本发明涉及采矿和采石工业中用于材料分离和分级的矿石筛分板的改进。
背景技术
澳大利亚专利482212提出一种现在被采矿业广泛使用的用于矿石筛板的模块化的筛分板系统。筛分板均为相同的尺寸(例如300mm)并且由增强聚氨酯制成。所述板适于被利用附属套管(dependent spigots)固定到下方支撑框架,该附属套管被压配到支撑框架中的相应孔中。专利517319提供了一种利用销膨胀紧固原理将板固定到框架的可选方法。
澳大利亚专利724980公开了一种聚氨酯板,其具有由安装在横向延伸的支撑肋上的间隔开的筛分肋限定的筛分面以及在筛分面上方延伸的附加的面保护肋。
已经提出将不锈钢楔形线材用于矿石筛分板。
楔形线材由于归因于线材的楔形的不堵塞能力而是筛选的有效方法。为了改进磨耗性能,线材通常由硬铬处理。硬铬处理昂贵并且仅能达到125微米厚,并且归因于涂覆的情况(可能是不平坦的)导致了更高的磨耗面积,这缩短了板寿命。
本发明的目的是增大筛分板的可用开口面积。
本发明的另一目的是改进筛分面的耐磨耗性。
发明内容
本发明提供一种采矿用筛分板,其具有由支撑于横向延伸的间隔开的棒或条上的、间隔开的不锈钢成型线材构成的筛分面,其中成型线材的横截面形状是竖直的截顶菱形。
顶部是取决于发散的侧边的具有平顶的倒楔形,底部是取决于会聚的侧边的具有平底或凸底的楔形。竖直菱形的最宽部分构成了理论筛分面并且限定了筛分孔的尺寸。
对于采矿工作者来说最常见的问题之一是筛分板的磨耗。每两次为更换磨耗的板而关闭工厂之间的持续时间的任何延长都具有重大的生产效益。
在理论筛分面上方隆起的顶为线材提供了位于孔上方的磨耗面,并且这为楔形线材和孔提供了较长的磨耗寿命,由此延长了更换周期并减少了楔形线材的过早损坏,进而降低了生产成本。当前,楔形线材供应商使用硬铬处理来解决该问题。通过改变线材的轮廓,增加了磨耗寿命,这是因为线材将被均匀地磨耗且给出了比125微米硬铬涂层大的磨耗面,并且这将更有成本效益。
本发明使用楔形线材轮廓还增大了筛的可用开口面积,这也提高了筛分过程的生产率。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,传统的楔形线材板包括焊接到下方支撑条上的不锈钢平顶楔形件的筛分面。筛孔由平顶楔形件的上端部之间的空间限定。筛分板被包含有期望的固定系统的聚氨酯框架绕着筛分面的周边包围。
本发明的改进是提供一种截顶的菱形线材轮廓,并且这些截顶菱形线材轮廓的示例示于图3。
为了制造所述板,第一步是形成线材横截面轮廓。不锈钢线材通常是圆的且卷绕到鼓上,并且为了形成期望的横截面,线材需要经过模具冷拔(拉),该模具通常形成于两个配对轮的表面并且具有被加工到两个配对轮的周面中的形状或轮廓。
然后将形成的线材再卷绕到位于机器的另一侧的另一个鼓上。然后将形成的线材给送到焊接站,在焊接站处,线材被电阻焊到支撑条(取决于应用,通常是棒或条)上。
焊好的组件通常作为圆筒离开焊接机。然后该圆筒经过辊并平展开。圆筒在离开矫平辊(flattening roller)时被切成期望的尺寸并且扁平条被焊接到保持板平坦的支撑棒上。然后将板插入用于聚氨酯周边框架的模具中,该模具待被灌注以将板固定系统包含在内。
本发明的配置具有延长了板的寿命的优点,并且本发明的线材轮廓提供的开口面积比由聚氨酯板提供的开口面积大。在筛分工厂的试验中,本发明的筛分面在七周内的磨耗比硬铬等效板的磨耗小60%。

Claims (5)

1.一种采矿用筛分板,其包括:
筛分面,所述筛分面由间隔开的不锈钢成型线材构成,所述线材支撑于横向延伸的间隔开的棒或条上,其中所述成型线材的横截面形状是竖直的、截顶的菱形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的筛分板,其特征在于,所述菱形的底角被圆化或平化。
3.根据权利要求1所述的筛分板,其特征在于,所述筛分面被包含有板固定系统的周边聚氨酯框架包围。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的筛分板,其特征在于,所述竖直的菱形的最宽部分构成了理论筛分面并且该位置处的所述线材之间的距离限定了筛分孔的尺寸。
5.根据权利要求3所述的筛分板,其特征在于,顶部是取决于发散的侧边的具有平顶的倒楔形,底部是取决于会聚的侧边的具有平底或凸底的楔形。
