the voltage judgment chip U1, the voltage judgment chip U1 has a high trigger terminal, a low trigger terminal and an output terminal, the high trigger terminal and the low trigger terminal are coupled to the output column of the storage battery after being short-circuited with each other to receive the electric energy voltage output by the output column of the storage battery, the high voltage threshold is the trigger voltage of the high trigger terminal, the low voltage threshold is the trigger voltage of the low trigger terminal, and when the high trigger terminal or the low trigger terminal is triggered, the output terminal outputs a high level;
the counting circuit (21) is coupled to the output end of the voltage judging chip U1 and used for receiving the high and low levels output by the output end, when the counting circuit (21) receives the high level, the counting circuit (21) carries out counting inside, the counting circuit (21) is also coupled with the alarm circuit (3) and is provided with a counting threshold value, and when the counting of the counting circuit (21) is equal to the counting threshold value, the counting circuit (21) outputs a fault signal to the alarm circuit (3).
4. The NB-IOT network termination device of claim 3, wherein: the counting circuit (21) includes:
