本发明涉及真空吸尘器,更具体地涉及多用途真空吸尘器。
发明内容
一方面,本发明提供了一种放置在罐顶上的真空吸尘器,该真空吸尘器包括具有抽吸源的马达壳体;与所述壳体相邻设置以相对于所述罐操纵所述真空吸尘器的手柄;以及支撑所述马达壳体并配置为与所述罐连接的盖组件。所述盖组件通过在缩回状态和展开状态之间移动能够调节尺寸以适应不同尺寸的罐。

具体实施方式
图1示出了被配置为安装到垃圾箱12上的真空吸尘器10。垃圾箱12收集并存储碎屑并且包括外周14。真空吸尘器10可移除地连接至垃圾箱12,并包括盖组件16,允许操作者抓住和操纵真空吸尘器10的一对手柄18,以及马达壳体20。真空吸尘器10适于安装至各种不同尺寸和类型的容器,例如垃圾箱12,12'和12”(图4)。
参考图1和图2,真空吸尘器10还包括延伸穿过盖组件16并进入垃圾箱12的进气端口22和设置在马达壳体20下方的排气通道24。进气端口22允许碎屑和空气进入垃圾箱12,同时排气通道24从垃圾箱12排出空气。柔性喷嘴(未示出)连接至进气端口22,以将进气端口22延伸至清洁表面。真空吸尘器10还包括位于马达壳体20内的抽吸源26。抽吸源26产生气流以将空气和碎屑吸入垃圾箱12。抽吸源26包括马达28和由马达28旋转驱动的叶轮30(图2和图4所示)。当马达28通过诸如电池34之类的电源供电时,马达28绕驱动轴32旋转。电池34经由电源开关36选择性地向马达28供电。当马达28被激活时,叶轮30也围绕驱动轴32驱动,进而邻近盖组件16的下侧38(或当盖组件16连接至垃圾箱12时,在垃圾箱12内)产生低压区域37。因此,空气和碎屑通过进气端口22被吸入垃圾箱12。虽然未示出,但是真空吸尘器10还包括排放阀,该排放阀可调节以控制低压区域37处的压力。在该特别实施例中,电池34以串联方式电连接以为马达28供电。尽管所示实施例中的马达28从电池34获取电力,但是在其它实施例中,马达28可以从其他电源(例如,墙壁插座,发电机等)获取电力。
参考图3,真空吸尘器10还包括设置在盖组件16的下侧38处的垫圈40。垫圈40由泡沫、橡胶或其它相似类型的材料构成。优选地,垫圈40由聚合物材料组成,使得垫圈40是柔性的,并且更具体地说,垫圈40具有弹性以在力施加到垫圈40上时允许垫圈40变形。否则,垫圈40保持其原始形状。真空吸尘器10还包括由盖组件16支撑的过滤器保持器42和连接至过滤器保持器42的过滤器44。具体地,过滤器44设置在过滤器保持器42的凹部46内,使得过滤器44不延伸进入垃圾箱12,如图2和图3所示。换句话说,过滤器44完全包封在盖组件16的边界内。过滤器44将碎屑与进入垃圾箱12的空气分开。在一个实施例中,过滤器44是微孔的,以使空气能够通过过滤器44,并且允许空气从真空吸尘器10排出,同时阻止碎屑通过过滤器44。因此,碎屑经由进气端口22收集,经由过滤器44被阻止从真空吸尘器10排出,并被储存在垃圾箱12中。
参考图4,盖组件16包括支撑板48和相四个单独的盖构件50,该盖构件50对于支撑板48可移动。盖构件50通过一系列管状构件52连接在一起。每个管状构件52在每个盖构件50的相应的细长凹槽54内被接收和移动。因此,每个盖构件50可滑动地连接到相邻的盖构件50上。也就是说,盖构件50能够沿着管状构件52平移,使得盖构件50相对于彼此在缩回状态(如图4中的假想线所示)和展开状态(如图4中的实线所示)之间伸缩。尽管所示实施例有四个盖构件50,但在其他实施例中,也可以有多于或少于四个盖构件50。
在使用中,真空吸尘器10安装在垃圾箱12,12',12”上。在一些情况下,可能需要操作者调节盖组件16的尺寸以容纳大容器,例如垃圾箱12。为了将盖组件16从缩回状态移动到展开状态(从而增加盖组件16的尺寸),操作者移动盖构件50远离彼此。类似地,操作者可能需要调整盖组件16的尺寸以容纳小容器,例如垃圾箱12”。为了将盖组件16从展开状态移动到缩回状态(从而减小盖组件16的尺寸),操作者将每个盖构件50朝向彼此移动。一旦盖组件16的尺寸准确地适合于垃圾箱12,12’,12”,则将真空吸尘器10放置在垃圾箱12,12’,12”上。此时,垫片40接触垃圾箱12,12’,12”的外周14,这确保了真空吸尘器10和垃圾箱12,12’,12”之间的气密密封。通过按压电源开关36,电池34供电以启动马达28,马达28又驱动叶轮30。一旦叶轮30开始旋转,空气和碎屑就被吸入进气端口22并进入垃圾箱12,12’,12”。过滤器44将空气中的碎屑分离,并且碎屑被储存在垃圾箱12,12’,12”中,同时空气沿排气通道24排出。在某些情况下,低压区域37处的压力可能导致垃圾箱12,12’,12”向内弯曲或凹陷。作为响应,操作者可以调节排放阀以减小垃圾箱12,12’,12”中的压力。同样,如果低压区域37处的压力不足以将碎屑吸入垃圾箱12,12’,12”,则操作人员可以调节排放阀以增加垃圾箱12,12’,12”内的压力。
图5-10示出了根据本发明另一实施例的真空吸尘器1010。真空吸尘器1010类似于上面参考图1-4描述的真空吸尘器10。下面描述真空吸尘器10,1010之间的差异。
图5-7示出了配置为安装到垃圾箱1012上的真空吸尘器1010。垃圾箱1012收集并存储碎屑,并且包括外周1014(图8)。真空吸尘器1010可移除地连接至垃圾箱1012,并且包括盖组件1016、允许操作者抓住和操纵真空吸尘器1010的手柄108以及经由马达支架1021支撑在盖组件1016顶部的马达壳体1020。真空吸尘器1010适于安装到各种不同尺寸和类型的容器上,例如垃圾箱1012,1012'(图6)和1012”(图7)。
参考图5-8,真空吸尘器1010还包括进气端口1022和排气通道1024,进气端口1022延伸穿过盖组件1016并进入垃圾箱1012,以允许碎屑和空气进入垃圾箱1012,排气通道1024设置在马达壳体1020下方以从垃圾箱1012排出空气。真空吸尘器1010还包括封装在马达壳体1020内的抽吸源1026。抽吸源1026产生气流以将空气和碎屑吸入垃圾箱1012。抽吸源1026包括马达1028和由马达1028可旋转地驱动的叶轮1030(图8和图10所示)。当马达1028通过诸如电池1034之类的电源供电时,马达1028围绕驱动轴线1032旋转。当马达1028被激活时,叶轮1030也围绕驱动轴线1032驱动,进而邻近盖组件1016的下侧1038(或当盖组件1016连接至垃圾箱1012时,在垃圾箱1012内)产生低压区域1037。因此,空气和碎屑通过进气端口1022被吸入垃圾箱1012。虽然未示出,但是真空吸尘器1010还包括排放阀,排放阀可调节以控制低压区域1037处的压力。尽管所示实施例中的马达1028从电池1034获取电力,但是在其它实施例中,马达1028可以从其它电源(例如,墙壁插座,发电机等)获取电力。

Claims (13)
1.一种放置在罐的顶上的真空吸尘器,所述真空吸尘器包括:
马达壳体,所述马达壳体具有抽吸源;
手柄,所述手柄与所述马达壳体相邻设置以相对于所述罐操纵所述真空吸尘器的手柄;以及
盖组件,所述盖组件支撑所述马达壳体,所述盖组件配置为与所述罐连接,所述盖组件通过在缩回状态和展开状态之间移动能够调节尺寸以适应不同尺寸的所述罐;
其中所述盖组件包括支撑板和多个盖构件;所述多个盖构件彼此独立;所述多个盖构件相对于所述支撑板可移动,以使所述多个盖组件在所述展开状态和所述缩回状态之间移动;所述多个盖构件通过一系列管状构件连接在一起;每个所述管状构件在每个所述盖构件的相应的细长凹槽内被接收和移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其中所述多个盖构件与所述罐的外周接合以将所述盖组件固定至所述罐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,其中所述多个盖构件相对于彼此移动以接合所述罐的外周。
4.根据权利要求1所述的真空吸尘器,还包括垫圈,所述垫圈与所述罐的外周邻接以在所述盖组件和所述罐之间形成气密密封。
