本发明涉及复合电缆技术领域,更具体的是涉及一种复合电缆。
背景技术
通常是由几根或几组导线每组至少两根绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。电缆具有内通电,外绝缘的特征。
光电复合缆适用于宽带接入网系统中作传输线,是一种新型的接入方式,它集光纤、输电铜线于一体,可以解决宽带接入、设备用电、信号传输的问题。
传统电缆和光纤多为分开式的,光电复合缆结构较少,图通的光电复合电缆具有外径小,重量轻,占用空间小(通常情况下用多根线缆才能解决的系列问题,在此可以用一根复合缆来代替),传输数据的通信电缆,是非常重视通信质量的,而来自于外部的电磁干扰,很容易造成数据错误。
普通的光电复合电缆结构简单,功能单一,特别是针对某些对复合电缆的抗干扰性要求比较高的领域,普通的电缆的屏蔽层多采用金属丝线编制,电缆屏蔽层容易出现外包皮鼓包或扎穿线芯的问题。
如何解决上述技术问题成了本领域技术人员的努力方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决普通光电符合缆的屏蔽效果不佳、防潮效果差的问题,本发明提供一种隔离效果好、防潮的复合电缆。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
一种复合电缆,其特征在于,包括控制线组、信号线组、通话线组、电源线组和光单元,控制线组、信号线组、通话线组、电源线组和光单元外依次包裹着内绝缘层、内屏蔽层、铝箔层、外屏蔽层和外绝缘层,内编织绕包层内设置有中心加强件和视屏同轴线。
进一步地,所述的内绝缘层的材料为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,内绝缘层内的空隙处填充有光纤膏。
进一步地,所述控制线组的规格为2P*2,通话线组为2C平行线。
进一步地,所述的内护套层和内屏蔽层之间设置有涂塑钢带。
进一步地,所述外绝缘层的材质为是厚度为1.5~2.5mm的辐照交联聚烯烃或辐照交联乙丙橡胶材料。
进一步地,内屏蔽层是沿电缆的线长方向设置的镀银编织铜网层,所述镀银编织铜网层为通过编织加工而成的纵横交错的镀银铜丝构成的镀银编织铜网层。
进一步地,外屏蔽层包括厚度为1.2um的铜箔层,铜箔层上镀有厚度为10um的铝箔层,屏蔽层上设置有贯穿铜箔层和铝箔层的通孔,所述通孔的成阵列分布,孔间距为210-320um,通孔直径为21-320um。
进一步地,所述中心加强件是由直径为0.2~0.3mm的镀锌钢丝编制而成。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明结构简单,集控制线组、信号线组、通话线组、电源线组和光单元于一体的优点,可以实现多种功能;内屏蔽层和外屏蔽层的设置,可以实现双层屏蔽,屏蔽效果好,同时该线缆整体结构不复杂,具有质量较轻的优点,适于使用。
2、外屏蔽层包括厚度为1.2um的铜箔层,铜箔层上镀有厚度为10um的铝箔层,屏蔽层上设置有贯穿铜箔层和铝箔层的通孔,所述通孔的成阵列分布,孔间距为210-320um,通孔直径为21-320um,屏蔽层的这种结构能够保证屏蔽层在相同的厚度下,采用本结构比传统的单采用铜层结构更节约铜料,节约了成本,另一方面,铝箔质量较轻,从而也降低了屏蔽层的重量,屏蔽层均布有通孔,该结构避免了使用金属丝线编制电缆屏蔽层时出现外包皮鼓包或扎穿线芯的问题。

实施例1本实施例提供一种复合电缆,包括控制线组9、信号线组1、通话线组2、电源线组7和光单元8,控制线组9、信号线组1、通话线组2、电源线组7和光单元8外依次包裹着内绝缘层3、内屏蔽层4、铝箔层5、外屏蔽层6和外绝缘层12,内编织绕包层3内设置有中心加强件11和视屏同轴线13。
所述的内绝缘层3的材料为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,内绝缘层3内的空隙处填充有光纤膏。
本发明结构简单,集控制线组、信号线组、通话线组、电源线组和光单元于一体的优点,可以实现多种功能;内屏蔽层和外屏蔽层的设置,可以实现双层屏蔽,屏蔽效果好,同时该线缆整体结构不复杂,具有质量较轻的优点,适于使用。

外屏蔽层6包括厚度为1.2um的铜箔层,铜箔层上镀有厚度为10um的铝箔层,屏蔽层上设置有贯穿铜箔层和铝箔层的通孔,所述通孔的成阵列分布,孔间距为210-320um,通孔直径为21-320um。
所述中心加强件11是由直径为0.2~0.3mm的镀锌钢丝编制而成。
