Abstract
本发明公开了一种多功能的手功能锻炼工具,包括:连接柱、活动板、手臂固定带、指套,所述活动板呈菱形,连接柱一端与活动板连接,另一端与所述手臂固定带连接,活动板在与连接柱连接的位置上设有相适配的凸起,所述活动板的顶部覆盖圆毛魔术贴,活动板的底部设有第一、第二、第三魔术贴,所述第一、第二、第三魔术贴在所述活动板的底部呈“A”字形设置,所述第一、第二魔术贴分别设置在所述活动板的边沿,所述指套通过弹力绳与所述手臂固定带连接。该锻炼工具具有:简易式手掌分指板模式、手臂式手机支架模式、手指外翻训练器模式,三种模式,从而使得手部功能得到多方面的锻炼,该结构的锻炼工具可广泛应用到康复治疗活动中。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种康复工具。
背景技术
现代人手机使用率很高,即使是老年人也在使用手机的。随着脑卒中的发病率增高,趋向年轻化,偏瘫患者通过康复训练后,能缓解功能障碍,现有的对手部功能障碍的康复工具各种各样,比如说分指板,现有的康复工具存在功能单一的问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:现有的手部康复工具功能单一的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种多功能的手功能锻炼工具,包括:连接柱、活动板、手臂固定带、指套,所述活动板呈菱形,所述连接柱一端与所述活动板连接,另一端与所述手臂固定带连接,所述活动板在与所述连接柱连接的位置上设有相适配的凸起,所述活动板的顶部覆盖圆毛魔术贴,所述活动板的底部设有第一、第二、第三魔术贴,所述第一、第二、第三魔术贴在所述活动板的底部呈“A”字形设置,所述第一、第二魔术贴分别设置在所述活动板的边沿,所述指套通过弹力绳与所述手臂固定带连接。
进一步,所述指套包括:外套和内套,所述内套为低温热塑板材质构件,所述外套为魔术贴粘带材质构件,所述外套通过所述弹力绳与所述手臂固定带连接。
进一步,所述活动板为低温热塑板材质构件。
进一步,所述多功能的手功能锻炼工具还包括:用于容纳指套的布袋,所述布袋与所述手臂固定带连接。
本发明的有益效果是:该结构的手功能锻炼工具利用活动板、连接柱,手臂固定带、连接弹力绳的指套,通过活动板的转动和指套使用,使得该锻炼工具具有:简易式手掌分指板模式、手臂式手机支架模式、手指外翻训练器模式,三种模式,从而使得手部功能得到多方面的锻炼,该结构的锻炼工具功能多样,可广泛应用到康复治疗活动中。

实施例1,参考图1和图2,一种多功能的手功能锻炼工具,包括:连接柱1、活动板2、手臂固定带3、指套,所述活动板2呈菱形,所述连接柱1一端与所述活动板2连接,另一端与所述手臂固定带3连接,所述活动板2在与所述连接柱1连接的位置上设有相适配的凸起,该凸起可以使得活动板2在除凸起位置之外的其他位置的平面可以与手臂维持一个水平面上,从而消除因为连接柱1的尺寸关系而导致活动板2与手臂不在同一个水平面上的问题,所述活动板2的顶部覆盖圆毛魔术贴,所述活动板2的底部设有第一、第二、第三魔术贴51、52、53,所述第一、第二、第三魔术贴51、52、53在所述活动板2的底部呈“A”字形设置,所述第一、第二魔术贴51、52分别设置在所述活动板2的边沿,所述指套通过弹力绳与所述手臂固定带3连接。
该结构的手功能锻炼工具有三种模式,分别为:简易式手掌分指板模式、手臂式手机支架模式、手指外翻训练器模式。
参考图3,在所述简易式手掌分指板模式下,患者手臂穿戴手臂固定带3,将活动板2转动,使得手掌位于活动板2的底部,张开手掌,其中第三魔术贴53正好横过手指,用魔术贴粘带7的端部与所述第一魔术贴51贴合,所述魔术贴粘带7的体部沿着第三魔术贴53分指式的贴合,另一端部与所述第二魔术贴52贴合,从而将手指分开固定。该模式可用于防止或矫正手指屈曲痉挛和挛缩畸形,能够帮助患者将手指分开伸展,达到抑制手指屈曲紧张,防止手指挛缩的目的。
参考图4,在所述手臂式手机支架模式下,患者手臂穿戴手臂固定带3,将活动板2转动,使得手掌位于活动板2的底部,利用魔术贴粘带7一端连接手臂固定带3,然后横跨过拇指根部,魔术贴粘带7的另一端与所述第二魔术贴52贴合,调整魔术贴粘带7,使得活动板2作为支撑板支撑住手机8,该模式可辅助拇指与其他四指对指提物的力量的不足,有效的让患者用患侧手拿手机8。作为优化,在玩手机8的过程中,拇指可穿戴指套,利用指套连接弹力绳,在玩手机8的过程中锻炼其内收、外翻、对指等动作训练。
参考图5,在所述手指外翻训练器模式下,患者手臂穿戴手臂固定带3,患者手指穿戴指套,魔术贴粘带7横跨所述活动板2,并将活动板2与手臂固定带3固定。由于偏瘫患者手指长期处于屈曲状态,对于上肢肌力Ⅲ级以上,手部肌力Ⅱ级以上的特点,手指处于软瘫状态,利用指套通过弹力绳连接手臂固定带3,可通过弹力绳的拉力对手指进行有效的训练。可有效防止其屈曲过度形成的挛缩,促进手指张合运动。
作为优化,所述指套包括:外套41和内套42,所述内套42为低温热塑板材质构件,所述外套41为魔术贴材质构件,所述外套41通过所述弹力绳与所述手臂固定带3连接。利用低温热塑板材质方便对内套42进行造型,方便生产制作,同时,将外套设置为魔术贴材质,在不使用的时候,可将指套粘贴到活动板2上,减小所述多功能的手功能锻炼工具的面积,方便保存。
作为优化,所述活动板2为低温热塑板材质构件。方便生产制作。
作为优化,所述多功能的手功能锻炼工具还包括:用于容纳指套的布袋31,所述布袋31与所述手臂固定带3连接。可方便多功能的手功能锻炼工具在不用时对指套的收纳。

1.一种多功能的手功能锻炼工具,其特征在于,包括:连接柱(1)、活动板(2)、手臂固定带(3)、指套,所述活动板(2)呈菱形,所述连接柱(1)一端与所述活动板(2)连接,另一端与所述手臂固定带(3)连接,所述活动板(2)在与所述连接柱(1)连接的位置上设有相适配的凸起,所述活动板(2)的顶部覆盖圆毛魔术贴,所述活动板(2)的底部设有第一、第二、第三魔术贴(51、52、53),所述第一、第二、第三魔术贴(51、52、53)在所述活动板(2)的底部呈“A”字形设置,所述第一、第二魔术贴(51、52)分别设置在所述活动板(2)的边沿,所述指套通过弹力绳与所述手臂固定带(3)连接;
所述手功能锻炼工具有三种模式,分别为:简易式手掌分指板模式、手臂式手机支架模式、手指外翻训练器模式;
在所述简易式手掌分指板模式下,患者手臂穿戴手臂固定带(3),将活动板(2)转动,使得手掌位于活动板(2)的底部,张开手掌,其中第三魔术贴(53)正好横过手指,用魔术贴粘带(7)的端部与所述第一魔术贴(51)贴合,所述魔术贴粘带(7)的体部沿着第三魔术贴(53)分指式的贴合,另一端部与所述第二魔术贴(52)贴合,从而将手指分开固定;
在所述手臂式手机支架模式下,患者手臂穿戴手臂固定带(3),将活动板(2)转动,使得手掌位于活动板(2)的底部,利用魔术贴粘带(7)一端连接手臂固定带(3),然后横跨过拇指根部,魔术贴粘带(7)的另一端与所述第二魔术贴(52)贴合,调整魔术贴粘带(7),使得活动板(2)作为支撑板支撑住手机(8);
在所述手指外翻训练器模式下,患者手臂穿戴手臂固定带(3),患者手指穿戴指套,魔术贴粘带(7)横跨所述活动板(2),并将活动板(2)与手臂固定带(3)固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能的手功能锻炼工具,其特征在于:所述指套包括:外套(41)和内套(42),所述内套(42)为低温热塑板材质构件,所述外套(41)为魔术贴粘带材质构件,所述外套(41)通过所述弹力绳与所述手臂固定带(3)连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能的手功能锻炼工具,其特征在于:所述活动板(2)为低温热塑板材质构件。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种多功能的手功能锻炼工具,其特征在于:还包括用于容纳指套的布袋(31),所述布袋(31)与所述手臂固定带(3)连接。
