Further, as shown in fig. 2, the sewage treatment apparatus further includes a biological contact oxidation tank 11, the biological contact oxidation tank 11 is divided into at least two areas, two adjacent areas are separated by a passageway 12, and film hanging devices disposed in each area are independent from each other. After the device is arranged, when the film hanging medium 5 on the film hanging device in one area is damaged and needs to be replaced, the film hanging device in the area is only required to be lifted, the film hanging medium 5 on the film hanging device is partially replaced, the film hanging devices in other areas do not need to be lifted, and biological contact oxidation in other areas can be performed normally.
The positive technical effects of the film hanging device in the above embodiments are also applicable to sewage treatment equipment, and are not described here again.
The specific structure and operation of one embodiment of the membrane hanging device and the sewage treatment apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4:
as shown in fig. 1, the film hanging device comprises a supporting frame, the supporting frame comprises three vertical side-by-side frame bodies 1, each frame body 1 is rectangular, a plurality of mounting holes are formed in the top frame and the bottom frame of each frame body 1, a plurality of hanging rods 2 penetrate through the mounting holes to enable the three frame bodies 1 to be connected in series, hanging rods 2 connected to the upper portion of each frame body 1 are correspondingly connected to hanging rods 2 connected to the lower portion of each frame body 1, hooks are respectively arranged on the corresponding hanging rods 2, nylon ropes (namely connecting pieces 3) are hung on the hooks, a plurality of filler assemblies 4 are uniformly hung on the nylon ropes, and film hanging media 5 are hung on the filler assemblies 4.
The middle position of the frame body 1 is provided with a vertical rod, a rack 8 is arranged on the vertical rod, a motor 6 and a gear 7 are arranged on the top pool edge of the biological contact oxidation pool 11, the gear 7 is meshed with the rack 8, and after the motor 6 drives the gear 7 to rotate, the gear 7 can drive the rack 8 to move upwards or downwards along with the supporting frame. The two side frames of the frame body 1 are provided with a plurality of pulleys 10, the corresponding positions of the tank walls of the biological contact oxidation tank 11 are provided with sliding rails 9, the pulleys 10 are embedded into the sliding rails 9, and when the support frame moves up and down, the sliding rails 9 and the pulleys 10 are matched to guide and limit the movement of the support frame. A control box can be arranged outside the biological contact oxidation tank 11 and used for controlling the rotation of the motor 6.
As shown in fig. 2, the biological contact oxidation tank 11 comprises three independent areas, two adjacent areas are separated by a passageway 12, and a film hanging device is independently arranged in each area.
As shown in fig. 3, a plurality of packing assemblies 4 are uniformly suspended on the nylon ropes.
As shown in fig. 4, the packing assembly 4 includes a circular first sheet 41 disposed above and a circular second sheet 42 disposed below, and a central hole 43 is provided in each of the first sheet 41 and the second sheet 42, and nylon ropes may pass through the central hole 43 to connect the packing assemblies 4 in series. The lower surface of the first sheet 41 is provided with a first connecting column 44 extending downwards, the upper surface of the second sheet 42 is provided with a second connecting column 45 extending upwards, the first connecting column 44 is a solid cylinder, the second connecting column 45 is a hollow cylinder, and the first connecting column 44 can be inserted into the hollow structure of the second connecting column 45 to realize the connection of the first sheet 41 and the second sheet 42. The first connecting columns 44 and the second connecting columns 45 comprise six, are distributed in a shape like a Chinese character 'mi', and two film forming mediums 5 are tied on the periphery of each second connecting column 45.
Under the normal operating state, the bottom of the supporting frame of the film hanging device is directly placed into the bottom of the biological contact oxidation pond 11, the film hanging medium 5 hung on the supporting frame is sunk into pond water, microorganisms can adhere and grow on the film hanging medium 5 and contact oxygen introduced into sewage to generate biological contact oxidation reaction, so that the aim of purifying water quality is achieved.
When the film hanging medium 5 is damaged and needs to be maintained or replaced, the start-stop button on the control box is manually operated, so that the motor 6 drives the gear 7 to rotate, and the pulley 10 on the frame body 1 slides on the sliding rail 9, thereby lifting the supporting frame, conveniently taking out the film hanging medium, and realizing independent maintenance or replacement in different areas; when maintenance or replacement is completed, the button is operated to enable the motor 6 to rotate reversely, the supporting frame descends under the action of the gear 7 and the rack 8 until sewage gradually goes over the top of the supporting frame, and the film-forming medium 5 is completely immersed in the sewage to continuously purify the sewage.
By way of illustration of various embodiments of the present invention, it can be seen that the present invention has at least one or more of the following advantages:
1. the support frame can move up and down relative to the biological contact oxidation pond, on one hand, when in maintenance or replacement, damaged film forming media or filler components can be maintained or replaced by lifting the support frame, sewage in the biological contact oxidation pond does not need to be emptied, pond discharging operation is not needed, sewage treatment equipment can continue to operate, the flexibility is high, potential safety hazard is small, labor intensity is reduced, cost for re-culturing aerobic bacteria is saved, and sewage treatment efficiency can be improved; on the other hand, the growth condition of the microorganism can be observed in time through the lifting support frame, and the process can be adjusted in time when abnormal conditions occur, so that the survival of the microorganism and the water quality purifying capability are enhanced;
2. the lifting and the descending of the support frame can be conveniently realized through the motor, the gear and the rack;
3. the sliding rail and the pulley can enable the movement of the support frame to be smoother, and the movement of the support frame can be guided and limited;
4. the filler component adopts a three-dimensional structure formed by two sheets, has large specific surface area, can provide larger space for biological habitat, and enables more microorganisms to be attached and grown, so that biomass with higher concentration in the biological contact oxidation pond can be maintained; the high porosity and the three-dimensional structure of the filler component can enable waste water to enter the filler component more conveniently to carry out biological contact oxidation reaction, and meanwhile, normally-falling biological films can flow out of the filler component along with water more easily, so that the occurrence probability of filler blockage is reduced;
5. the filler component formed by the two sheets can cut and block the bubbles, plays a role of an aeration limiter, increases the residence time of the bubbles and the surface area of gas-liquid contact, and improves the oxygen absorption capacity.

Claims (19)

1. The film hanging device is characterized by comprising a supporting frame and a filler component (4), wherein the supporting frame is used for hanging a film hanging medium (5), the supporting frame is arranged in a biological contact oxidation pond (11) and can move up and down relative to the biological contact oxidation pond (11) so as to drive the film hanging medium (5) to leave or sink into the biological contact oxidation pond (11), the filler component (4) is arranged on the supporting frame, the film hanging medium (5) is hung on the filler component (4), the filler component (4) comprises a first sheet (41) and a second sheet (42), the first sheet (41) is connected with the second sheet (42), a preset distance is reserved between the first sheet (41) and the second sheet (42), and the film hanging medium (5) is hung between the first sheet (41) and the second sheet (42); be equipped with first spliced pole (44) on first thin slice (41), be equipped with second spliced pole (45) on second thin slice (42), second spliced pole (45) are hollow structure, first spliced pole (44) can insert in second spliced pole (45), so as to realize first thin slice (41) with the connection of second thin slice (42), and make have the default distance between first thin slice (41) with second thin slice (42).
2. The film hanging device according to claim 1, further comprising a driving mechanism for driving the support frame to move up and down.

A film hanging device according to claim 2, characterized in that the driving mechanism comprises a motor (6), a gear (7) and a rack (8), the motor (6) is used for driving the gear (7) to rotate, and the gear (7) is meshed with the rack (8) so as to drive the support frame to move through the movement of the gear (7) and the rack (8).

A film forming apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the motor (6) and the gear (7) are disposed at the top outer side of the biological contact oxidation tank (11), and the rack (8) is mounted on the support frame, so that the rack (8) is driven to move by the gear (7) to drive the support frame to move.
5. The membrane hanging device according to claim 1, further comprising a slip fit structure arranged between the tank wall of the biological contact oxidation tank (11) and the support frame to fit the movement of the support frame.
6. The film hanging device according to claim 5, wherein the sliding fit structure comprises a sliding rail (9) arranged on a tank wall of the biological contact oxidation tank (11) and a pulley (10) arranged on the supporting frame, and the pulley (10) is embedded in the sliding rail (9).

The film hanging device according to claim 1, wherein the supporting frame comprises at least two frames (1) and a plurality of hanging rods (2), and two adjacent frames (1) are connected through the hanging rods (2) so as to hang the film hanging medium (5) through the frames (1) or the hanging rods (2).

The film hanging device according to claim 7, wherein the frame body (1) is vertically arranged, the hanging rods (2) are horizontally arranged, a connecting piece (3) is arranged between the two hanging rods (2) located at different heights of the frame body (1), and the film hanging medium (5) is hung on the connecting piece (3).
9. A film hanging device as claimed in claim 8, wherein the connecting member (3) comprises a nylon rope.

The film hanging device according to claim 8, wherein the hanging rod (2) comprises a first hanging rod (2) arranged at the top end of the frame body (1) and a second hanging rod (2) arranged at the bottom end of the frame body (1), and the connecting piece (3) is connected between the first hanging rod (2) and the second hanging rod (2).
11. Film hanging device according to claim 8, characterized in that at least two of the frames (1) are connected in series in the horizontal direction by means of one and the same hanger bar (2).

Film hanging device according to claim 1, characterized in that the support frame is provided with a connecting piece (3), the packing assembly (4) is provided with a central hole (43), and the connecting piece (3) passes through the central hole (43) of the packing assembly (4) to realize the serial connection of a plurality of packing assemblies (4).
13. Film forming device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first sheet (41) and the second sheet (42) are circular in shape.
14. Film-forming device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first sheet (41) and the second sheet (42) are arranged one above the other.
15. Film forming device according to claim 1, characterized in that the first sheet (41) and the second sheet (42) are both arranged horizontally.

The film hanging device according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting columns (44) and the second connecting columns (45) comprise six, six first connecting columns (44) are uniformly arranged on the first sheet (41), the second connecting columns (45) are arranged corresponding to the first connecting columns (44), and two film hanging media (5) are hung on each second connecting column (45).
