Abstract
本发明涉及一种强酸碱溶液的热交换器,包括外框,固定板,管卡,热交换管组,管头一,管头二,其特征在于:所述的固定板安装在外框中,所述的管卡螺旋型阵列在固定板的两侧,所述的热交换管组一端与管头一连接,所述的热交换管组另一端与管头二连接,所述的热交换管组通过管卡固定在固定板上,所述的固定板上设有酸碱流通孔,所述的固定板中部设有热交换管组穿孔,所述的热交换管组穿过热交换管组穿孔与管头二连接。本发明通过强酸碱溶液的热交换器的设置,能抗强酸强碱腐蚀,耐高温300度,多根细管,增大热交换面积,热交换率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种强酸碱溶液的热交换器。
背景技术
传统的方式的热交换是通过蒸汽管向酸碱池内通入蒸汽,缺点是会带走一部分酸碱和热量,热交换率低;另一种是通过钛钢电加热管,而对应的缺点是金属耐腐蚀性较差,导致使用寿命短,电耗增加生产成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种强酸碱溶液的热交换器。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种强酸碱溶液的热交换器,包括外框,固定板,管卡,热交换管组,管头一,管头二,其特征在于:所述的固定板安装在外框中,所述的管卡螺旋型阵列在固定板的两侧,所述的热交换管组一端与管头一连接,所述的热交换管组另一端与管头二连接,所述的热交换管组通过管卡固定在固定板上,所述的固定板上设有酸碱流通孔,所述的固定板中部设有热交换管组穿孔,所述的热交换管组穿过热交换管组穿孔与管头二连接。
作为一种优选,所述的管卡包括卡架,卡扣一和卡扣二,所述的卡扣一和卡扣二在卡架的两端,所述的固定板上设有卡槽,所述的卡扣一与卡扣二与卡槽配合。
作为一种优选,所述的热交换管组包括连接管,连接管头,所述的连接管头在连接管的两端,所述的连接管头上设有外螺纹。
作为一种优选,所述的管头一上设有外螺纹,所述的外螺纹与内螺纹配合。
作为一种优选,所述的管头二上设有外螺纹,所述的外螺纹与内螺纹配合。
作为一种优选,所述的外框,固定板,管卡为PP塑料。
作为一种优选,所述的热交换管组,管头一,管头二为聚四氟乙烯材料。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明通过强酸碱溶液的热交换器的设置,能抗强酸强碱腐蚀,耐高温300度,多根细管,增大热交换面积,热交换率高。

具体实施方式
实施例:
如图1-5所示,一种强酸碱溶液的热交换器,包括外框1,固定板2,管卡3,热交换管组4,管头一5,管头二6,其特征在于:所述的固定板2安装在外框4中,所述的管卡3螺旋型阵列在固定板2的两侧,所述的热交换管组4一端与管头一5连接,所述的热交换管组4另一端与管头二6连接,所述的热交换管组4通过管卡2固定在固定板5上,所述的固定板2上设有酸碱流通孔21,所述的固定板2中部设有热交换管组穿孔22,所述的热交换管组4穿过热交换管组穿孔22与管头二6连接。
进一步的,所述的管卡3包括卡架31,卡扣一32和卡扣二32,所述的卡扣一32和卡扣二33在卡架31的两端,所述的固定板2上设有卡槽23,所述的卡扣一32与卡扣二33与卡槽23配合,通过管卡3的设置,方便了热交换管组4的安装和更换。
进一步的,所述的热交换管组4包括连接管41,连接管头42,所述的连接管头42在连接管41的两端,所述的连接管头42上设有外螺纹43,通过多组连接管4的设置,增大热交换面积,提高了热交换效率。
进一步的,所述的管头一5上设有外螺纹7,所述的外螺纹7与内螺纹43配合,通过外螺纹7的设置,实现了管头一5与热交换管组4的连接。
进一步的,所述的管头二6上设有外螺纹7,所述的外螺纹7与内螺纹43配合,通过外螺纹7的设置,实现了管头二6与热交换管组4的连接。
进一步的,所述的外框1,固定板2,管卡3为PP塑料,通过将外框1,固定板2,管卡3设置为PP塑料,不但实现了耐腐性,具备重量轻、占地少和热损耗低的优点,同时也降低了成本。
进一步的,所述的热交换管组4,管头一5,管头二6为聚四氟乙烯材料,实现了耐腐性,耐高温也提高了热交换器的质量。
本发明中,热能介质通过管头一5后进入到连接管41中,通过多组连接管41螺旋的设置,实现热传导,将热能传导到酸碱池内,实现热能交换,随后连接管41穿过热交换管组穿孔22后,再次螺旋状通过管卡3固定在固定板2上,随后热能介质通过管头二6排出。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明通过强酸碱溶液的热交换器的设置,能抗强酸强碱腐蚀,耐高温300度,多根细管,增大热交换面积,热交换率高。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人应该得知在本发明的启示下做出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或者相近似的技术方案,均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种强酸碱溶液的热交换器,包括外框,固定板,管卡,热交换管组,管头一,管头二,其特征在于:所述的固定板安装在外框中,所述的管卡螺旋型阵列在固定板的两侧,所述的热交换管组一端与管头一连接,所述的热交换管组另一端与管头二连接,所述的热交换管组通过管卡固定在固定板上,所述的固定板上设有酸碱流通孔,所述的固定板中部设有热交换管组穿孔,所述的热交换管组穿过热交换管组穿孔与管头二连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的强酸碱溶液的热交换器,其特征在于:所述的管卡包括卡架,卡扣一和卡扣二,所述的卡扣一和卡扣二在卡架的两端,所述的固定板上设有卡槽,所述的卡扣一与卡扣二与卡槽配合。
3.如权利要求1所述的强酸碱溶液的热交换器,其特征在于:所述的热交换管组包括连接管,连接管头,所述的连接管头在连接管的两端,所述的连接管头上设有外螺纹。
4.如权利要求3所述的强酸碱溶液的热交换器,其特征在于:所述的管头一上设有外螺纹,所述的外螺纹与内螺纹配合。
5.如权利要求3所述的强酸碱溶液的热交换器,其特征在于:所述的管头二上设有外螺纹,所述的外螺纹与内螺纹配合。
6.如权利要求1所述的强酸碱溶液的热交换器,其特征在于:所述的外框,固定板,管卡为PP塑料。
7.如权利要求1所述的强酸碱溶液的热交换器,其特征在于:所述的热交换管组,管头一,管头二为聚四氟乙烯材料。
