技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀菌剂,尤其涉及一种盐碱地作物高效施肥杀菌剂。
背景技术
土壤盐碱化对土壤理化性质破坏比较大,极不利于许多作物的生长,容易造成作物缺苗或死亡。盐碱地由于含盐量多,有机质量少,酸碱度高,使土壤腐殖质遭到淋失,土壤结构受到破坏,湿时黏干时硬,土表常有白色盐分积淀,通气、透水不良,同时土壤中土传病源繁殖增加,造成植物萎蔫、中毒和烂根死亡,炭疽病和黑星病、白粉病等真菌性病害较多,另外,盐碱土壤中氮、磷、钾等元素缺乏。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够有效的杀灭土壤中土传病源、防治炭疽病和黑星病、白粉病等真菌性病害,有效提高土壤中氮、磷、钾等元素的盐碱地作物高效施肥杀菌剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:盐碱地作物高效施肥杀菌剂,所述施肥杀菌剂由包括以下重量份的原料制成:苯醚甲环唑铜络合物5~10份、硅酸铝镁0.5~5份、二苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚2~15份、硫酸钾2~6份、过磷酸钙2~6份、尿素5~10份、磷酸二铵10~15份、硅藻土5~15份、玉米淀粉2~6份、甲壳素3~8份。
作为优选的技术方案,所述施肥杀菌剂剂型为颗粒状或粉状。
作为优选的技术方案,所述苯醚甲环唑铜络合物为按重量比苯醚甲环唑:醋酸为1:2~6混合升温搅拌,温度升至100±2℃,按摩尔比醋酸铜:苯醚甲环唑为1:3~5加入铜盐,保温在100~120℃搅拌反应1~1.5h,之后降温至20±2℃,抽滤后干燥制得。
制造本施肥杀菌剂时,只需要将各原料按比例混合搅拌至均匀,按需要造粒或制成粉状即可。
由于采用了上述技术方案的盐碱地作物高效施肥杀菌剂,所述施肥杀菌剂由包括以下重量份的原料制成:苯醚甲环唑铜络合物5~10份,硅酸铝镁0.5~5份,二苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚2~15份,硫酸钾2~6份、过磷酸钙2~6份、尿素5~10份、磷酸二铵10~15份,硅藻土5~15份、玉米淀粉2~6份、甲壳素3~8份。硅酸铝镁可作为成型剂,二苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚作为分散润湿剂,玉米淀粉作为崩解剂使用。本发明针对盐碱化土壤目前存在的土传病害剧增、防治炭疽病和黑星病、白粉病等真菌性病害,有效提高土壤中氮、磷、钾等元素等问题具有非常显著的效果,甲壳素能迅速培养起大量的放线菌,可提高土壤微生物活性,改善土壤。同时甲壳素能提高植物对各种养分的吸收利用,根系发达,植株生长旺盛,防早衰。苯醚甲环唑铜络合物可以缓慢释放铜离子,可以防止水溶性无机铜对作物的伤害,且不含有机溶剂等的低碳环保剂型。该组合物用于防治炭疽病和黑星病、白粉病等真菌性病害等真菌引起的多种病害,还可以防治疮痂病、溃疡病、细菌性条斑病、叶斑病等,有效控制植物真菌和细菌混发,可防治多种作物病害,并使用方便。

盐碱地作物高效施肥杀菌剂,所述施肥杀菌剂由包括以下重量份的原料制成:苯醚甲环唑铜络合物5份,硅酸铝镁0.5份,二苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚2份,硫酸钾2份、过磷酸钙2份、尿素5份、磷酸二铵10份,硅藻土5份、玉米淀粉2份、甲壳素3份。所述施肥杀菌剂剂型为颗粒状。其中所述苯醚甲环唑铜络合物为按重量比苯醚甲环唑:醋酸为1:2混合升温搅拌,温度升至100±2℃,按摩尔比醋酸铜:苯醚甲环唑为1:3加入铜盐,保温在100℃搅拌反应1h,之后降温至20±2℃,抽滤后干燥制得。
实施例二
盐碱地作物高效施肥杀菌剂,所述施肥杀菌剂由包括以下重量份的原料制成:苯醚甲环唑铜络合物10份,硅酸铝镁5份,二苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚15份,硫酸钾6份、过磷酸钙6份、尿素10份、磷酸二铵15份,硅藻土15份、玉米淀粉6份、甲壳素8份。所述施肥杀菌剂剂型为粉状。其中所述所述苯醚甲环唑铜络合物为按重量比苯醚甲环唑:醋酸为1:6混合升温搅拌,温度升至100±2℃,按摩尔比醋酸铜:苯醚甲环唑为1:5加入铜盐,保温在120℃搅拌反应1.5h,之后降温至20±2℃,抽滤后干燥制得。
实施例三
盐碱地作物高效施肥杀菌剂,所述施肥杀菌剂由包括以下重量份的原料制成:苯醚甲环唑铜络合物7份,硅酸铝镁3份,二苄基酚聚氧乙烯醚10份,硫酸钾4份、过磷酸钙4份、尿素7份、磷酸二铵12份,硅藻土10份、玉米淀粉4份、甲壳素5份。所述施肥杀菌剂剂型为颗粒状。其中所述苯醚甲环唑铜络合物为按重量比苯醚甲环唑:醋酸为1:4混合升温搅拌,温度升至100±2℃,按摩尔比醋酸铜:苯醚甲环唑为1:4加入铜盐,保温在110℃搅拌反应1.2h,之后降温至20±2℃,抽滤后干燥制得。
