Abstract
The calcaneus fracture lateral lying operation platform divides an operation part and a non-operation part into two spaces and can be used as an operation platform, and the calcaneus fracture lateral lying operation platform consists of three parts: 1. a bottom plate; 2. a cushion block; 3. and a cover plate. The calcaneus fracture lateral lying operation platform is convenient for doctors to rapidly and firmly put lateral lying positions when doing calcaneus fracture operation, the operation part and the non-operation part are respectively placed in two different spaces, and a relatively stable and smooth operation platform can be provided.
The calcaneus fracture lateral lying operation platform consists of three main parts: 1. a bottom plate; 2. a cushion block; 3. and a cover plate. The cushion block is composed of a lower leg outer cushion block, a lower leg inner cushion block, a thigh outer cushion block and a thigh inner cushion block. The cover plate is divided into a long cover plate and a short cover plate. The cushion block is used for fixing a patient and has certain contact with the patient, so that the contact surface of the cushion block and the patient needs to have certain flexibility. However, the cushion block can support the operation part and can be constructed into an operation platform for operation on the operation part, so that the cushion block has certain strength and hardness. The cushion block is composed of three layers, adopts equal height size, generally selects about 20CM, and is provided with a plurality of adhesive bodies (8) on the upper and lower surfaces respectively. The long cover plate (6) and the short cover plate (7) are rectangular, the length of the long cover plate (6) is equal to the length of the lower leg outer cushion block (2) and the length of the lower leg inner cushion block (3), and the width of the long cover plate is similar to the width of the bottom plate (1); the length of the short cover plate (7) is equal to the length of the thigh outside cushion block (4) and the thigh inside cushion block (5), and the width is equal to the width of the bottom plate (1). A plurality of adhesive bodies are arranged on one downward side of the long cover plate (6) and the short cover plate (7). The cover plate is generally about 2CM in height, and no special requirement exists.

When the leg length adjusting device is used, a proper cushion block is selected according to the height and the leg length of a patient, the bottom plate (1) is placed on an operating table, the patient lies on the side of the patient, the leg which is not operated is fixed on the bottom plate (1) through the leg outer cushion block (2), the leg inner cushion block (3), the thigh inner cushion block (5) and the thigh inner cushion block (4), the designed leg outer cushion block (2), the leg inner cushion block (3), the thigh outer cushion block (4) and the thigh inner cushion block (5) are not separated from the upper part and the lower part, and the leg length adjusting device can be used in an adjusting mode and can adapt to the operation of the left leg and the right leg of the patient. And then the long cover plate (6) is covered on the lower leg outer cushion block (2) and the lower leg inner cushion block (3), and the short cover plate (7) is covered on the thigh outer cushion block (4) and the thigh inner cushion block (5). At the moment, the bottom plate (1), the cushion block and the cover plate are formed into a rectangle, hollow and integral body due to the sticking effect of the sticking body, so that the surgical table has certain hardness and strength and can meet the requirement of being used as a surgical table.
