背景技术
吸奶器,指的是用于挤出积聚在乳腺里的母乳的工具,是一种非常适合于产妇将积聚在乳腺里的母乳挤出的工具。其一般是适用于婴儿无法直接吮吸母乳的时候,或是妈妈奶水很多,宝宝没吃完后,妈妈乳房里还有很多奶水,这时用吸乳器便会减少乳腺炎的发生或是避免母亲的乳头发生问题,另外,对于尽管在坚持工作,但仍然希望母乳喂养的妈妈,也很适合适用吸乳器。有些电动吸乳器还可以促进来奶,省时省力,是现代妈妈产前就应备好的母婴用品。
传统的吸奶器在进行吸乳工作时,真空泵吸气产生的负压一成不变,而且会产生突突的噪音,哺乳妈妈在吸乳时,听着这种声音,很容易心烦气燥,产生紧张的情绪,甚至会影响难以吸出乳汁。
音乐对人的情绪、新陈代谢、能量、血压、呼吸及脉搏的影响都能产生积极的影响;音乐可改善人的心理功能及生理活动,正确地选择恰当的音乐,既能消除人的不良体验,也能扩大其享受到的感觉和体验的领域;因此,需要一种在吸奶中播放音乐,提高奶量,改善哺乳妈妈生活质量的音乐吸奶器。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种音乐吸奶器及控制方法利用音乐处理后得到的波形数据控制吸奶用的抽吸压力,使吸奶器的工作压力与外部播放的音乐相合拍,改善了用户的主观感受,愉悦了心情,降低了抽吸带来的疼痛感,使用户具有更好的吸奶体验进而提升了产奶量,更加有利于对婴儿实现母乳喂养,保证了婴儿的身体健康。
本发明是这样实现的:一种音乐吸奶器,包括控制系统、音乐播放器、负压生成系统和奶液收集储存装置,所述负压生成系统与奶液收集储存装置之间通过负压导管连通,
所述控制系统包括控制器、存储器、音频处理器和操作面板,所述存储器内储存有音乐数据,存储器输出音乐数据到音乐播放器和音频处理器,所述控制器控制连接音乐播放器、负压生成系统、存储器和操作面板;所述音频处理器将音乐数据处理为控制波形后输送到控制器,控制器根据控制波形对负压生成系统进行控制。
所述控制系统设置在一移动终端上,控制系统通过无线通信模块控制连接音乐播放器、负压生成系统。
所述的移动终端为平板电脑、笔记本电脑或智能手机。
所述无线通信模块为蓝牙、WIFI或NFC。
所述控制系统、音乐播放器和负压生成系统设置在同一盒体内。

本吸奶器工作时,由用户选择灵敏度档位后开启音乐播放器播放音乐,所述音频处理器将正在播放的音乐数据转换为控制波形送到控制器,控制器每间隔若干时间采样一次控制波形,并根据采样结果做出如下选择:
当采样得到的振幅大于灵敏度档位时,负压生成系统以灵敏度档位对应的抽吸压力档位±2档确定抽吸压力范围,在抽吸压力范围内随机控制抽吸压力;
当采样得到的振幅小于等于灵敏度档位时,负压生成系统以灵敏度档位对应的抽吸压力档位±1档确定抽吸压力范围,在抽吸压力范围内随机控制抽吸压力。
所述音乐数据转换函数为将音乐数据转换为分贝时域波形信号,以分贝值作为振幅。

其中一种为如图3所示,所述控制系统1设置在一移动终端上,控制系统1通过无线通信模块控制连接音乐播放器2、负压生成系统3;在本实施例中,作为优选,所述的移动终端为平板电脑、笔记本电脑或智能手机,所述无线通信模块为蓝牙、WIFI或NFC。此时,控制系统1由移动终端结合APP软件形成,在操作时:妈妈通过移动终端点击启动APP软件,并通过无线通信模块发送控制信号到音乐播放器2和负压生成系统3,实现对吸奶进程的控制。
所述控制系统1的另一种设置方式为如图4所示,所述控制系统1、音乐播放器2和负压生成系统3设置在同一盒体内,在盒体的外表面设置一液晶屏用于显示信息和控制操作,无需再有其他设备;
本发明可以进一步描述为,所述负压生成系统3包括真空泵31和泄压阀32,所述真空泵31的抽气口与负压导管5连通,所述泄压阀32通过泄压气路33并联在负压导管5上,所述控制器11控制连接真空泵31和泄压阀32,通过真空泵31和泄压阀32的配合工作,实现对抽吸压力的调节。
为了能够得到统计数据,已改善吸奶器工作的效能,该音乐吸奶器还设置有一套记录每次吸奶量的计量系统;在本发明中,该计量系统即可以是独立外置的一电子秤6,所述电子秤6上设置有一与奶液收集储存装置4底部形状相配合的容腔,当每次吸奶完毕后,将奶液收集储存装置4放置在电子秤6上得到数据与之前空瓶数据相比较,即可得到该次吸奶量;
该计量系统也可以利用奶液流量转化统计,所述奶液收集储存装置4的奶液通道内设置有流量传感器41,所述流量传感器41传输流量数据到存储器12;采用此方式记录是,能够得到实施对应的吸奶量,使该数据能和音乐的内容进一步精确的定量对应。
一种音乐吸奶器控制方法,其特征是,首先进行如下设定:
1)设定负压生成系统3的抽吸压力范围,并根据抽吸压力范围划分为若干抽吸压力档位;在本实施例中,通常分为9档,划分方式如表1所示,分为催乳模式和集乳模式两类,在启动前根据需要选择相应的模式

2)选用一音乐数据转换函数将音乐数据转换为连续的时域波形信号作为控制波形;在本实施例中,所述音乐数据转换函数为将音乐数据转换为分贝时域波形信号,以分贝值作为振幅,如图5所示为某一音乐转换得到的控制波形;
3)以时域波形信号的振幅为阈值设定灵敏度档位,所述灵敏度档位与抽吸压力档位一一对应;即,共设置9个与抽吸压力档位对应的灵敏度档位;
本吸奶器工作时,由用户选择灵敏度档位后开启音乐播放器2播放音乐,所述音频处理器13将正在播放的音乐数据转换为控制波形送到控制器11,控制器11每间隔若干时间采样一次控制波形,在本实施例中,每次采样间隔时间为1s,并根据采样结果做出如下选择:
当采样得到的振幅大于灵敏度档位时,负压生成系统3以灵敏度档位对应的抽吸压力档位±2档确定抽吸压力范围,在抽吸压力范围内随机控制抽吸压力;
当采样得到的振幅小于等于灵敏度档位时,负压生成系统3以灵敏度档位对应的抽吸压力档位±1档确定抽吸压力范围,在抽吸压力范围内随机控制抽吸压力。
在范围内随机选择抽吸压力的方式为利用系统自带的随机函数或其他常规随机函数取得,例如arc4random()函数、rand()函数、srand()函数等。
本方法还包括以下步骤,首先将吸奶器某次工作时间分为开始吸奶期、持续吸奶期和结束吸奶期;然后将音乐数据用傅里叶变换转为频域信号,将频域分为高频频段、中频频段和低频频段;再通过频域信号得到各个频段的分贝时域波形信号,用高频频段、中频频段和低频频段的分贝时域波形信号分别控制开始吸奶期、持续吸奶期和结束吸奶期的抽吸压力。

Claims (11)

1.一种音乐吸奶器,包括控制系统(1)、音乐播放器(2)、负压生成系统(3)和奶液收集储存装置(4),所述负压生成系统(3)与奶液收集储存装置(4)之间通过负压导管(5)连通,其特征是:
所述控制系统(1)包括控制器(11)、存储器(12)、音频处理器(13)和操作面板(14),所述存储器(12)内储存有音乐数据,存储器(12)输出音乐数据到音乐播放器(2)和音频处理器(13),所述控制器(11)控制连接音乐播放器(2)、负压生成系统(3)、存储器(12)和操作面板(14);所述音频处理器(13)将音乐数据处理为控制波形后输送到控制器(11),控制器(11)根据控制波形对负压生成系统(3)进行控制。
2.如权利要求1所述的音乐吸奶器,其特征是:所述控制系统(1)和音乐播放器(2)设置在一移动终端上,控制系统(1)通过无线通信模块控制连接负压生成系统(3)。
3.如权利要求2所述的音乐吸奶器,其特征是:所述的移动终端为平板电脑、笔记本电脑或智能手机。
4.如权利要求2所述的音乐吸奶器,其特征是:所述无线通信模块为蓝牙、WIFI或NFC。
5.如权利要求1所述的音乐吸奶器,其特征是:所述控制系统(1)、音乐播放器(2)和负压生成系统(3)设置在同一盒体内。
6.如权利要求1~5中任意一权利要求所述的音乐吸奶器,其特征是:所述负压生成系统(3)包括真空泵(31)和泄压阀(32),所述真空泵(31)的抽气口与负压导管(5)连通,所述泄压阀(32)通过泄压气路(33)并联在负压导管(5)上,所述控制器(11)控制连接真空泵(31)和泄压阀(32)。
7.如权利要求6所述的音乐吸奶器,其特征是:该音乐吸奶器还包括电子秤(6),所述电子秤(6)上设置有一与奶液收集储存装置(4)底部形状相配合的容腔。
8.如权利要求6所述的音乐吸奶器,其特征是:所述奶液收集储存装置(4)的奶液通道内设置有流量传感器(41),所述流量传感器(41)传输流量数据到存储器(12)。
9.一种如权利要求1~5中任意一权利要求所述的音乐吸奶器的控制方法,其特征是,首先进行如下设定:
1)设定负压生成系统(3)的抽吸压力范围,并根据抽吸压力范围划分为若干抽吸压力档位;
2)选用一音乐数据转换函数将音乐数据转换为连续的时域波形信号作为控制波形;
3)以时域波形信号的振幅为阈值设定灵敏度档位,所述灵敏度档位与抽吸压力档位一一对应;
本吸奶器工作时,由用户选择灵敏度档位后开启音乐播放器(2)播放音乐,所述音频处理器(13)将正在播放的音乐数据转换为控制波形送到控制器(11),控制器(11)每间隔若干时间采样一次控制波形,并根据采样结果做出如下选择:
当采样得到的振幅大于灵敏度档位时,负压生成系统(3)以灵敏度档位对应的抽吸压力档位±2档确定抽吸压力范围,在抽吸压力范围内随机控制抽吸压力;
当采样得到的振幅小于等于灵敏度档位时,负压生成系统(3)以灵敏度档位对应的抽吸压力档位±1档确定抽吸压力范围,在抽吸压力范围内随机控制抽吸压力。
10.如权利要求9所述的音乐吸奶器控制方法,其特征是:所述音乐数据转换函数为将音乐数据转换为分贝时域波形信号,以分贝值作为振幅。
11.如权利要求10所述的音乐吸奶器控制方法,其特征是:本方法还包括以下步骤,首先将吸奶器某次工作时间分为开始吸奶期、持续吸奶期和结束吸奶期;然后将音乐数据用傅里叶变换转为频域信号,将频域分为高频频段、中频频段和低频频段;再通过频域信号得到各个频段的分贝时域波形信号,用高频频段、中频频段和低频频段的分贝时域波形信号分别控制开始吸奶期、持续吸奶期和结束吸奶期的抽吸压力。
