Abstract
一种用于骨科内固定钢板结构,包括钢板本体和锁定螺钉,所述钢板具有多个锁定螺钉孔,根据需要,锁定螺钉孔可分为两类,一类为关键钉孔位,另一类为非关键钉孔位(非置钉区)。锁定螺钉穿过关键锁定螺钉孔位固定在骨折部位上,非关键钉空位可保留空白。其特征在于,所述内固定钢板结构可用阻塞螺栓通过非关键孔位紧固覆盖属于非关键孔位的锁定螺钉孔,所述阻塞螺栓的本体具有的形状和螺牙与其穿过的锁定螺钉孔紧密配合,且所述阻塞螺栓本体的长度不超过所述内固定钢板的厚度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器材技术领域,特别涉及一种用于骨科内固定钢板的结构。
背景技术
锁定及锁定加压钢板是骨科医师治疗肢体骨折常用的内固定器材,包括钢板和螺钉。其中钢板带锁定孔和加压锁定孔,医生可根据患者病情需要和骨折类型选择应用不同型号的钢板和螺钉固定。现有的临床应用的钢板螺钉材料,不论国产还是进口材料,无论形、材的差别,还是长度直径等数据不一,均包括板体和螺钉两部分构成。这在各器械厂家已是固定形式。
对于肢体创伤骨折,临床上往往采用上述开放复位内固定钢板技术。由于微创技术的进步,骨科医师常常采用骨折闭合复位,皮肤小切口,经皮置入,关键钉固定的技术植入钢板,具有创伤小花费低等优点,而在非关键钉部位的锁定孔或者加压锁定孔则留空。锁定螺钉的应用对维持骨折对位,促进骨折愈合,帮助患者早期进行肢体功能康复起到了作用。但是这种方法,在后期往往非关键钉部位(空白处)易产生瘢痕软组织粘连(除外骨痂包绕),造成部分患者体感不适。骨折愈合后,部分患者要求取出内固定,因软组织瘢痕粘连,内固定取出困难,医师不得已延长切口,松解粘连,从而增加了手术创伤。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于骨科内固定钢板结构及其阻塞螺栓,用以解决现有内固定钢板结构引起骨折固定恢复期的瘢痕软组织粘连。
一种用于骨科内固定钢板结构,包括钢板本体和锁定螺钉,所述钢板具有多个锁定螺钉孔,根据需要,锁定螺钉孔可分为两类,一类为关键钉孔位,另一类为非关键钉孔位(非置钉区)。锁定螺钉穿过关键锁定螺钉孔位固定在骨折部位上,非关键钉孔位保留空白。
所述内固定钢板结构用阻塞螺栓通过非关键钉孔位紧固覆盖属于非关键钉孔位的锁定螺钉孔,所述阻塞螺栓的本体具有的形状和螺牙与其穿过的锁定螺钉孔紧密配合,且所述阻塞螺栓本体的长度不超过所述内固定钢板的厚度。
进一步的,所述内固定钢板的形状与骨折肢体形状匹配。
一种用于骨科内固定钢板的阻塞螺栓,所述内固定钢板具有多个锁定螺钉孔,根据需要,锁定螺钉孔分为两类,一类为关键钉孔位,另一类为非关键钉孔位,锁定螺钉穿过关键钉孔位固定在骨折部位上,阻塞螺栓通过非关键钉孔位紧固覆盖属于非关键钉孔位的锁定螺钉孔,所述阻塞螺栓的本体具有的形状和螺牙与其穿过的锁定螺钉孔紧密配合,且所述阻塞螺栓本体的长度不超过所述内固定钢板的厚度。
本发明通过对现有技术进行改进和补充,以实现一期小切口微创内固定植入手术,二期依旧小切口微创内固定取出手术。本发明对器材厂商、医生和患者三者都具有明显优势:
1.对厂家而言,不增加技术成本,而仅对现有技术和参数进行改进和补充即可;
2.对医师而言,减少了手术风险及心理压力,真正达到微创手术的目的;
3.最收益的患者,真正收到微创小切口手术的好处。一般二次手术不超过30分钟,手术不出血,手术创伤小,并发发生率低,早出院等优点,因此具有良好的社会效益和广阔的应用前景。

如图1所示,本发明的用于骨科内固定钢板结构,包括钢板本体和锁定螺钉,所述钢板具有多个锁定螺钉孔,根据需要,锁定螺钉孔可分为两类,一类为关键钉孔位,另一类为非关键钉孔位(非置钉区)。锁定螺钉穿过关键锁定螺钉孔位固定在骨折部位上,非关键钉孔位保留空白,锁定螺钉不穿过非关键钉孔位。
所述内固定钢板结构用阻塞螺栓通过非关键钉孔位紧固覆盖属于非关键钉孔位的锁定螺钉孔,所述阻塞螺栓的本体具有的形状和螺牙与其穿过的锁定螺钉孔紧密配合,且所述阻塞螺栓本体的长度不超过所述内固定钢板的厚度。
阻塞锁栓带螺纹,其外形、直径与钢板螺孔吻合,长度不超过锁定钢板本身厚度。本发明是对现有四肢加压锁定钢板的技术补充,有利于防止内固定材料与周围组织产生瘢痕粘连,有利于骨折肢体早期功能康复,不影响骨折愈合,并且具有钢板螺钉微创植入,微创取出等优点。
值得说明的是,虽然前述内容已经参考若干具体实施方式描述了本发明创造的精神和原理,但是应该理解,本发明并不限于所公开的具体实施方式,对各方面的划分也不意味着这些方面中的特征不能组合,这种划分仅是为了表述的方便。本发明旨在涵盖所附权利要求的精神和范围内所包括的各种修改和等同布置。

1.一种用于骨科内固定钢板结构,包括钢板本体和锁定螺钉,所述钢板具有多个锁定螺钉孔,根据需要,锁定螺钉孔分为两类,一类为关键钉孔位,另一类为非关键钉孔位,锁定螺钉穿过关键钉孔位固定在骨折部位上,其特征在于,所述内固定钢板结构用阻塞螺栓紧固覆盖属于非关键钉孔位的锁定螺钉孔,所述阻塞螺栓的本体具有的形状和螺牙与其穿过的锁定螺钉孔紧密配合,且所述阻塞螺栓本体的长度不超过所述内固定钢板的厚度。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于骨科内固定钢板结构,其特征在于,所述内固定钢板的形状与骨折肢体形状匹配。
3.一种用于骨科内固定钢板的阻塞螺栓,所述内固定钢板具有多个锁定螺钉孔,根据需要,锁定螺钉孔分为两类,一类为关键钉孔位,另一类为非关键钉孔位,锁定螺钉穿过关键钉孔位固定在骨折部位上,其特征在于,阻塞螺栓通过非关键钉孔位紧固覆盖属于非关键钉孔位的锁定螺钉孔,所述阻塞螺栓的本体具有的形状和螺牙与其穿过的锁定螺钉孔紧密配合,且所述阻塞螺栓本体的长度不超过所述内固定钢板的厚度。
