Abstract
本发明涉及一种塑料薄膜,具体涉及一种手机屏幕玻璃用高透视度贴膜,属于手机保护膜技术领域。高透视度贴膜,包括以下重量份的各组分:乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物20‑30份,聚氨酯预聚体20‑30份,改性聚硅氧烷2‑5份,二丁基羟甲基苯1‑6份,环氧树脂5‑10份,二氯四氟乙烷3‑8份,三氧化二锑4‑9份,碳酸钙1‑4份,三羟甲基丙烷2‑6份,异丙醇1‑5份。本发明通过乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物,聚氨酯预聚体,改性聚硅氧烷,二丁基羟甲基苯,环氧树脂,二氯四氟乙烷,三氧化二锑,碳酸钙,三羟甲基丙烷,异丙醇的复配,使得手机贴膜透明度高、防紫外线效果好、表面硬度高等优点,且还具备缓解冲撞功能,能保护屏幕不破裂。

本发明涉及一种塑料薄膜,具体涉及一种手机屏幕玻璃用高透视度贴膜,属于手机保护膜技术领域。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们变得越来越离不开手机了,手机已经成为了人们生活的一部分,但手机的屏幕不耐刮蹭,影响手机的使用寿命,因此,手机贴膜成为了必需品,手机保护膜是可用于装裱手机机身表面、屏幕及其他有形物体的一种冷裱膜,种类繁多。保护膜起到的作用就是保护,过了几个月,把膜揭掉,手机还是全新的!没有任何磨损和污渍!但市场上的贴膜,普遍存在透视性能不理想、易摔裂、耐磨强度低,易刮蹭的缺点,影响了贴膜的使用寿命,同时影响了使用者的手感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种手机屏幕玻璃用高透视度贴膜,本发明通过乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物,聚氨酯预聚体,改性聚硅氧烷,二丁基羟甲基苯,环氧树脂,二氯四氟乙烷,三氧化二锑,碳酸钙,三羟甲基丙烷,异丙醇的复配,通过原材料之间协同作用,本发明提供的手机贴膜透明度高、防紫外线效果好、表面硬度高等优点,且还具备缓解冲撞功能,能保护屏幕不破裂。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种手机屏幕玻璃用高透视度贴膜,其特征是,所述手机屏幕玻璃用高透视度贴膜包括以下重量份的各组分:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物20-30份,聚氨酯预聚体20-30份,改性聚硅氧烷2-5份,二丁基羟甲基苯1-6份,环氧树脂5-10份,二氯四氟乙烷3-8份,三氧化二锑4-9份,碳酸钙1-4份,三羟甲基丙烷2-6份,异丙醇1-5份。
优选的,所述手机屏幕玻璃用高透视度贴膜包括以下重量份的各组分:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物20.4-29.5份,聚氨酯预聚体20.6-29.3份,改性聚硅氧烷2.5-4.6份,二丁基羟甲基苯1.3-5.7份,环氧树脂5.7-9.4份,二氯四氟乙烷3.8-7.1份,三氧化二锑4.9-8.4份,碳酸钙1.3-3.4份,三羟甲基丙烷2.4-5.7份,异丙醇1.6-4.8份。
优选的,所述手机屏幕玻璃用高透视度贴膜包括以下重量份的各组分:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物21.6-28.2份,聚氨酯预聚体21.3-27.4份,改性聚硅氧烷2.9-4.1份,二丁基羟甲基苯1.7-5.3份,环氧树脂6.2-8.8份,二氯四氟乙烷4.4-6.5份,三氧化二锑5.3-7.6份,碳酸钙1.7-3.0份,三羟甲基丙烷2.9-5.1份,异丙醇2.1-4.3份。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明通过乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物,聚氨酯预聚体,改性聚硅氧烷,二丁基羟甲基苯,环氧树脂,二氯四氟乙烷,三氧化二锑,碳酸钙,三羟甲基丙烷,异丙醇的复配,通过原材料之间协同作用,本发明提供的手机贴膜透明度高、防紫外线效果好、表面硬度高等优点,而且还具备缓解冲撞功能,能保护屏幕不破裂。本发明手机贴膜具有耐磨性效果,有效防止划痕和刮蹭,具有很好的韧性和耐磨性,有效保护手机,而且造成本较低。本发明保证屏幕玻璃表面光滑、无刮痕;提升屏幕玻璃的机械强度和硬度,能产出全贴合的屏幕玻璃,生产高效,产品质量稳定。

一种手机屏幕玻璃用高透视度贴膜,包括以下重量百分比的各组分:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物20-30份,聚氨酯预聚体20-30份,改性聚硅氧烷2-5份,二丁基羟甲基苯1-6份,环氧树脂5-10份,二氯四氟乙烷3-8份,三氧化二锑4-9份,碳酸钙1-4份,三羟甲基丙烷2-6份,异丙醇1-5份。
