An adjustable wall mounted fresh air purifier according to any one of claims 2 or 3, wherein: one end of the telescopic rod (8) is fixedly connected with the front plate (3), the other end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the adjusting baffle (7), and the telescopic rod (8) is one or a combination of a plurality of manual telescopic rods, electric telescopic rods, pneumatic telescopic rods, hydraulic telescopic rods or spring telescopic rods.

The adjustable wall hung fresh air purifier of claim 1 wherein: the filter screen assembly comprises a fresh air primary filter screen (10) fixedly arranged at the fresh air port, an internal circulation primary filter screen (11) fixedly arranged at the internal circulation air inlet and a HEPA filter screen (12) fixedly arranged at the filtered air outlet.
6. The adjustable wall hung fresh air purifier of claim 1 wherein: the operation modes of the adjustable wall-mounted fresh air purifier comprise a pure fresh air mode, a fresh air and internal circulation mode and an exhaust mode.
7. The adjustable wall hung fresh air purifier of claim 6 wherein:
in the fresh air mode, the fan (1) is operated, the exhaust fan (13) is closed, the adjusting baffle (7) is attached to the front plate (3), and the sealing block (14) is in sealing fit with the exhaust outlet;
under the fresh air and internal circulation mode, the fan (1) operates, the exhaust fan (13) is closed, the adjusting baffle (7) is separated from the front plate (3) and a gap exists between the adjusting baffle and the front plate, and the sealing block (14) is in sealing fit with the exhaust outlet;
in the exhaust mode, the fan (1) is closed, the exhaust fan (13) operates, the adjusting baffle (7) is separated from the front plate (3), a gap exists between the adjusting baffle and the front plate, and the sealing block (14) is separated from the exhaust outlet.
