a material collecting hopper is arranged in the shell and comprises a material outlet;
the bottom of the shell is provided with a feed roller and a painting roller which can freely rotate around a rotating shaft of the feed roller and the painting roller; the feeding roller is arranged at the head of the shell, and the brushing roller is arranged at the tail of the shell;
the roll surface of the feeding roll is rotationally and symmetrically provided with a shifting plate, the long edge of the shifting plate is parallel to the axis of the feeding roll, and the short edge of the shifting plate extends along the radial direction of the feeding roll; the feeding roller is arranged below the discharge port, and the discharge port is blocked by a barrel surface formed by the outer edge of the poking plate rotating along with the feeding roller.
