Background
When in urban construction, because the earthwork can produce certain influence to the surrounding environment, in order to distinguish the construction site from the surrounding area thereof so as to ensure the construction safety and protect construction materials and equipment, a building enclosure is required to be arranged, so the building enclosure plays an important role. The temporary enclosing fence is generally assembled by adopting temporary enclosing blocking sheets. The general structure is that firstly a brick foundation with a certain height is built on the ground, embedded parts are kept in the brick foundation, then upright posts are welded on the embedded parts, and the upright posts are connected and sealed by surrounding baffle plates. However, the existing enclosure can only be used on land, and when some small projects are developed on the water surface, particularly projects on park landscape lakes, the existing enclosure cannot be used. If the enclosure of the wooden sheet pile or the steel sheet pile is adopted, the pile body needs to be driven into the lake bottom, the construction period is long, the cost is high, and the lake water pollution is caused.
In view of the above, the floatable enclosure for the water surface, provided by the invention, can realize quick installation and disassembly of the enclosure, is simple in structure, convenient to install, capable of being repeatedly used and convenient to transport, and is provided with the power generation device, so that the energy is saved.

The power generation module comprises a hinged seat, a shell, a spring, a rack, a gear and a power generator; the hinged seat is used for connecting a first stop lever in the bracket component; a guide rail groove is formed in the shell, and the hinge seat can slide along the guide rail groove; springs are arranged at two ends of the hinge seat, the baffle is affected by wind power to shake, the first stop lever in the support assembly is driven to move, and the hinge seat can move back and forth in the guide rail groove under the action of the springs; the lower end of the hinge seat is provided with a rack; the rack is connected with a gear in a matching way, and one end of the gear is connected with a generator; the generator is arranged on one side of the shell, the rack moves back and forth to drive the gear to rotate, and the gear rotates to drive the generator to operate, so that electric energy is generated.
