背景技术
随着社会的进步、经济的发展和生活水平的提高,人们对服装面料的要求也越来越广泛,在追求舒适性的同时,也越来越关注服装面料的功能化。
作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果;在服装大世界里,服装的面料五花八门,日新月异。但是从总体上来讲,优质、高档的面料,大都具有穿著舒适、吸汗透气、 悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。随着生活水平的提高,人们对服装的要 求越来越高,特别是对具有防护性、环保性以及舒适性等多功能的面料需求更加迫切。
目前市场上一些服装的面料,功能单一、舒适性差,无法满足人们对服装面料的要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,具有防水、透气、保暖、防辐射等功能特性,广泛适用于制作服装和家用纺织品等领域。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,所述的服装面料由内至外依次为内层、吸汗层、隔热层和防辐射层,所述内层包括第一基层和第二基层,第一基层和第二基层交错设置,第一基层包括多个第一基线,多个第一基线相互平行且间隔设置,第一副股线和第二副股线呈S型围绕第一基线曲回缠绕,第二基层包括多个第二基线,多个第二基线相互平行且间隔设置,第三副股线和第四副股线呈S型围绕第二基线曲回缠绕;第一基线和第二基线之间的夹角角度为40-70°,内层内侧还设有绒丝,绒丝呈螺旋状绕卷在第一基线和第二基线上;吸汗层表面覆有隔热层和防辐射层,吸汗层上分布有多孔微球,多孔微球的孔隙度为20~45%,多孔微球的孔径为12~18μm,多孔微球的孔径由上到下逐渐减小。
优选的是,所述吸汗层采用竹炭纤维编织形成,吸汗层表面覆有 0.01~0.1mm 厚的隔热层,隔热层表面涂覆有防辐射层。

实施例1
如图1-图4所示,一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,所述的服装面料由内至外依次为内层1、吸汗层2、隔热层3和防辐射层4,所述内层1包括第一基层11和第二基层12,第一基层11和第二基层12交错设置,从而保证透气性,增加舒适性。
第一基层11包括多个第一基线5,多个第一基线5相互平行且间隔设置,第一副股线6和第二副股线7呈S型围绕第一基线5曲回缠绕,从而实现第一基层11有弹性。
第二基层12包括多个第二基线8,多个第二基线8相互平行且间隔设置,第三副股线9和第四副股线10呈S型围绕第二基线8曲回缠绕,第二基层12有弹性。第一基线5和第二基线8之间的夹角角度为50°,内层1内侧还设有绒丝13,绒丝13呈螺旋状绕卷在第一基线5和第二基线8上,增强面料的保暖性能。
吸汗层2表面覆有隔热层3和防辐射层4,吸汗层2上分布有多孔微球21,增强透气性,同时实现防雨功能。多孔微球21的孔隙度为25%,多孔微球21的孔径为14μm,多孔微球21的孔径由上到下逐渐减小。
吸汗层2采用竹炭纤维编织形成,吸汗、透气。吸汗层2表面覆有 0.004mm 厚的隔热层3,隔热层3表面涂覆有防辐射层4。
隔热层3采用芳纶或尼龙编织成型。
第一基线5由 0.05mm 的 12~14 条棉纤维或羊毛纤维捻合形成,第一副股线6和第二副股线7由 0.03mm 的 4~6 条棉纤维捻合形成。
防辐射层4中含有18wt%的邻羟基苯甲酸苯乙酯、26wt%的2-( 2’-羟基- 5’-甲基苯基 )苯并三氮唑、9wt%的对甲基苯甲酸间苯二酚酯、9wt%的环氧树脂。防辐射层4的厚度为16μ m。

内层1内侧还设有绒丝13,绒丝13呈螺旋状绕卷在第一基线5和第二基线8上。吸汗层2表面覆有隔热层3和防辐射层4,吸汗层2上分布有多孔微球21,多孔微球21的孔隙度为35%,多孔微球21的孔径为15μm,多孔微球21的孔径由上到下逐渐减小。
吸汗层2采用竹炭纤维编织形成,吸汗层2表面覆有 0.008mm 厚的隔热层3,隔热层3表面涂覆有防辐射层4。 隔热层3采用芳纶或尼龙编织成型。
第一基线5由 0.08mm 的 13 条棉纤维或羊毛纤维捻合形成,第一副股线6和第二副股线7由 0.06mm 的 5条棉纤维捻合形成。
防辐射层4中含有19wt%的邻羟基苯甲酸苯乙酯、27wt%的2-( 2’-羟基- 5’-甲基苯基 )苯并三氮唑、8wt%的对甲基苯甲酸间苯二酚酯、11wt%的环氧树脂。防辐射层4的厚度为18μ m。
实施例3
一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,所述的服装面料由内至外依次为内层1、吸汗层2、隔热层3和防辐射层4,所述内层1包括第一基层11和第二基层12。
第一基层11和第二基层12交错设置,第一基层11包括多个第一基线5,多个第一基线5相互平行且间隔设置,第一副股线6和第二副股线7呈S型围绕第一基线5曲回缠绕,第二基层12包括多个第二基线8,多个第二基线8相互平行且间隔设置,第三副股线9和第四副股线10呈S型围绕第二基线8曲回缠绕;第一基线5和第二基线8之间的夹角角度为65°。内层1内侧还设有绒丝13,绒丝13呈螺旋状绕卷在第一基线5和第二基线8上。吸汗层2表面覆有隔热层3和防辐射层4,吸汗层2上分布有多孔微球21,多孔微球21的孔隙度为40%,多孔微球21的孔径为18μm,多孔微球21的孔径由上到下逐渐减小,从而保证微型蒸汽可以透出,雨水等不会渗入。
吸汗层2采用竹炭纤维编织形成,吸汗层2表面覆有 0.009mm 厚的隔热层3,隔热层3表面涂覆有防辐射层4。 隔热层3采用芳纶或尼龙编织成型。
第一基线5由 0.09mm 的 13 条棉纤维或羊毛纤维捻合形成,第一副股线6和第二副股线7由 0.07mm 的 5条棉纤维捻合形成。
防辐射层4中含有18wt%的邻羟基苯甲酸苯乙酯、26wt%的2-( 2’-羟基- 5’-甲基苯基 )苯并三氮唑、9wt%的对甲基苯甲酸间苯二酚酯、9wt%的环氧树脂。防辐射层4的厚度为18μ m。

Claims (9)
1.一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,所述的服装面料由内至外依次为内层、吸汗层、隔热层和防辐射层,其特征在于,所述内层包括第一基层和第二基层,第一基层和第二基层交错设置,第一基层包括多个第一基线,多个第一基线相互平行且间隔设置,第一副股线和第二副股线呈S型围绕第一基线曲回缠绕,第二基层包括多个第二基线,多个第二基线相互平行且间隔设置,第三副股线和第四副股线呈S型围绕第二基线曲回缠绕;第一基线和第二基线之间的夹角角度为40-70°,内层内侧还设有绒丝,绒丝呈螺旋状绕卷在第一基线和第二基线上;吸汗层表面覆有隔热层和防辐射层,吸汗层上分布有多孔微球,多孔微球的孔隙度为20~45%,多孔微球的孔径为12~18μm,多孔微球的孔径由上到下逐渐减小。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,其特征在于:所述吸汗层采用竹炭纤维编织形成,吸汗层表面覆有 0.01~0.1mm 厚的隔热层,隔热层表面涂覆有防辐射层。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,其特征在于:所述隔热层采用芳纶或尼龙编织成型。
4.根据权利要求 1所述的一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,其特征在于:所述第一基线由 0.03~0.012mm 的 12~14 条棉纤维或羊毛纤维捻合形成,第一副股线和第二副股线由 0.02~0.08mm 的 4~6 条棉纤维捻合形成。
5.跟据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,其特征在于,所述抗紫外涂层中含有18wt%的邻羟基苯甲酸苯乙酯、26wt%的2-( 2’-羟基- 5’-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑、9wt%的对甲基苯甲酸间苯二酚酯、9wt%的环氧树脂。
6.跟据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,其特征在于,所述防辐射层的厚度为15~20μ m。
7.跟据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,其特征在于,所述第一基线和第二基线之间的夹角角度为45°。
8.跟据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,其特征在于,所述第一基线和第二基线之间的夹角角度为60°。
9.跟据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水透气保暖功能的服装面料制法,其特征在于,所述第一基线和第二基线之间的夹角角度为68°。
