本发明的课题在于,在具有供排列的多个扁平管(2)的端部穿过的集管板(3)和嵌合于该集管板(3)的集管主体(4)的热交换器的贮水箱中,简便且高精度地临时组装集管板(3)和集管主体(4),通过钎焊准确地接合。集管主体(4)形成为筒状,其开口侧的两边缘与穿过集管板(3)的各扁平管(2)的开口端面(2a)的长轴的两边缘相接而被定位。

技术领域
本发明涉及通过钎焊将集管板与集管主体接合的热交换器的贮水箱。
背景技术
下述专利文献1所记载的热交换器的贮水箱是如图5所示那样集管板23与集管主体24之间被钎焊的结构。
该集管板23通过将贯穿设置有多个管插通孔21的平板状的板弯折成U字状而形成。另外,在其开口缘部形成平坦的阶梯开口部25。接着,集管主体24通过将平板状的板弯折成倒U字状而形成。
而且,在集管板23的阶梯开口部25嵌合有集管主体24,各部件间被一体地钎焊。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
然而,在上述专利文献1所记载的发明中,在集管板23的开口缘,难以沿着其长度方向形成准确的阶梯开口部25,并且,也难以平坦地形成与阶梯开口部25匹配的集管主体24的两端缘。另外,即便通过成形加工将集管主体24及集管板23形成为U字状,阶梯部也因成形加工后的反弹而发生变形,难以准确地维持集管板23与集管主体24的接合面。
因而,在专利文献1所记载的发明中,在钎焊前通过集管板23与集管主体24的精密嵌合而进行定位并临时固定的情况下,需要以非常高的精度对嵌合部进行加工,且需要管理较多的尺寸,因此,耗费加工费,并且耗费尺寸检查及管理的精力。另外,在不通过精密嵌合而通过夹具将集管板23与集管主体24定位并临时固定的情况下,需要使用专用的夹具,因此,耗费夹具的制作费,并且耗费夹具的安装调整的精力。
对此,本发明的课题在于,容易进行集管板23与集管主体24在钎焊前的临时固定,提高制作性,降低制作费。
解决方案
技术方案1所记载的本发明是一种热交换器的贮水箱,具有:集管板3,其在长度方向上分离地排列有多个管插通孔1,扁平管2的端部以其开口在宽度方向上平行的方式穿过各插通孔1;以及集管主体4,其嵌合于该集管板3,这些嵌合部被相互钎焊,
所述集管主体4形成为筒状,其开口侧的两边缘与穿过集管板3的各扁平管2的开口端面2a的长轴的两边缘相接而被定位。
技术方案2所记载的本发明在技术方案1所记载的热交换器的贮水箱的基础上,其特征在于,

所述集管板3具备:内周面与所述集管主体4的外周大致匹配的弧状部5;以及从所述弧状部5的两边缘朝外侧一体地突出的一对凸缘部6,
在将所述集管主体4嵌合于所述集管板3的状态下,集管主体4与集管板3之间被钎焊。
技术方案3所记载的本发明在技术方案2所记载的热交换器的贮水箱的基础上,其特征在于,

发明效果
本发明的热交换器的贮水箱构成为,集管主体4形成为筒状,其开口侧的两边缘与穿过集管板3的各扁平管2的开口端面2a的长轴的两边缘相接而被定位。
根据该结构,能够简单、简便地对集管主体4进行定位并支承。
如技术方案2所记载的发明那样,在上述结构的基础上,所述集管主体4形成为与其轴线O正交的剖面呈圆弧的筒状,所述集管板3具备与所述集管主体4的外周大致匹配的弧状部5、以及从所述集管板3的两边缘朝外侧一体地突出的一对凸缘部6,在该情况下,集管主体4被顺畅地向集管板3引导,并且,集管板3的弯曲刚度以及扭转刚度提高。由此,容易进行临时组装下的集管板3的处理,并且,防止集管板3的形变,因此,能够简便且高精度地临时组装贮水箱。
如技术方案3所记载的发明那样,在上述结构的基础上,在相邻的集管板3中,一方的集管板3的低凸缘部6b的端缘与另一方的集管板3的高凸缘部6a的附近的外周面抵接,在该情况下,一方的集管板3的排列方向的位移在另一方的集管板3的作用下相互约束。由此,针对排列的贮水箱,通过仅对排列方向的两端的集管板沿着相互接近的方向进行加压,能够使排列的所有贮水箱中的集管板3与集管主体4的嵌合部压接,能够简便地临时组装贮水箱。
另外,由于相邻的凸缘彼此不发生干涉,因此,能够将各凸缘的宽度设定得较大。由此,集管板3的弯曲刚度以及扭转刚度提高,容易进行临时组装下的集管板3的处理,防止集管板3的形变,因此,能够简便且高精度地临时组装贮水箱。

具体实施方式
接着,基于附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
实施例1
图1是本发明的第一实施例中的热交换器的贮水箱的主要部分的横向剖视图,图2是其分解立体图。在该例中,仅记载了上下的贮水箱中的上部侧,省略了下部侧。
如图1及图2所示,在该热交换器中,散热片9与扁平管2交替地排列而形成芯体,在该芯体的排列方向的两端配置有一对侧梁12。而且,各扁平管2的两端穿过集管板3的管插通孔1,在该集管板3嵌合有集管主体4,此外,在该集管板3的两端配置有一对端盖11。
在集管板3以规定间隔排列有管插通孔1,穿过管插通孔1的扁平管2的开口的长轴在集管板3的宽度方向上平行地设置。需要说明的是,各扁平管2以从集管板3的底部到各扁平管2的开口端面2a的距离(插通长度)大致相同的方式被穿过。
接着,集管主体4形成为横向剖面呈圆弧状,该圆弧状部的中心角形成为大于180°。
而且,集管板3的内周与集管主体4的外周大致匹配。与此同时,集管板3的内周具有其内周长如图1所示且其中心角大于180°的圆弧部,在该圆弧的两端缘,一对凸缘部6经由弯曲面7朝外侧突出设置。
在该集管板3中,如图1所示,左侧的凸缘部6的高度H1形成得比右侧的凸缘部6的高度H2高,在左侧形成有高凸缘部6a,在右侧形成有低凸缘部6b。
作为一例,这种集管板3能够如下那样形成。
在金属板上等间隔地贯穿设置有多个管插通孔1。此时,在相对于集管板3的整个宽度而偏向一侧的位置分别贯穿设置有管插通孔1。接着,将该集管板3弯折为圆形,并且在其两端经由弯曲面7而形成一对凸缘部6,整体形成为在两边缘具有凸缘部的筒状。
接着,集管主体4通过将金属板弯折成横向剖面呈圆弧状而成,并且形成为其外周与集管板3的内周大致匹配。
(组装方法)
将扁平管2与散热片9交替地排列而形成芯体,在该芯体的两端配置有侧梁12。而且,在利用夹具压接着芯体整体的状态下,将该各扁平管2同时穿过集管板3的管插通孔1。此时,各扁平管2以其前端的开口端面2a在同一平面上对齐的方式配置。
接着,将集管主体4向集管板3嵌入。此时,在一对凸缘部6形成有弯曲面7,因此,沿着该弯曲面7将集管主体4顺畅地向集管板3内引导。该集管主体4的两端缘4a与扁平管2的开口端面2a的长轴方向的两边缘抵接而对集管主体4进行定位。
在该状态下,如图1所示,利用加压力10对一对凸缘部6的端面间进行按压,使集管板3的内周紧贴于集管主体4的外周。在施加该一对加压力10时,在集管板3的外周安装合适的紧固夹具(未图示),并对该紧固夹具进行紧固,由此将集管板3与集管主体4之间紧固,维持两者的紧贴状态。
需要说明的是,在彼此接触的各部件的至少一方的表面预先覆盖或附着有焊料。而且,将组装为图1的状态的热交换器插入到高温的炉内,使表面的焊料熔融,并且将其冷却,由此一体地钎焊各部件间。
需要说明的是,在上述组装中,也能够从集管板3的轴线O方向插入集管主体4。
然后,在将集管主体4与集管板3嵌合之后,在其两端配置一对端盖11,利用未图示的其他夹具对两端盖11间进行紧固。另外,也利用其他夹具对一对侧梁12间进行紧固。
实施例2
接着,图3是本发明的第二实施例的热交换器,在该例中,排列有两列贮水箱。
此时,在图中,左侧的集管板3的低凸缘部6b的端面位于比右侧的集管板3的高凸缘部6a靠下方的位置,且两者接触。
需要说明的是,在各个集管板3内,通过所述同样的步骤而嵌入有集管主体4。在该状态下,在左侧的集管板3的高凸缘部6a的端面与右侧的集管板3的低凸缘部6b的端面之间,通过未图示的紧固夹具施加有加压力10。
由此,针对排列的贮水箱,通过仅对排列方向的两端的集管板沿着相互接近的方向进行加压,能够使排列的所有贮水箱中的集管板与集管主体的嵌合部压接,能够简便地临时组装贮水箱。
实施例3
接着,图4是本发明的第三实施例的热交换器,该例与图3的第二实施例的不同之处在于,排列有三列热交换器。
此时,在该图中,在位于最左端的集管板3的高凸缘部6a与位于最右端的集管板3的低凸缘部6b之间施加有加压力10。
由此,针对排列了三列的贮水箱,通过仅对排列方向的两端的集管板沿着相互接近的方向进行加压,能够使排列了三列的全部贮水箱中的集管板与集管主体的嵌合部压接,能够简便临时组装贮水箱。
需要说明的是,在如实施例2、实施例3那样排列多个热交换器的罐体的情况下,可以如图3所示那样安装分配用集管13,由此使流体在各罐体流通。
工业实用性
本发明能够利用于具有多个管、集管板及集管主体的热交换器,例如,油冷却器、散热器、冷凝器等。
