The invention discloses stirring filling equipment, which comprises a blower, an air pipe, a storage box, a stirring device and a filling pipe, wherein the blower is communicated with the storage box through the air pipe, the filling pipe is communicated with the storage box, the stirring device comprises a stirring rod, the stirring rod is rotatably arranged in the storage box, the stirring device further comprises an impeller, the impeller is connected with the stirring rod, wind generated by the blower enters the storage box through the air pipe and pushes the impeller to rotate, the impeller drives the stirring rod to stir the filler to enable the filler to be stirred and fluffy, the wind generated by the blower enables the filler to enter the filling pipe for filling, and the whole equipment can complete stirring and filling simultaneously by only one blower through wind energy, so that the equipment volume and weight are reduced, and the cost is reduced.

Technical Field

Background
Plush toys, back cushions with various shapes, bedclothes, pet products and the like are generally filled with fillers such as short fibers, pearl cotton balls, cotton, broken sponge particles and the like to produce soft and comfortable use effects, and the processing process comprises the main steps of cotton feeding, cotton opening, cotton filling and the like. Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a stirring filling apparatus 100 includes a blower 10, an air pipe 20, a storage box 30, a stirring device 40, a filling pipe 50, a control box 60, and a roller 70.
The storage box 30 includes a box body 31, a bottom plate 32, and a baffle 33. The case 31 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 32. In one embodiment, the case 31 is cylindrical, and the bottom plate 32 and the baffle 33 are circular. The diameter of the baffle 33 is smaller than the diameter of the bottom plate 32.
The stirring device 40 includes a rotary shaft 41, an impeller 42, a mounting plate 43, a stirring rod 44, and a speed reducer 45. The stirring rod 44 and the mounting plate 43 are fixedly mounted on the rotating shaft 41. The speed reducer 45 is mounted on the rotating shaft 41 and located between the stirring rod 44 and the impeller 42, so that the moment of the stirring rod 44 is increased. The impeller 42 is fixedly mounted to the mounting plate 43. In one embodiment, the mounting plate 43 is circular. The projection of the impeller 42 on the mounting plate 43 forms an acute angle with the radius of the mounting plate 43 so as to increase the windward area of the impeller 42 and rotate the impeller 42.
When the stirring filling device 100 is assembled, the roller 70 is fixedly installed in the control box 60, and the blower 10 is fixedly installed in the control box 60. The bottom plate 32 of the storage box 30 is fixed to the top of the control box 60. The air pipe 20 is connected to the blower 10 and the casing 31 at both ends. When the stirring filling device 100 is used, air generated by the air blower 10 enters the storage box 30 through the air pipe 20 and is blown to the surface of the impeller 42 to push the impeller 42 to rotate, and the impeller 42 drives the stirring rod 44 to rotate to stir the filler, so that the filler is fluffy. In one embodiment, the filler is cotton, fiber, pearl cotton ball, crushed sponge, feather, or the like. Since the diameter of the baffle 33 is smaller than the diameter of the bottom plate 32. The baffle 33 and the inner wall of the box 31 have a gap, and the air generated by the blower 10 flows to the filling pipe 50 to blow the filler into the filling pipe 50 for filling. The whole stirring and filling device 100 can complete stirring and filling simultaneously by using wind energy only through one blower 10, thereby reducing the volume and weight of the stirring and filling device 100 and lowering the cost.

the stirring device further comprises a rotating shaft and a mounting plate, the stirring rod and the mounting plate are fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft, and the impeller is fixedly arranged on the mounting plate;
the stirring device further comprises a speed reducer, and the speed reducer is arranged on the rotating shaft and positioned between the impeller and the stirring rod, so that the moment of the stirring rod is increased;
the projection of the impeller on the mounting plate forms an acute angle with the diameter of the mounting plate;
