本发明公开了一种树脂镜片清洗液,由以下重量份原料配比制成:柠檬酸0.5‑2份、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5‑1份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1‑2份、氢氧化钾0.3‑0.5份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1‑2份、聚乙二醇0.5‑2份、苯乙烯1‑2份、缓冲溶液0.5‑0.7份、去离子水80‑100份。使用本发明清洗液,清洗眼镜片效果佳,且对树脂镜片及镀膜无损伤。

本发明属于眼镜清洗技术领域,具体涉及一种树脂镜片清洗液。
背景技术
眼镜对于现在大多数人来说已经是一种生活的、工作的必需品,无论是近视镜、太阳镜还是花镜,都需要随时清洁,才能保证清晰的视觉效果,但是镜片上的汗渍、油渍、指纹等污物也给擦拭眼镜带来一定的困扰,特别是树脂镜片,容易因擦拭造成磨痕,降低清晰度,减短使用寿命。现在市面上普通的防锈液或防锈清洗液,都含有弱酸成分,弱酸会对树脂镜片的镀膜层有腐蚀作用,降低镜片透光率。使用久了还会对人眼造成危害导致视力下降等后果。
发明内容
针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种树脂镜片清洗液,其不仅可以有效清洁镜片,还不会对镀膜产生腐蚀作用。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种树脂镜片清洗液,由以下重量份原料配比制成:柠檬酸0.5-2份、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2份、氢氧化钾0.3-0.5份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1-2份、聚乙二醇0.5-2份、苯乙烯1-2份、缓冲溶液0.5-0.7份、去离子水80-100份。
优选地,所述的树脂镜片清洗液,由以下重量份原料配比制成:柠檬酸1.25份、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚0.75份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.5份、氢氧化钾0.4份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1.5份、聚乙二醇1.25份、苯乙烯1.5份、缓冲溶液0.6份、去离子水90份。
进一步地,所述缓冲溶液为磷酸盐缓冲液,所述磷酸盐缓冲液是由磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、氯化钠按一定比例配制而成。
优选地,所述的磷酸盐缓冲液是由磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、氯化钠按3-4:3:8-8.5的比例配制而成。
本发明的有益效果是:使用本发明清洗液,清洗眼镜片效果佳,且对树脂镜片及镀膜无损伤。

一种树脂镜片清洗液,由以下重量份原料配比制成:柠檬酸0.5份、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1份、氢氧化钾0.3份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1份、聚乙二醇0.5份、苯乙烯1份、缓冲溶液0.5份、去离子水80份。
所述缓冲溶液为磷酸盐缓冲液,所述的磷酸盐缓冲液是由磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、氯化钠按3:3:8的比例配制而成。
实施例2
一种树脂镜片清洗液,由以下重量份原料配比制成:柠檬酸1.25份、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚0.75份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.5份、氢氧化钾0.4份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1.5份、聚乙二醇1.25份、苯乙烯1.5份、缓冲溶液0.6份、去离子水90份。
所述缓冲溶液为磷酸盐缓冲液,所述的磷酸盐缓冲液是由磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、氯化钠按3.5:3:8.25的比例配制而成。
实施例3
一种树脂镜片清洗液,由以下重量份原料配比制成:柠檬酸2份、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠2份、氢氧化钾0.5份、三乙醇胺油酸皂2份、聚乙二醇2份、苯乙烯2份、缓冲溶液0.7份、去离子水100份。
所述缓冲溶液为磷酸盐缓冲液,所述的磷酸盐缓冲液是由磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、氯化钠按4:3:8.5的比例配制而成。

1.一种树脂镜片清洗液,其特征在于由以下重量份原料配比制成:柠檬酸0.5-2份、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚0.5-1份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1-2份、氢氧化钾0.3-0.5份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1-2份、聚乙二醇0.5-2份、苯乙烯1-2份、缓冲溶液0.5-0.7份、去离子水80-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的树脂镜片清洗液,其特征在于由以下重量份原料配比制成:柠檬酸1.25份、十二醇聚氧乙烯醚0.75份、烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1.5份、氢氧化钾0.4份、三乙醇胺油酸皂1.5份、聚乙二醇1.25份、苯乙烯1.5份、缓冲溶液0.6份、去离子水90份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的树脂镜片清洗液,其特征在于所述缓冲溶液为磷酸盐缓冲液,所述磷酸盐缓冲液是由磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、氯化钠按一定比例配制而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的树脂镜片清洗液,其特征在于所述的磷酸盐缓冲液是由磷酸二氢钠、磷酸氢二钠、氯化钠按3-4:3:8-8.5的比例配制而成。
