Description

Medicine bottle automatic sorting device
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field related to medical auxiliary instruments, in particular to an automatic medicine bottle sorting device.
Background
At present, when a pharmacist sorts injection, the pharmacist needs to manually take a prescription to a designated place to manually take the injection, and under the conditions of complicated and high-strength operation, the manual misoperation, such as the situations of taking wrong medicine types, taking wrong medicine quantity and the like, is extremely easy to cause the potential safety hazard of medicine taking.
For injection kits, for example: penicillin bottles and ampoule bottles; at present, related technicians have proposed structural designs capable of automatically taking medicine. Such as the injection dispensing cartridge disclosed in application No. 201220697707.9 and an injection dispensing machine having the same. Referring to fig. 1, the dial wheel 20 is rotated by the motor 30 to sequentially dispense the medicine, and the pressure sensor 51 and the sensing rod 52 assist in calculating whether the medicine bottle passes. However, this method is complicated, and requires a power source, a sensor, etc. to be provided for each cartridge, which is costly. Another patent application No. 201510552403.1 discloses a dispensing mechanism, which is shown with reference to fig. 2 and 3, and has a simple structure, wherein a long and narrow slot is used as a medicine containing space, and if more medicine bottles are required to be contained, a longer slot is required to be used; however, if more vials are in a vertical row, a greater pressure will be exerted on the lowermost vial and the friction between the two vials will increase accordingly. If the lower bottle is pushed out, the upper bottle is not controlled to fall down, and may be caught in the slit. If the medicine bottle can fall down smoothly, larger impact force can be generated, and the medicine bottle can be crashed.
In carrying out the application, therefore, the inventors have found that the following problems exist with the prior art: current automatic dispensing devices for vials are either complex in construction, resulting in substantial cost increases, or are not highly safe to use, resulting in easy breakage of the vial.

Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art of medicine bottle sorting, the cost is reduced by designing equipment with a simple structure, and the medicine bottles can be prevented from being collided and damaged, so that a mechanical linkage structure is required to be designed, and the medicine bottles can be sorted out one by one. Specifically, referring to fig. 4, a perspective view of an initial state of an embodiment of the automatic medicine bottle sorting apparatus provided by the present application is shown. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the medication intake state; FIG. 6 is a schematic perspective view; fig. 7 is a schematic perspective exploded view. According to the figures 4-7, the automatic medicine bottle sorting device comprises: the device comprises a shell 1, a bottom plate 3, a left limiting plate 4, a right limiting plate 2, an upper separation baffle 10, a front baffle assembly 9 and a guide plate 8; the left limiting plate 4 and the right limiting plate 2 are respectively and vertically arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom plate 3, and the left limiting plate 4, the right limiting plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 form a rectangular medicine containing groove with an opening at the upper end. That is, the vials, particularly cylindrical vials 12, may be placed in the receiving slot side-by-side in a sideways orientation such that one end of the vial 12 is aligned with the left side stop plate 4 and the other end is aligned with the right side stop plate 2, with the bottom being placed on the bottom plate 3. The bottom plate 3 is arranged in a downward inclined manner along the direction from the inlet of the medicine containing groove to the outlet of the medicine containing groove, so that the medicine bottles 12 arranged in parallel can automatically roll downwards due to gravity, and the phenomenon of impact abrasion is not easy to occur. The upper separation baffle 10 is positioned at the outlet end of the medicine containing groove and is provided with a downward baffle structure 101, and the height of the baffle structure 101 is larger than the placing height of the medicine bottle; the front baffle plate assembly 9 is positioned at the outlet end of the medicine containing groove, and the lower end of the front baffle plate assembly 9 is rotationally connected with the device; the upper end of the front baffle component 9 is elastically connected with the device through an elastic piece 11; the upper end of the front baffle assembly 9 is provided with a front baffle tongue 94 which is inclined downwards, and the lower end of the front baffle assembly 9 is provided with a lower separation supporting plate 91; the lower separation blade 91 is located at the end of the bottom plate 3; the guiding-out plate 8 is arranged obliquely downwards along the extending direction of the lower separation supporting plate 91 and is used for guiding out the medicine bottle 12 from the medicine containing groove; wherein, a space allowing the medicine bottle to pass is formed between the front blocking tongue 94 and the lower separation supporting plate 91, and in the initial state, the front blocking tongue 91 blocks the first medicine bottle 121 in the medicine containing groove so that the first medicine bottle 121 cannot pass;
