Background
In the ground operation process of the spacecraft cabin body, special hoisting accessory structures are needed to perform operations such as hoisting and overturning of the cabin body. The hoisting accessory structure provides a special connecting interface to be connected with the end frame of the cabin body, the hoisting accessory and the load-bearing part of the cabin body simultaneously bear the load generated in the ground operation process, and the hoisting accessory has enough rigidity and load diffusion capacity to play a role in protecting the cabin body structure.
The conventional spacecraft cabin lifting accessory is mostly connected with the cabin end frame only, the load diffusion efficiency of the mode is very low, and the lifting load is concentrated at a lifting point, so that the design requirement on the cabin end frame is high and the bearing capacity is low; in addition, a large additional bending moment is generated at the hanging point, the requirement on the mechanical property of the end frame is high, and the structural weight of the cabin body is increased by a reinforced design. With the research and development of heavy-duty aerospace equipment, the load borne by a spacecraft cabin and a hoisting accessory is larger and larger, and the current connection mode of the hoisting accessory cannot meet the requirement of the hoisting load.
