Abstract

本发明公开了一种土聚水泥外墙板,包括外层板、内层板及夹心板,所述夹心板填充在外层板及内层板之间,所述夹心板为聚氨酯泡沫塑料板,所述外层板及内层板为土聚水泥板。所述外层板及内层板采用土聚水泥,土聚水泥有很高的强度,耐腐蚀,耐火保温,轻质隔热等特性;其夹心板采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料板材,聚氨酯泡沫塑料板材有极佳的保温特性,它的弹性、柔软性、伸长率和压缩强度好,属高强、节能、绿色环保的建筑板材,还有优良的加工性、粘合性等性能,是一种性能优良的保温材料。因此土聚水泥与聚氨酯泡沫塑料板复合能够很好地解决现有的外墙板存在的强度低、自重较高等问题。本发明用于建筑外墙板。

一种土聚水泥外墙板
技术领域
本发明属于土木工程技术领域,特别涉及装配式建筑外墙技术领域。
背景技术
外墙板是近几年研发的新型建筑外墙装饰保温一体化材料,该材料主要应用于各种建筑的外墙装饰和节能改造,主要功能为填充装饰、保温节能、隔热、防水。现有的建筑外墙板大多数使用具有保温特性的材料和轻集料砂浆,但其强度较小,其存在施工难度大、体重偏重、寿命短等不足。
发明内容
本发明提供一种土聚水泥外墙板,其采用复合结构,使得其轻质高强、保温效果好,且绿色环保。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种土聚水泥外墙板,包括外层板、内层板及夹心板,所述夹心板填充在外层板及内层板之间,所述夹心板为聚氨酯泡沫塑料板,所述外层板及内层板为土聚水泥板;所述土聚水泥板的主要成分及质量分数为:偏高岭土为 55%~60%、碱性激发剂为5%~10%、粘结剂为20%、水为15%。
进一步地,所述碱性激发剂为NaOH。
进一步地,所述粘接剂的成分及质量分数为:所述粘接剂的成分及质量分数为:二氧化硅含量为26%~30%,氧化钠含量为8%~12%。
进一步地,所述夹心板相对于外层板与内层板相对凸出一定距离形成凸台,所述外墙板的另一端形成凹槽。此种结构方便安装,提高安装效率。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明中所述外墙板采用三层复合结构,包括外层板、内层板及夹心板。所述外层板及内层板采用土聚水泥,土聚水泥有很高的强度,耐腐蚀,耐火保温,轻质隔热等特性;其夹心板采用聚氨酯泡沫塑料板材,聚氨酯泡沫塑料板材有极佳的保温特性,它的弹性、柔软性、伸长率和压缩强度好,高强度、节能型、绿色环保的建筑板材,还有优良的加工性、粘合性等性能,是一种性能优良的保温材料。因此土聚水泥与聚氨酯泡沫塑料板复合能够很好地解决现有的外墙板存在的强度低、自重较高等问题。本发明用于建筑外墙板。

参照图1,一种土聚水泥外墙板,包括外层板1、内层板3及夹心板2,所述夹心板2填充在外层板1及内层板3之间,所述夹心板2为聚氨酯泡沫塑料板,所述外层板1及内层板3为土聚水泥板;所述土聚水泥板的主要成分及质量分数为:偏高岭土为55%、碱性激发剂为5%、粘结剂为20%、水为15%。
进一步地,所述碱性激发剂为NaOH。
进一步地,所述粘接剂的成分及质量分数为:二氧化硅含量为26%,氧化钠含量为8%。
进一步地,所述夹心板2相对于外层板1与内层板3相对凸出一定距离形成凸台4,所述外墙板的另一端形成凹槽3。此种结构方便安装,提高安装效率。

1.一种土聚水泥外墙板,其特征在于,包括外层板、内层板及夹心板,所述夹心板填充在外层板及内层板之间,所述夹心板为聚氨酯泡沫塑料板,所述外层板及内层板为土聚水泥板;所述土聚水泥板的主要成分及质量分数为:偏高岭土为55%~60%、碱性激发剂为5%~10%、粘结剂为20%、水为15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种土聚水泥外墙板,其特征在于,所述碱性激发剂为NaOH。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种土聚水泥外墙板,其特征在于,所述粘接剂的成分及质量分数为:二氧化硅含量为26%~30%,氧化钠含量为8%~12%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种土聚水泥外墙板,其特征在于,所述夹心板相对于外层板与内层板相对凸出一定距离形成凸台,所述外墙板的另一端形成凹槽。
