用于果、桑、园林等的花卉、树木修剪的工具小五金。
查考国内外新型剪枝剪很多,它们的剪口曲线曲率均很小,曲线顶点〔见图3中的M点,以下称拱点〕近于剪口中部,个别有后偏,其DB∶BC也不超过1.5〔图3中D为剪口顶点,C为剪口与D点和轴心O连线的交点〕,而且BC的长度也大于20mm以上,如在它们的剪口上任取一点A,

的夹角,可命名为搓切法向角,目前,国内外尚未有∠a处处大于20°的剪口,它们的曲率小也直观地表现为拱度即:MB∶DC值很小,至今未有超过0.2的,因此,它们除杠杆力外无其它刀刃增力和斜向搓切作用,剪枝能力很小,尤其是剪粗树枝时,常常滑至中部,又因剪口中、前部剪力极小,因此般大于12mm硬树枝就难以剪断。
本发明的目的是要用简单的结构,使剪口具有极强的剪力,克服剪粗枝前滑,又使剪口中、前部均有强剪力,让操作随心地省力。
说明书附图1是总装轴侧图,图2是零件分解图,图3是剪口受力分析图。
本发明的技术方案是:它由后偏大拱度增力、搓切曲线型剪口、中心扭力机构、闭合装置和两根双弯曲弧型手柄组成,闭合装置在剪口一旁,后偏大拱度增力、搓切曲线型剪口〔见图1〕由下刀架2的凸剪刃和上刀架1的凹刀刃组成。下刀架的凸剪刃较锋利,作业中起主要剪切作用,上刀架凹刀刃的用途是剪枝时能卡压树枝使剪口产生剪切作用力,它是拱点后偏量及拱度均很大的一条单峰曲线,其拱度MB∶DC大于0.25,拱点M后偏度:DB∶BC大于2,MC是剪口过渡曲线,BC小于17mm,MD是剪口的主要剪切工作曲线,这曲线特性是:它的任一点A〔见图3〕其法向力 ,也是剪刃正向力,

、……可见这曲线的∠a微增,剪切力便大幅度加大,由于这剪力是在剪缝中向里方向作大斜线搓切,极大地增加断枝能力,又防止了树枝外滑,如果MD采用其∠a逐步增大的曲线,则剪口前后各部的切力都很大,本发明的凹刀刃的MD段是采用了其∠a均大于30°并且是一条由M点起这∠a不断增大的增力、搓切的单峰曲线,这特性有多种曲线均能满足,可以是等角螺线、阿基米德螺线、渐开线、摆线、二此曲线等,或是近似于这些曲线的圆弧,下刀架凸剪刃是条剪口闭合时与凹刀刃相近似平行的曲线,中心扭力机构由中轴13和套合在上面的扭簧12、簧罩3和螺母、螺钉组成,中轴的下端有螺纹,它穿入上、下刀架的中心孔内,其中一个刀架与中轴成螺纹付配合后又被螺母锁定,另一个刀架与中轴成松转配合,中轴中部有扁平台,它松压刀架,中轴上端面有中心螺孔和径向槽,扭簧套在中轴上,它的一端插于刀架的小孔内,另一端插在中轴径向槽内,它的扭力使剪口张大,簧罩套在扭簧上,它顶部有孔被螺钉固定于中轴上端螺孔内,闭合装置由棘爪5、角口4和铆钉6组成,棘爪为两小长板连成的L形平板,其中一块为直形长板,另一块小长板端部弯离平板平面又成立体L形,棘爪中部有孔被铆钉松转地铆压于上刀架腹部孔上、下刀架腹部有个角状角口4,角口的位置是:它被棘爪直形长板头压入时,可闭合剪口为准,两根双弯曲弧形手柄是由位于两刀架后端的一根凹凸两弧形把8和另一根双外凹弧形把11组成,凹凸两弧形把前端外侧有一个凹钩面7后部为外凸弧形手柄,双外凹弧形把前端外侧有两个凹钩面9、10,后部为凹形手柄,操作时用大姆指握住凹钩面7处,如果双外凹弧形把离其它手指太远,便用食指勾住这把的凹钩面9处,转动一角度后中指等就可握到双外凹弧形把凹钩10处和把后端,形成接力勾握动作,极大地增加把手转动行程和作功动能,提高了剪切力。
经样品与老产品对比试验证明,成倍地增加了剪力,克服了剪粗枝前滑和剪口前后剪力差异大等基本缺点,使作业轻松方便,在制造上,它工艺简单,成本低廉,是同类工具无法相比的。

Claims (5)

1、一种省力剪枝剪,其特征在于:它由后偏大拱度增力、搓切曲线型剪口,中心扭力机构,闭合装置和两根双弯曲弧形手柄组成;闭合装置在剪口一旁。
2、根据权利要求1所述的剪枝剪,其特征在于:它的后偏大拱度增力、搓切曲线型剪口是由下刀架的凸剪刃和上刀架的凹刀刃组成;上刀架凹刀刃是拱点后偏量及拱度均很大的一条单峰曲线,其拱度MB∶DC大于0.25,拱点后偏度:DB∶BC大于2,MC是剪口过度曲线,BC小于17mm,MD是剪口的主要剪切工作曲线,在它上任意点的搓切法向角∠a均大于25°,并且是一条由M点起其∠a不断增大的单峰曲线,这曲线可以是等角螺线、阿基米德螺线、渐开线、摆线、二次曲线等,也可是近似这些曲线的圆弧;下刀架的凸剪刃是条在剪口闭合时能与凹刀刃近似平行的凸曲线。
3、根据权利要求1所述的剪枝剪,其特征在于:它的中心扭机构由中轴和套合在它上的扭簧、簧罩和螺钉、螺母组成;中轴的下端有螺纹,它穿入上、下刀架的中心孔,与其中一个刀架孔成螺纹付配合后又被螺母锁定,另一个刀架与中轴成松转配合,中轴中部有偏平台,它松压于刀架上部;中轴上端面有中心螺孔和径向槽,扭簧套在中轴上,它一端插于刀架的小孔内,另一端插于中轴的径向槽;簧罩套于扭簧上,它顶部有孔,被螺钉固定于中轴上端螺孔内。
4、根据权利要求1所述的剪枝剪,其特征在于:它的闭合装置是由棘爪、角口和铆钉组成,棘爪为两小长板连成的L形平板体,其中一块小长板端部弯离平板平面又形成立体L形;棘爪中部有孔,被铆钉可松转地铆结于上刀架中部孔内;角口是位于下刀架腹部的一个角状槽。
5、根据权利要求1所述的剪枝剪,其特征在于:两根双弯曲弧形手柄由两刀架后端的一根双外凹弧形把和另一根凹凸两弧形把组成;凹凸两弧形把前端外侧有一凹钩面,后部为外凸弧形手柄;双外凹弧形把前端外侧有两个凹钩面,后部为外凹形手柄。
