Detailed Description
The embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
The embodiment provides a method for refreshing a calibration file of a power window, which is applied to a vehicle body control module, and as shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
s101, receiving a refreshing instruction, wherein the refreshing instruction comprises a storage path of a new calibration file in refreshing equipment and an identifier of the new calibration file.
The refreshing instruction is generated and sent by refreshing equipment according to user instructions, and the refreshing equipment is in communication connection with the vehicle body control module through a CAN diagnosis port of the vehicle body control module. The identification of the new calibration file may be used to distinguish the new calibration file from other files. The refreshing equipment is an upper computer containing DPS software.
S102, searching and downloading the new calibration file in the refreshing device according to the storage path and the identification.
In this step, if only one new calibration file is found according to the storage path and the identifier, the new calibration file is directly downloaded; if a plurality of new calibration files exist, the calibration files are downloaded in sequence according to a certain sequence, for example, according to the modification time of the new calibration files.
S103, determining a target storage address in the vehicle body control module corresponding to the identification of the new calibration file according to the corresponding relation between the identification and the storage address, and storing the new calibration file under the target storage address.
The storage address is located in the vehicle body control module, namely the downloaded new calibration file is stored in the vehicle body control module so that the vehicle body control module can identify the new calibration file. In this step, the correspondence between the identifier and the storage address includes two cases, one is that one identifier corresponds to multiple storage addresses, that is, multiple target storage addresses corresponding to the identifier of the new calibration file, and when the new calibration file is stored, the new calibration file is stored in each target storage address; the other is that one identifier corresponds to one storage address, that is, only one target storage address corresponds to the identifier of the new calibration file, and when the new calibration file is stored, the new calibration file is stored only in the target storage address.
And S104, after the refreshing program is triggered, determining a target power window module corresponding to the target storage address according to the corresponding relation between the storage address and the power window module, and sending a query instruction to the target power window module.
The refresh program is triggered, namely the vehicle body control module enters the refresh program, the new calibration file can be refreshed only after the refresh program is entered, the mode for triggering the refresh program can be that the vehicle body control module is restarted, and a restart instruction can also be sent to the vehicle body control module through the refresh device, so that the vehicle body control module enters the refresh program. The storage address and the power window modules are in one-to-one correspondence, and when a new calibration file is stored in a target storage address, the vehicle body control module sends a query instruction to a target power window module corresponding to the target storage address; the query instruction is used for querying the refreshing state of the target power window module, if the power window module refreshes the calibration file, the refreshing state display refreshes, and if the calibration file is not refreshed, the refreshing state display does not refresh.
And S105, receiving refreshing state information fed back by the target power window module in response to the query instruction, and if the refreshing state information represents that the calibration file is not refreshed, sending the new calibration file to the target power window module.
After receiving the new calibration file, the target power window module verifies whether the new calibration file is complete, if so, executes the new calibration file, and changes the refreshing state; if not, the new calibration file is not executed, and the refreshing state of the new calibration file is not changed.
The method for refreshing the calibration file of the power window is in communication connection with the refreshing device through the CAN diagnosis port of the vehicle body control module, downloads the new calibration file from the refreshing device, storing the downloaded new calibration file in the target storage address corresponding to the identifier of the new calibration file according to the corresponding relation between the identifier and the storage address in the new calibration file, after a refreshing program is triggered, determining a target power window module corresponding to a target storage address according to the corresponding relation between the storage address and the power window module, sending a query instruction to the target power window module, then receiving refreshing state information fed back by the target power window module in response to the query instruction, if the refreshing state information represents that a calibration file is not refreshed, and sending the new calibration file to the target power window module to refresh the target power window module. By the method, the vehicle door does not need to be disassembled when the calibration file of the electric vehicle window module is refreshed, and the refreshing process of the calibration file is simplified.
Example 2
The embodiment provides another method for refreshing a power window calibration file, which can be applied to a vehicle body control module, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
s201, receiving a refresh instruction, wherein the refresh instruction comprises a storage path of a new calibration file in a refresh device and an identifier of the new calibration file.

And the new calibration files are downloaded and stored according to a certain sequence, so that the vehicle body control module can distinguish the new calibration files conveniently.
S203, determining a target storage address in the vehicle body control module corresponding to the identifier of the new calibration file according to the corresponding relation between the identifier and the storage address, and storing the new calibration file under the target storage address.
And S204, after the refreshing program is triggered, determining a target power window module corresponding to the target storage address according to the corresponding relation between the storage address and the power window module, and sending a query instruction to the target power window module.
S205, receiving refresh state information fed back by the target power window module in response to the query instruction, and executing S206 if the refresh state information represents that the calibration file is refreshed; if the refresh state information represents that the calibration file is not refreshed, step S208 is executed.
S206, sending prompt information to the refreshing equipment to prompt that the target power window module is refreshed. Namely, the user is informed that the calibration file of the target power window module is refreshed.
S207, judging whether a forced refreshing instruction is received within the set time after the prompt message is sent, and if so, executing the step S208; otherwise, step S211 is executed.
The forced refreshing instruction is sent by a user through the refreshing equipment, and the user can judge whether to send the forced refreshing instruction according to the requirement. And if the vehicle body control module receives the forced refreshing instruction, the refreshing state information is refreshed in any state. The set time is arbitrary, for example, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, or the like.
And S208, sending the new calibration file to the target power window module.
And S209, sending a result query instruction to the target power window module.
And sending a result query instruction for judging whether the target power window module is successfully refreshed.
