Technical Field
The present invention relates to a slicing and shredding device for processing vegetables and fruits into shreds or slices, and more particularly, to a slicing and shredding device for processing vegetables and fruits into long strips of shreds or slices by rotating and cutting with a centering device.
Background
The existing shredding and slicing device for rotary cutting by using a central positioning device is usually a fixed knife rest, one end of a cut food material is inserted and fixed on the central positioning device on the knife rest, and the other end of the cut food material is inserted and fixed by a rotary disk with a tip. The center positioning device of the knife rest only fixes the cut food material, but the cut food material can still rotate around the center of the knife rest, and after the tips of the rotating disk are fixedly inserted with the cut food material, the cut food material does not rotate with the rotating disk. The rotary disk is extended backwards to be provided with a hand-operated handle, and is fixed on a feeding mechanism, and the handle is rotated by hands so as to drive the rotary disk to rotate, namely, the cut food is driven to rotate. The disadvantage of such products is that the manual feed mechanism is complex to operate, the two hands need to act simultaneously and it is difficult to maintain coordination, if the feeding speed is low, the cut food material is thin and is easy to cut off. If the feeding speed is high, the operation is laborious, and the operator is easy to fatigue. In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings of the electric shredding and slicing device, a hand-held electric shredding and slicing device has been developed in the industry, which comprises a base, a cutter head mounted on the base, a processing upper cover with a feeding cylinder concentrically arranged and a driving device for providing cutting power. The driving device comprises a host machine and a push rod fixed with the host machine, an upper fixing seat for installing the host machine is arranged on the upper portion of the push rod, a gear set is arranged in the upper fixing seat, and a food fixing disc is arranged on the lower portion of the push rod. The main machine outputs torque by means of a gear set. Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an electric slicing and shredding device includes: a base 100, a cutter head 200 rotatably mounted on the base 100, a machining upper cover 400 having a concentric feeding cylinder 402 is covered above the base 100, a tubular transmission member 300 is arranged in the feeding cylinder 402, the lower end of the transmission member 300 is connected with the cutter head 200 in a spline manner, and one or a plurality of spline grooves 302 are arranged on the inner wall of the transmission member 300; a driving device for driving the cutting power 200 is further provided.
The driving device comprises a main machine 600 and a transmission mechanism 500, wherein the transmission mechanism 500 comprises an upper fixing seat 510 for installing the main machine 600, a gear set 520 and a food fixing disc 534, the gear set 520 is installed in the upper fixing seat 510, and an output shaft 521 of the gear set 520 extends out from the lower end of the upper fixing seat 510. In some embodiments, a seal 522 is provided between its output shaft 521 and the upper mounting 510 to ensure that water and food juices do not enter the interior of the transmission 500. A driving gear 523 is connected to the lower end of the output shaft 521. A connecting member 531 fixedly connected with the food fixing plate 534 is provided, a plurality of planetary gears 532 capable of rotating with fixed axes are provided between the connecting member 531 and the food fixing plate 534, and meanwhile, a driving ring 533 with an internal tooth structure 533B meshed with the planetary gears 532 is provided, and the planetary gears 532 and the driving ring 533 are packaged into an independent driving assembly 530 through the fixed connection of the connecting member 531 and the food fixing plate 534.
The connecting piece 531 is provided with a plurality of connecting buckles 531A at the upper end, and correspondingly, the bottom of the upper fixing seat 510 is provided with a plurality of connecting buckle slots 510A, and the disassembly and assembly between the driving assembly 530 and the upper fixing seat 510 are realized by the cooperation of the connecting buckles 531A and the connecting buckle slots 510A.
The main unit 600 is connected to the transmission mechanism 500 to input torque, drives the driving gear 523 via the output shaft 521 of the gear set 520 in the transmission mechanism 500, and is meshed with the planetary gear 532 via the driving gear 523, so as to drive the driving ring 533 to rotate and output torque.
The top end of the feeding cylinder 401 extends inwards to form a circular ring 403, one or a plurality of rotation stopping protrusions 401 are arranged on the inner wall of the circular ring 403, correspondingly, the same number of vertically arranged rotation stopping grooves 511 are arranged on the outer wall of the upper fixing seat 510, and the rotation stopping protrusions 401 and the rotation stopping grooves 511 are matched with each other to realize the rotation stopping function between the upper fixing seat 510 and the feeding cylinder 402 and prevent relative rotation.
In some embodiments, the driving ring 533 is provided with one or several elastic protrusions 533A protruding from the outer edge thereof, and at the same time, a torsion spring 533C is provided to provide a restoring elastic force of the elastic protrusions 533A. When the driving device is inserted into the transmission part 300 in the feeding barrel 402, the elastic boss 533A arranged on the driving ring 533 can overcome the elasticity of the torsion spring 533C and is retracted into the outer wall of the driving ring 533, i.e. can extend into the transmission part 300 across the circular ring 403, and when the elastic boss 533 rotates to the spline groove 302 on the inner wall of the transmission part 300 along with the rotation of the driving ring 533, the elastic boss 533A protrudes and is buckled into the spline groove 302 under the elasticity of the torsion spring 533C to be coupled with the spline groove and drive the transmission part 300 to rotate, so as to drive the cutter disc 200 to rotate.
According to the above scheme, the lower end surface of the food fixing plate 534 is provided with one or several food fixing inserts 534A, which insert the food material, so as to achieve the effect of inserting the food material and prevent the food material from rotating.
According to the above-mentioned scheme, the cutter head 200 is provided with the cutting tool 202, and when the cutting tool 202 on the cutter head 200 is provided with a tooth edge matched with a flat edge for cutting. When the cut food material contacts the rotary cutter head 200, the tooth blades on the cutter head 200 cut a plurality of concentric cuts on the bottom of the food material in the vertical direction, namely, the cutting action is performed, then the cut food material part sequentially passes through the flat blades and is cut in the horizontal direction by the flat blades, and the cut food material continuously descends to realize the cutting effect of continuously cutting the food material in a strip spiral wire shape. The cutting effect of the long strip spiral wire shape with different section sizes can be obtained by adjusting the gaps among the blades of the tooth blade and/or adjusting the height of the flat blade.
When the cutting tool 202 on the cutter disc 200 is configured as a flat edge for cutting. When the cut food material contacts the rotary cutter head 200, the food material passes through the flat blade and is cut by the flat blade in the horizontal direction, and the cut food material continues to move downwards, so that the continuous spiral slice-shaped food material cutting effect can be realized. The cutting effect of the continuous spiral slice shape food materials with different thickness sizes can be obtained by adjusting the height of the leveling blade.
The working principle of the electric shredding and slicing device provided by the invention is as follows: the food is put into the transmission member 300 inside the feed cylinder 402, the driving device 500 is inserted into the transmission member 300, the food fixing insert 534A on the food fixing plate 534 is inserted into and fixes the food, the driving device is started, the driving ring 533 starts to rotate, the elastic protrusion 533A provided on the driving ring 533 rotates with the driving ring 533, and when the elastic protrusion 533A rotates to the position of the spline groove 302 on the inner wall of the transmission member 300, the elastic protrusion 533A protrudes and is buckled into the spline groove 302 to be coupled with the spline groove, and the transmission member 300 is driven to rotate, thereby driving the cutter disc 200 to rotate. The user holds the driving device and presses down the food with a proper continuous force, so that the food, which is relatively stationary, is continuously cut by the rotating cutter head 200, and the cutting effect of the long spiral wire and the food material in the shape of the continuous spiral sheet is obtained. And has the advantages of convenient use and more stable cutting effect.
After the cutting of the food material is completed, the driving assembly 530 is twisted to be separated from the upper fixing seat 510, and only the driving assembly 530 with independent packaging is required to be cleaned, so that the operation is simple, and the driving device is internally provided with an important transmission mechanism, so that the cleaning can be avoided, and the hidden danger of damage caused by water inflow is avoided.
