An automatic grinding machine, which is characterized in that: the device comprises a fixing mechanism for fixing external materials, a movable driving mechanism for driving the fixing mechanism to move, a lifting driving mechanism for driving the fixing mechanism to lift and a leveling mechanism for leveling the fixed external materials;
the grinding mechanism comprises a machine table, a rotating shaft, a grinding wheel and a grinding driving assembly, wherein the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the machine table, the grinding wheel is arranged on the rotating shaft, the grinding driving assembly is used for driving the rotating shaft to rotate, the grinding driving assembly is arranged on the machine table, and the grinding wheel is positioned above the fixing mechanism;
the fixing mechanism comprises a discharging plate for placing external materials, a fixing piece rotatably arranged on the discharging plate and a fixing driving assembly for driving the fixing piece to fix the external materials on the discharging plate, and the lifting driving mechanism and the moving driving mechanism are connected with the discharging plate;
the fixed driving assembly comprises a fixed seat, a cam, a connecting rod, a fixed cylinder and a reset piece for driving the fixed piece to reset, wherein the fixed seat is provided with a supporting table and a supporting seat, the middle part of the fixed piece is hinged to the supporting table, the cam is rotationally connected to the supporting seat, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the cam, the other end of the connecting rod is hinged to the output end of the fixed cylinder, the fixed cylinder is arranged on the fixed seat, one end of the fixed piece is abutted against the cam, and the other end of the fixed piece is used for abutting against an external material to enable the material to be fixed on a discharging plate, and the fixed seat is connected with the discharging plate;
the lifting driving mechanism comprises a lifting guide rod, a first lifting plate, a second lifting plate, a lifting nut, a screw rod and a lifting motor, wherein the lifting guide rod is connected to the machine in a sliding mode, the first lifting plate is connected to one end of the lifting guide rod, the second lifting plate is connected to the other end of the lifting guide rod, the lifting nut is arranged on the second lifting plate, the screw rod is connected to the lifting nut in a threaded mode, the lifting motor is used for driving the screw rod to rotate, the screw rod is rotatably arranged on the machine, and the first lifting plate is in sliding connection with the discharging plate;
the automatic leveling machine further comprises a positioning mechanism for positioning external materials, the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning seat arranged on the machine table, a rotating piece arranged on the positioning seat in a rotating mode, a positioning piece connected to one end of the rotating piece, an elastic piece used for driving the positioning piece to reset, a positioning cylinder used for driving the rotating piece to rotate and a lifting cylinder used for driving the positioning seat to lift, and the output end of the positioning cylinder is used for driving the other end of the rotating piece.

An automatic leveling machine in accordance with claim 1 wherein: the reset piece is arranged at one end of the fixing piece far away from the cam, the reset piece comprises a guide rod arranged on the fixing seat and a reset spring sleeved on the guide rod, one end of the reset spring abuts against the fixing seat, the other end of the reset spring abuts against the fixing piece, and the fixing piece is in sliding connection with the guide rod.

An automatic leveling machine in accordance with claim 1 wherein: the locating piece includes sliding connection in the sliding part of locating seat and connects in the locating part of sliding part, the sliding part is provided with the conflict shoulder that is used for the lateral wall of conflict locating seat, the locating seat is provided with and is used for supplying the locating part to stretch to the outside dodging groove of locating seat.

An automatic leveling machine in accordance with claim 1 wherein: the grinding mechanism further comprises a quick-release assembly used for locking the grinding wheel on the rotating shaft, the quick-release assembly comprises a buckle body, a buckle handle, a screw rod, a safety buckle, a rotating rod and a safety pin, the buckle body is provided with an opening, the buckle body is provided with a nut, one end of the screw rod penetrates through the opening and is in threaded connection with the nut, the other end of the screw rod is rotationally connected with the buckle handle, one opening end of the buckle body is rotationally connected with the safety buckle through the rotating rod, and the other opening end of the buckle body is buckled with the safety buckle through the safety pin.
