一种环保生物质复合煤,包括如下重量份的原料:无烟煤30‑50重量份,泥煤20‑30重量份,小麦秸秆60‑80重量份,稻草12‑24重量份,锯末12‑26重量份,槐树枝5‑15重量份,荆条20‑40重量份,榆树枝3‑8重量份,牛粪15‑25重量份。本发明的发明人前期进行了大量的原料筛选实验及其配比之间的调整的实验,在研究中意外的发现通过选择合适的原料进行配合使用并设置合理的配比,使得本发明的环保生物质复合煤具有污染少、燃烧效率高,节能效果好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及新能源领域,具体的说涉及一种环保生物质复合煤。
背景技术
生物质新能源是指通过生物资源生产的燃料乙醇和生物柴油,可以替代由石油制取的汽油和柴油,是可再生能源开发利用的重要方向。生物质燃料是指将农作物秸杆、木屑、锯末、花生壳、玉米芯、稻壳、树枝、树叶、干草通过压缩成型直接利用的燃料。制作过程不添加任何添加剂和粘结剂。生物质新能源是一种可再生的清洁能源。从广义上讲,生物质能是太阳能的一种表现形式。目前,很多国家都在积极研究和开发利用生物质能。生物质能蕴藏在植物、动物和微生物等可以生长的有机物中,它是由太阳能转化而来的。有机物中除矿物燃料以外的所有来源于动植物的能源物质均属于生物质能,通常包括木材、及森林废弃物、农业废弃物、水生植物、油料植物、城市和工业有机废弃物、动物粪便等。地球上的生物质能资源较为丰富,而且是一种无害的能源。地球每年经光合作用产生的物质有1730亿吨,其中蕴含的能量相当于全世界能源消耗总量的10-20倍,但目前的利用率不到3%。
生物质能是世界第四大能源,仅次于煤炭、石油和天然气。根据生物学家估算,地球陆地每年生产1000~1250亿吨生物质;海洋年生产500亿吨生物质。生物质能源的年生产量远远超过全世界总能源需求量,相当于目前世界总能耗的10倍。
故而,提供一种制作简单的环保生物质复合煤,十分必要。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保生物质复合煤。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种环保生物质复合煤,包括如下重量份的原料:
无烟煤30-50重量份,泥煤20-30重量份,小麦秸秆60-80重量份,稻草12-24重量份,锯末12-26重量份,槐树枝5-15重量份,荆条20-40重量份,榆树枝3-8重量份,牛粪15-25重量份。

效果测试
分别测定上述实施例及对比例的单位重量发热量和环保效率。
环保效率按照下面的公式计算:
环保效率=(1-环保生物质复合煤产生的污染物的排放总量/普通燃煤产生的污染物的排放总量)*100/100。
测试结果如表1所示。
