Detailed Description
The practice and use of the embodiments are discussed in detail below. It should be understood, however, that the description herein of specific embodiments is merely illustrative of specific ways to make and use the invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Fig. 1 schematically shows an electronic device 3 to be mounted on a body panel by means of a fixing device according to the invention. In the present invention, the electronic device 3 mounted is considered, as a non-limiting example, to be a sensor of the air quality control system "AQS". The invention is not limited to this type of electronic device. In fact, all the electronic devices that can assist in improving driving comfort and safety, such as an air temperature sensor, a drive recorder, and the like, can be mounted on the vehicle body panel.
As shown in fig. 1, the first part 1 of the fixing device according to the invention is connected to the mounting base of the electronic component 3, the first part 1 comprising at least one rotary snapping pin 12, two of which are exemplarily shown in fig. 1, arranged along the periphery of the mounting base of the electronic component 3 and able to rotate around the axis of said mounting base. The first part 1 further comprises a stopper pin 11 extending from the periphery of the mounting bottom of the electronic device 3 beyond the rotary click pin 12. Preferably, the first part 1 is integrally formed with the mounting base of the electronic device 3. The first part 1 can, however, also be implemented separately from the electronic components 3 and then be connected to one another by means of fixing, for example by screwing, welding, gluing, etc., so that the first part 1 obtained in this way can be adapted to different types of electronic components 3 having the same mounting base.
Fig. 2 and 3 respectively show a schematic view of the second component 2 of the fixing device according to the first embodiment of the invention integrated on the grille 4 of the vehicle body panel. Fig. 4 and 5 show respectively a schematic view of the second component 2 of the fixing device according to the second embodiment of the invention integrated on the grille 4 of the vehicle body panel. In the present invention, the vehicle body panel is considered to be a ceiling panel as a non-limiting example, because the air quality sensor provided on the ceiling panel can accurately and sensitively detect the air quality in the vehicle cabin based on the air flow analysis in the vehicle cabin, so as to feed back the truest situation to the user, enabling the user to drive in a comfortable and clean air environment in the vehicle cabin. In fact, the second component 2 can be implemented in a position of the body panel that satisfies the best performance of the electronic device 3, depending on the use of the electronic device 3. The second part 2 is injection-molded integrally with the grille 4 of the vehicle body panel, which saves the number of parts and is also advantageous for after-sales maintenance in which the electronic component 3 can be disassembled by simply disassembling the grille 4 and then rotating the electronic component 3 clockwise or counterclockwise.
The second part 2 comprises a rotary catch cooperating with at least one rotary catch pin 12. In the first embodiment as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the rotary clamping portion of the second part 2 is provided as a cylindrical structure 22 with an internal cavity 222 protruding from the grille 4 of the vehicle body panel, the internal cavity 222 receiving the mounting bottom of the electronic device 3, the wall of the cylindrical structure 22 comprising at least one rotary clamping slot 221 (the number is the same as the rotary clamping pin 12 of the first part 1, two are shown by way of example in the figures) to guide the at least one rotary clamping pin 12 of the first part 1 into a clamping position. At least one rotary snap groove 221 is provided to have an entrance section parallel to an axis of a mounting bottom of the electronic device 3 and a sliding section perpendicular to the axis. Of course, the inlet section can be arranged inclined at an angle with respect to the axis of the mounting bottom of the electronic device 3 to facilitate the swivel mounting. Furthermore, the second part 2 comprises a stop portion 21 cooperating with the stop pin 11, the stop portion 21 being provided as a projection extending from the grille 4 of the vehicle body panel and having a recess 211, the recess 211 receiving the stop pin 11 of the first part 1.
Fig. 6A to 6C schematically show a mounting process in which the electronic device 3 is mounted on the grille 4 of the vehicle body panel by means of the fixing device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the rotary clamping pin 12 of the first component 1 is put into the cylindrical structure 22 from the entrance section of the rotary clamping groove 221 until the flange structure 13 at the bottom of the electronic device 3 abuts against the upper surface of the cylindrical structure 22, then the electronic device 3 is rotated to slide the rotary clamping pin 12 of the first component 1 to the desired clamping position along the sliding section of the rotary clamping groove 221, and finally the limiting pin 11 of the first component 1 is fixed in the recess 211 of the limiting part 21 of the second component 2 to complete the whole installation process. The entire mounting bottom of the electronic device 3 is thus fixed in the internal cavity 222 of the cylindrical structure 22 and is able to prevent the rotary bayonet 12 from springing back by the limiting action of the limit pin 11.
In the second embodiment shown in fig. 4 and 5, the rotary joint portion of the second member 2 is provided to include: a mounting opening 24 formed on the grille 4 of the vehicle body panel; a stopper portion 21; and at least one rotary click block 23 (the number is the same as that of the rotary click pin 12 of the first member 1, two are shown in the figure by way of example, and one of them is integrally formed with the stopper portion 21 to save the number of parts) protruding from the grill 4. In the mounting process, the flange structure 13 at the bottom of the electronic device 3 is abutted against the top of the at least one rotary clamping block 23, then the electronic device 3 is rotated to make the at least one rotary clamping pin 12 of the first component 1 rotatably slide to the clamping position limited by the at least one rotary clamping block 23, and finally the limiting pin 11 of the first component 1 is fixed in the recessed part 211 of the limiting part 21 of the second component 2 to complete the whole mounting process. Thus, the entire mounting bottom of the electronic component 3 is fixed in the mounting opening 24 and the rotary click pin 12 can be prevented from rebounding by the stopper action of the stopper pin 11.
Fig. 7 and 8 schematically show a mold for preparing a fixing device according to a first and second embodiment of the present invention, respectively. The position restricting part 21 of the fixing apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention is implemented by a simple slider mold 5, and the cylindrical structure 22 of the rotary clamping part is implemented by an explosive type mold 6 or a spring steel mold (not shown). Both the stopper portion 21 and the rotation catching block 23 of the fixing device according to the second embodiment of the present invention can be realized by a simple slider mold 5.
While the technical content and the technical features of the invention have been disclosed, it should be understood that various changes and modifications of the concept disclosed above can be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit of the invention, and all of them are included in the scope of the invention.
The above description of embodiments is intended to be illustrative, and not restrictive, and the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
