Abstract

本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示装置的框体的加工工艺。步骤如下:框体内设置有导光板,框体内侧相对的两个端面设置有多个LED放置槽,LED放置槽向框体内侧凹陷;LED放置槽等间距间隔设置,相邻两个LED放置槽之间形成凸起部;导光板依现有技术制备;框体的材质是不锈钢,通过锻压成型;LED放置槽以及凸起部是通过冲压加工形成;将框体置于槽液中前处理至少15分钟,然后取出、冲洗、晾干;将框体经200℃热处理炉热处理2小时,然后冷却至室温后,再将导光板装入。本发明的一种液晶显示装置的框体及其加工工艺,工艺设计合理,通过对框体进行前处理,从而使其表面耐磨心能得到显著提升。

一种液晶显示装置的框体的加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示装置的框体的加工工艺。
背景技术
液晶显示器为平面超薄的显示设备,它由一定数量的彩色或黑白像素组成,放置于光源或者反射面前方。液晶显示器功耗很低,因此倍受工程师青睐,适用于使用电池的电子设备。它的主要原理是以电流刺激液晶分子产生点、线、面配合背部灯管构成画面。现有的液晶显示器通常包括背光模组和液晶面板,背光模组内设置有LED灯和光学膜片组,现有的背光模组中,LED灯之间的区域会导致背光源的亮度不均匀,影响液晶显示器的显示效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶显示装置,解决现有的背光模组中,LED灯之间的区域会导致背光源的亮度不均匀,影响液晶显示器的显示效果的问题。同时,本发明还提供了一种液晶显示装置的框体及其加工工艺。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种液晶显示装置,包括:框体、LED放置槽、凸起部以及量子点层;
所述框体内设置有导光板,所述框体内侧相对的两个端面设置有多个LED放置槽,所述LED放置槽向所述框体内侧凹陷;
所述LED放置槽等间距间隔设置,相邻两个所述LED放置槽之间形成凸起部;
所述凸起部朝向所述框体内侧的端面设置有量子点层。
优选地,所述框体与所述凸起部之间设置有间隙。
优选地,所述框体内侧相对的两个端面的所述LED放置槽交错设置。
一种液晶显示装置的框体,框体内设置有导光板,框体内侧相对的两个端面设置有多个LED放置槽,LED放置槽向框体内侧凹陷;LED放置槽等间距间隔设置,相邻两个LED放置槽之间形成凸起部。
一种液晶显示装置的框体的加工工艺,步骤如下:
1)、结构及分别加工
框体内设置有导光板,框体内侧相对的两个端面设置有多个LED放置槽,LED放置槽向框体内侧凹陷;LED放置槽等间距间隔设置,相邻两个LED放置槽之间形成凸起部;
导光板依现有技术制备;
框体的材质是不锈钢,通过锻压成型;
LED放置槽以及凸起部是通过冲压加工形成;
2)、前处理
将框体置于槽液中前处理至少15分钟,然后取出、冲洗、晾干;
槽液组分为:氯化镁3份、稀土铝酸盐7份、四氯化碳10份、氨基树脂15份、缬草酸1.5份;
3)、后续组装成型
将框体经200℃热处理炉热处理2小时,然后冷却至室温后,再将导光板装入。
本发明所具有的优点与效果是:
1)、本发明的一种液晶显示装置,包括:框体、LED放置槽、凸起部以及量子点层;框体内设置有导光板,框体内侧相对的两个端面设置有多个LED放置槽,LED放置槽向框体内侧凹陷;LED放置槽等间距间隔设置,相邻两个LED放置槽之间形成凸起部;凸起部朝向框体内侧的端面设置有量子点层;通过在LED放置槽之间形成的凸起部上设置量子点层,可利用导光板反射至凸起部上的光线激发量子点层发出光线,并反射至导光板,提升凸起部区域的亮度,避免LED灯之间的区域会导致背光源的亮度不均匀,影响液晶显示器的显示效果的问题。
2)、本发明的一种液晶显示装置的框体及其加工工艺,工艺设计合理,通过对框体进行前处理,从而使其表面耐磨心能得到显著提升。

具体实施方式
实施例1
请参阅图1至图2,本发明提供一种液晶显示装置,包括:框体1、LED放置槽2、凸起部3以及量子点层4;所述框体1内设置有导光板5,所述框体1内侧相对的两个端面设置有多个LED放置槽2,所述LED放置槽2向所述框体1内侧凹陷;所述LED放置槽2等间距间隔设置,相邻两个所述LED放置槽2之间形成凸起部3;所述凸起部3朝向所述框体1内侧的端面设置有量子点层4。所述框体1与所述凸起部3之间设置有间隙。所述框体1内侧相对的两个端面的所述LED放置槽2交错设置。
本发明的一种液晶显示装置,可利用导光板反射至凸起部上的光线激发量子点层发出光线,并反射至导光板,提升凸起部区域的亮度,避免LED灯之间的区域会导致背光源的亮度不均匀,影响液晶显示器的显示效果的问题。
实施例2
一种液晶显示装置的框体的加工工艺,步骤如下:
1)、结构及分别加工
框体内设置有导光板,框体内侧相对的两个端面设置有多个LED放置槽,LED放置槽向框体内侧凹陷;LED放置槽等间距间隔设置,相邻两个LED放置槽之间形成凸起部;
导光板依现有技术制备;
框体的材质是不锈钢,通过锻压成型;
LED放置槽以及凸起部是通过冲压加工形成;
2)、前处理
将框体置于槽液中前处理至少15分钟,然后取出、冲洗、晾干;
槽液组分为:氯化镁3份、稀土铝酸盐7份、四氯化碳10份、氨基树脂15份、缬草酸1.5份;
3)、后续组装成型
将框体经200℃热处理炉热处理2小时,然后冷却至室温后,再将导光板装入。

1.一种液晶显示装置的框体的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤如下:
1)、结构及分别加工
框体内设置有导光板,框体内侧相对的两个端面设置有多个LED放置槽,LED放置槽向框体内侧凹陷;LED放置槽等间距间隔设置,相邻两个LED放置槽之间形成凸起部;
导光板依现有技术制备;
框体的材质是不锈钢,通过锻压成型;
LED放置槽以及凸起部是通过冲压加工形成;
2)、前处理
将框体置于槽液中前处理至少15分钟,然后取出、冲洗、晾干;
