鱼腥草《别录》：味辛，微温，清热解毒，利尿消肿。治肺炎，肺脓疡，热痢，疟疾，水肿，淋病，白带，痈肿，痔疮，脱肛，湿疹，秃疮，疥癣。
生苡仁甘淡微寒，生用利水渗湿、除痹、清热排脓，常用治水肿脚气，湿痹疼痛，肺痈吐脓、肠痈等证，炒用健脾利湿，常用于脾虚湿困、食少泄泻。

红枣，红枣味甘性温、脾胃经，有补中益气，养血安神，缓和药性的功能。现代药理研究发现，红枣能使血中含氧量增强、滋养全身细胞，是一种药效缓和的强壮剂。
服药方法：将中药混合水煎服，每日一剂，分三次服用。10天一个疗程。
