.有机清洗剂与无机清洗剂的区别简单地说,有机清洗剂就是含碳的化合物制成的清洗剂,无机清诜剂就是不含碳的化合物制成的清洗剂,因此它们属于无机物。清洗剂的分类方法也很多,各国都不尽相同,我们通常分成水系,半水系、非水系清洗剂三大类。然而现有的清洗剂,不能有效的除去物体表面的杂质,需要进行反复的清洗作业,一般需要2-3次才能完成清洗工作,其成本较高,费时、费力,满足不了使用者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种绿色环保的新型清洗剂制备方法,解决现有的清洗剂,不能有效的除去物体表面的杂质,需要进行反复的清洗作业,一般需要2-3次才能完成清洗工作,其成本较高,费时、费力,满足不了使用者的需求的问题。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现;
一种绿色环保的新型清洗剂制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份计称取以下组分, 碳酸钾4-8份,植物香精油2-4份,乙二醇丁醚3-9份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-8份,十二烷基硫酸钠3-5份,表面活性剂1-3份,防挥发剂2-6份,水30-50份;
(2)将碳酸钾与水放入反应釜中,在40℃-50℃下,均匀搅拌15-25min;
(3)当温度提升至55℃-65℃后,分别加乙二醇丁醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚与十二烷基硫酸钠,继续搅拌5-10 min;
(4)当温度提升至70℃-80℃后,分别加入植物香精油与表面活性剂,继续搅拌10-30min;
(5)当温度提升至85℃-100℃后,加入防挥发剂,继续搅拌10-15min,即可得混合物A ;
(6)将混合物A放置于通风处2-6h,即可得成品。

上述的一种绿色环保的新型清洗剂制备方法,其中,所述的表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种绿色环保的新型清洗剂制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份计称取以下组分, 碳酸钾4份,植物香精油2份,乙二醇丁醚3份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份,十二烷基硫酸钠3份,表面活性剂1份,防挥发剂2份,水30份;
(2)将碳酸钾与水放入反应釜中,在40℃下,均匀搅拌15min;
(3)当温度提升至55℃后,分别加乙二醇丁醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚与十二烷基硫酸钠,继续搅拌5 min;
(4)当温度提升至70℃后,分别加入植物香精油与表面活性剂,继续搅拌10min;
(5)当温度提升至85℃后,加入防挥发剂,继续搅拌10min,即可得混合物A ;
(6)将混合物A放置于通风处2h,即可得成品。
实施例2:一种绿色环保的新型清洗剂制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份计称取以下组分, 碳酸钾6份,植物香精油3份,乙二醇丁醚6份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份,十二烷基硫酸钠4份,表面活性剂2份,防挥发剂4份,水40份;
(2)将碳酸钾与水放入反应釜中,在45℃下,均匀搅拌18min;
(3)当温度提升至60℃后,分别加乙二醇丁醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚与十二烷基硫酸钠,继续搅拌8 min;
(4)当温度提升至75℃后,分别加入植物香精油与表面活性剂,继续搅拌20min;
(5)当温度提升至90℃后,加入防挥发剂,继续搅拌13min,即可得混合物A ;
(6)将混合物A放置于通风处4h,即可得成品。
实施例3:一种绿色环保的新型清洗剂制备方法,其制备方法如下:
(1)按重量份计称取以下组分, 碳酸钾8份,植物香精油4份,乙二醇丁醚9份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚8份,十二烷基硫酸钠5份,表面活性剂3份,防挥发剂6份,水50份;
(2)将碳酸钾与水放入反应釜中,在50℃下,均匀搅拌25min;
(3)当温度提升至65℃后,分别加乙二醇丁醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚与十二烷基硫酸钠,继续搅拌10 min;
(4)当温度提升至80℃后,分别加入植物香精油与表面活性剂,继续搅拌30min;
(5)当温度提升至100℃后,加入防挥发剂,继续搅拌15min,即可得混合物A ;
(6)将混合物A放置于通风处6h,即可得成品。
本发明提供的一种绿色环保的新型清洗剂制备方法,成份简单,配置方便,成本较低,清洗效果好,无危害,省事、省力,更能满足厂家的需求。

(1)按重量份计称取以下组分, 碳酸钾4-8份,植物香精油2-4份,乙二醇丁醚3-9份,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-8份,十二烷基硫酸钠3-5份,表面活性剂1-3份,防挥发剂2-6份,水30-50份;
(2)将碳酸钾与水放入反应釜中,在40℃-50℃下,均匀搅拌15-25min;
(3)当温度提升至55℃-65℃后,分别加乙二醇丁醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚与十二烷基硫酸钠,继续搅拌5-10 min;
(4)当温度提升至70℃-80℃后,分别加入植物香精油与表面活性剂,继续搅拌10-30min;
(5)当温度提升至85℃-100℃后,加入防挥发剂,继续搅拌10-15min,即可得混合物A ;
