本发明公开了一种隔热钢化玻璃,包括第一钢化玻璃层和第二钢化玻璃层;所述第一钢化玻璃层与第二钢化玻璃层之间设有聚酯缓冲层;所述第二钢化玻璃层远离第一钢化玻璃层的侧面设有透明PVB胶层,透明PVB胶层的侧面设有聚碳酸酯纤维层;所述第一钢化玻璃层远离第二钢化玻璃层的侧面设有二氧化钛膜层,二氧化钛膜层的侧面设有二氧化硅膜层。本发明有利于推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及钢化玻璃技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种隔热钢化玻璃。
背景技术
钢化玻璃属于安全玻璃,它是将优质的浮法玻璃加热接近软化点时,在玻璃表面急速冷却,使压缩应力分布在玻璃表面,而张引应力则在中心层。因为有强大相等的压缩应力,使外压所产生的张引应力被玻璃强大的压缩应力所抵消,从而增加玻璃的安全度。钢化玻璃强度较之普通玻璃提高数倍,且抗弯,并且使用安全,其承载能力增大改善了易碎性质,即使钢化玻璃破坏也呈无锐角的小碎片,对人体的伤害极大地降低了。钢化玻璃的耐急冷急热性质较之普通玻璃有3~5倍的提高,一般可承受250度以上的温差变化,对防止热炸裂有明显的效果。
然而,现有技术的钢化玻璃在使用过程中往往会存在以下问题:钢化玻璃隔热效果不好,不能满足人们的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔热钢化玻璃,以解决现有技术的不足。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种隔热钢化玻璃,其特征在于,包括第一钢化玻璃层和第二钢化玻璃层;所述第一钢化玻璃层与第二钢化玻璃层之间设有聚酯缓冲层;所述第二钢化玻璃层远离第一钢化玻璃层的侧面设有透明PVB胶层,透明PVB胶层的侧面设有聚碳酸酯纤维层;所述第一钢化玻璃层远离第二钢化玻璃层的侧面设有二氧化钛膜层,二氧化钛膜层的侧面设有二氧化硅膜层。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明利用二氧化硅膜层避免钢化玻璃在运输过程中刮花,并且利用二氧化钛膜层与二氧化硅膜层降低钢化玻璃的反射光,提高钢化玻璃的透光率。通过聚酯缓冲层辅助,提高整个钢化玻璃的韧性,从而降低部分外力引起的钢化玻璃的自爆现象的发生,该钢化玻璃具备了优良的抗弯抗震性能;同时聚酯缓冲层可以阻断紫外线,并起到隔热的作用。通过透明PVB胶层以及聚碳酸酯纤维层可有效增强玻璃的抗压强度。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的隔热钢化玻璃,包括第一钢化玻璃层3和第二钢化玻璃层1;所述第一钢化玻璃层3与第二钢化玻璃层1之间设有聚酯缓冲层2;所述第二钢化玻璃层3远离第一钢化玻璃层1的侧面设有透明PVB胶层4,透明PVB胶层4的侧面设有聚碳酸酯纤维层5;所述第一钢化玻璃层3远离第二钢化玻璃层1的侧面设有二氧化钛膜层6,二氧化钛膜层6的侧面设有二氧化硅膜层7。
本发明利用二氧化硅膜层7避免钢化玻璃在运输过程中刮花,并且利用二氧化钛膜层6与二氧化硅膜层7降低钢化玻璃的反射光,提高钢化玻璃的透光率。通过聚酯缓冲层2辅助,提高整个钢化玻璃的韧性,从而降低部分外力引起的钢化玻璃的自爆现象的发生,该钢化玻璃具备了优良的抗弯抗震性能;同时聚酯缓冲层2可以阻断紫外线,并起到隔热的作用。通过透明PVB胶层4以及聚碳酸酯纤维层5可有效增强玻璃的抗压强度。

1.一种隔热钢化玻璃,其特征在于,包括第一钢化玻璃层和第二钢化玻璃层;所述第一钢化玻璃层与第二钢化玻璃层之间设有聚酯缓冲层;所述第二钢化玻璃层远离第一钢化玻璃层的侧面设有透明PVB胶层,透明PVB胶层的侧面设有聚碳酸酯纤维层;所述第一钢化玻璃层远离第二钢化玻璃层的侧面设有二氧化钛膜层,二氧化钛膜层的侧面设有二氧化硅膜层。
