Abstract
The invention discloses a heat dissipation device for desk type equipment and the desk type equipment, wherein the heat dissipation device for the desk type equipment comprises a fan, an air guide groove, a heat dissipation fin and a ventilation hole; the cooling fin is fixed on the inner side of the first side wall of the case, a PCB board is arranged on the cooling fin, one end of the cooling fin is connected with an air guide groove, the other end of the air guide groove is connected with a fan, and the fan and the second side wall of the case are connected with each other; the other end of the radiating fin is connected with the third side wall of the case; a vent hole is formed at the joint of the radiating fin and the third side wall; the second side wall and the third side wall are arranged in parallel; the second side wall and the third side wall are connected with the first side wall; the fan, the air guide groove and the radiating fins are all arranged on the first side wall. On the premise of solving the heat dissipation, the invention reduces the product cost and the external dimension of the product.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electronics and communication, and particularly relates to a heat dissipation device for desk type equipment and the desk type equipment.
Background
In the current electronics and communications field, desktop devices are required, such as: desktop computers, turntable, etc. These devices have many problems in terms of heat dissipation, and if the heat dissipation effect is poor, the signal transmission is affected. In general, the fan is used to dissipate heat attached to the radiator, and the stronger the wind power of the fan with high rotation speed and high air quantity is, the faster the heat circulation speed is increased, and the better the heat dissipation effect is. However, the heat dissipation effect is also related to the quality, the material, the installation position and the like; the mounting location in turn affects the size costs of the desktop device, etc.
The existing desk type equipment heat radiation structure generally places the heat radiation fin outside and is assembled together with the fan, the external dimension of the form cannot be made small, and the whole dimension of the machine is difficult to be made small; and part of heat dissipation equipment and the chassis are made into a whole, so that the cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a heat dissipating device for a desk-top device and a desk-top device, which reduce the cost and the external dimensions of the product on the premise of solving the heat dissipation.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention discloses a heat dissipating device for desk-top equipment, which comprises a fan, an air guide groove, a heat dissipating fin and a vent hole; the cooling fin is fixed on the inner side of the first side wall of the case, a PCB board is arranged on the cooling fin, one end of the cooling fin is connected with an air guide groove, the other end of the air guide groove is connected with a fan, and the fan and the second side wall of the case are connected with each other; the other end of the radiating fin is connected with the third side wall of the case; a vent hole is formed at the joint of the radiating fin and the third side wall; the second side wall and the third side wall are arranged in parallel; the second side wall and the third side wall are connected with the first side wall; the fan, the air guide groove and the radiating fins are all arranged on the first side wall.
Further, the radiating fin comprises a radiating fin body, a plurality of heat conducting fins are arranged on one side of the radiating fin body, ventilation grooves are formed between every two adjacent heat conducting fins, and the PCB is arranged on the other side of the radiating fin body.
Further, the fan wraps the air guide groove and the inside of the second side wall, and the air guide groove, the first side wall and the air vent form an air channel.
Further, a first fixing groove is formed in the first side wall, first fixing holes are formed in the fan, the air guide groove and the radiating fin, and the fan, the air guide groove and the radiating fin are connected with the first side wall through the first fixing groove, the first fixing holes and screws.
Further, a second fixing hole is formed in the PCB, a third fixing hole is formed in the radiating fin, and the PCB and the radiating fin are connected through the second fixing hole, the third fixing hole and the screw.
Further, the radiating fin adopts an aluminum profile.
The invention also discloses a desk type device comprising the radiating device for the desk type device, and the outer side of the PCB is covered with the protective shell.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can obtain the following technical effects:
1) According to the invention, the radiating fins are fixed in the chassis, the air guide grooves and the ventilation grooves on the radiating fins are utilized to form a closed air channel, the air is sucked and transmitted into the air channel through the fan, the heat on the radiating fins is taken away through the air channel, and the air channel is communicated with the ventilation holes on the rear panel of the chassis.
2) On the premise of solving the heat dissipation, the invention reduces the product cost and the external dimension of the product.
Of course, it is not necessary for any of the products embodying the invention to achieve all of the technical effects described above at the same time.

In the figure, a fan, a wind guide groove, a cooling fin, a ventilation hole, a first side wall, a second side wall, a third side wall, a cooling fin body, a heat conducting fin, a ventilation groove, a first fixing hole, a screw, a second fixing hole, a third fixing hole, a protection shell, a case and a PCB (printed circuit board).

It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further discussion thereof is necessary in subsequent figures.
The invention discloses a heat dissipating double-fuselage used for desk-top apparatus, as shown in figure 1-figure 3, including fan 1, wind-guiding groove 2, fin 3 and ventilation hole 4; the cooling fin 3 is fixed on the inner side of the first side wall 5 of the chassis 1, a PCB 18 is arranged on the cooling fin 3, one end of the cooling fin 3 is connected with the air guide groove 2, the other end of the air guide groove 2 is connected with the fan 1, and the fan 1 and the second side wall 6 of the chassis 1; the other end of the radiating fin 3 is connected with a third side wall 7 of the case 1; the connection part of the radiating fin 3 and the third side wall 7 is provided with a vent hole 4; the second side wall 6 is arranged in parallel with the third side wall 7; the second side wall 6 and the third side wall 7 are connected with the first side wall 5; the fan 1, the air guide groove 2 and the cooling fins 3 are all arranged on the first side wall 5.
Optionally, the heat sink 3 includes a heat sink body 8, one side of the heat sink body 8 is provided with a plurality of heat conducting fins 9, ventilation slots 10 are formed between adjacent heat conducting fins 9, and the PCB 18 is disposed on the other side of the heat sink body 8.
Optionally, the fan 1 is wrapped inside the air guiding groove 2 and the second side wall 6, and the air guiding groove 2, the air guiding groove 10, the first side wall 5 and the air holes 4 form an air channel. The heat on the radiating fins 3 is taken away through the air duct by the air suction of the fan 1 and transmitted into the ventilating duct, and the ventilating duct and the ventilating hole 4 on the third side wall 7 of the case 17 form air circulation.
Optionally, a first fixing groove 11 is formed in the first side wall 5, first fixing holes 12 are formed in the fan 1, the air guide groove 2 and the cooling fin 3, and the fan 1, the air guide groove 2 and the cooling fin 3 are connected with the first side wall 5 through the first fixing groove 11, the first fixing holes 12 and screws 13; this connection is easy to install and disassemble.
Optionally, a second fixing hole 14 is formed in the PCB 18, a third fixing hole 15 is formed in the heat sink 3, and the PCB 18 and the heat sink 3 are connected through the second fixing hole 14, the third fixing hole 15 and the screw 13; this connection is easy to install and disassemble.
Optionally, the radiating fin 3 is made of aluminum profiles, so that the heat transfer effect is good.
When the fan is used, the radiating fins 3 are directly fixed in the case 17 through the screws 13, the PCB is fixed on the radiating fins, heat generated on the PCB 18 is transferred to the heat conducting fins 9 through the radiating fins 3, air sucked by the fan 1 forms a closed channel through the air guide grooves 2 and the ventilation grooves 10 on the radiating fins 3 to transfer air quantity, in the example, the heat can be quickly emitted through the ventilation holes 4, a plurality of wind speeds can be set on the fan, and if the heat quantity is high, the fan with high rotation speed can be improved by selecting the fan with high rotation speed.
The invention also discloses a desktop device, which comprises the heat dissipating device for the desktop device, wherein the outer side of the PCB 18 is covered with the protective shell 16, and the desktop computer host has small size and low cost.

Claims (5)
1. A heat dissipating device for a desk-top apparatus, characterized by comprising a fan (1), an air guide groove (2), a heat dissipating fin (3) and a vent hole (4); the cooling fin (3) is fixed on the inner side of a first side wall (5) of the chassis (17), a PCB (printed circuit board) 18 is arranged on the cooling fin (3), one end of the cooling fin (3) is connected with an air guide groove (2), the other end of the air guide groove (2) is connected with a fan (1), and the fan (1) and a second side wall (6) of the chassis (17) are connected with each other; the other end of the radiating fin (3) is connected with a third side wall (7) of the case (17); a vent hole (4) is formed at the joint of the radiating fin (3) and the third side wall (7); the second side wall (6) and the third side wall (7) are arranged in parallel; the second side wall (6) and the third side wall (7) are connected with the first side wall (5); fan (1), wind-guiding groove (2), fin (3) all set up on first lateral wall (5), and fin (3) are including fin body (8), one side of fin body (8) is provided with a plurality of heat conduction fin (9), forms ventilation slot (10) between adjacent heat conduction fin (9), PCB board (18) set up the opposite side at fin body (8), fan (1) parcel is inside wind-guiding groove (2) and second lateral wall (6), wind-guiding groove (2), ventilation slot (10), first lateral wall (5) and ventilation hole (4) form the air flue.

The heat dissipating device for a desk-top device according to claim 1, wherein a first fixing groove (11) is provided on the first side wall (5), first fixing holes (12) are provided on the fan (1), the air guiding groove (2) and the heat dissipating fin (3), and the fan (1), the air guiding groove (2) and the heat dissipating fin (3) are connected with the first side wall (5) through the first fixing groove (11), the first fixing holes (12) and the screws (13).

The heat dissipating device for a desktop device according to claim 1, wherein the PCB board (18) is provided with a second fixing hole (14), the heat sink (3) is provided with a third fixing hole (15), and the PCB board (18) and the heat sink (3) are connected through the second fixing hole (14), the third fixing hole (15) and the screw (13).
4. A heat sink for a desk top appliance according to any of the claims 1-3, characterized in that the heat sink (3) is of aluminium profile.
5. A desktop device, characterized in that it comprises a heat dissipating device for a desktop device according to any of claims 1-4, said PCB board (18) being covered on the outside with a protective shell (16).
