Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating steps of an information publishing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. Applied to a server, the method comprising:
step 101, receiving alarm information sent by a first terminal.
In this embodiment, the first terminal may be a mobile phone, an IPAD, a computer, or the like, which is not limited in detail in this embodiment of the present invention, and may be selected according to actual situations. When a user of the first terminal encounters an emergency or finds a danger, the user can send alarm information to the server through the first terminal, and the server receives the alarm information sent by the first terminal. Optionally, the warning information is at least one of characters, audio and video; the alarm information comprises at least one of position information and situation description information. For example, the alarm information is a video of a dangerous situation recorded by the user, the geographical position describing the occurrence of the dangerous situation in the video is an X building, and the dangerous situation is that the X building has heavy smoke. The embodiment of the invention does not limit the alarm information in detail and can be set according to the actual situation.
And 102, forwarding the alarm information to a second terminal within a set range from the target address according to the target address provided by the first terminal.
In this embodiment, when the first terminal provides the destination address, the geographic location of the first terminal may be directly obtained, or the geographic location input by the user may be received. Specifically, the target address provided by the first terminal may be a geographic location where the first terminal is located, or may be another geographic location. For example, the geographical location of the first terminal is an X building, and the target address provided by the first terminal may be at the X building or a Y building 200 meters away from the X building. The target address is not limited in detail in the embodiment of the invention, and can be set according to actual conditions.
And the server forwards the alarm information to a second terminal around the target address according to the target address provided by the first terminal. For example, the first terminal a provides the target address as an X building and the server sends an alert message to the second terminal B, C within 50 meters of the X building. The setting range is not limited in detail in the embodiment of the invention, and the setting can be carried out according to the actual situation.
And 103, receiving the alarm feedback information sent by the second terminal.
In this embodiment, after the server forwards the warning information to the second terminal, the user of the second terminal may perform feedback according to the actual situation. For example, the warning information provided by the first terminal is that the X building has smoke, and if the user of the second terminal determines that the X building does have smoke, the warning information is sent to the server; if the user of the second terminal determines that not only the smoke of the X building is emitted but also the fire condition, alarm feedback information of the fire condition can be sent to the server. And the server receives the alarm feedback information sent by the second terminal. The alarm feedback information can also be at least one of characters, audio and video, and the alarm feedback information can comprise at least one of position information and situation description information.
And 104, performing corresponding alarm processing according to the alarm feedback information.

Specifically, the server may perform the alarm processing for expanding the alarm issuing range when the number of the received confirmation alarm information reaches the threshold M and the alarm release information is not received. For example, if the server receives that the number of the confirmed alarm messages reaches 20 and exceeds the threshold value of 15, it indicates that the alarm message sent by the first terminal is correct, and the server further expands the alarm issuing range. Or in a set time period U after the server sends the alarm information to the second terminal, if the number of the alarm feedback information received by the server does not reach the threshold value N, the alarm processing for expanding the alarm issuing range is performed. For example, within 3 minutes after the server sends the alarm information to 30 second terminals, the number of the alarm feedback information received by the server is only 5 and does not reach the threshold value 15, which indicates that the number of the alarm feedback information sent by the second terminals is less, and the alarm issuing range needs to be expanded to obtain more alarm feedback information. The alarm processing of the refund alarm information can be carried out by the server when the number of the alarm feedback information received by the server reaches the threshold value N and the proportion of the refund alarm information is larger than V% in the set time period U after the server sends the alarm information to the second terminal. In the set time period U, the number of the alarm feedback information received by the server reaches the threshold N, and when the proportion of the alarm information is determined to be greater than S%, the proportion of the refute alarm information is less than T%, and the proportion of the release alarm information is less than W%, the server sends the alarm information to the emergency system for alarm processing, wherein the emergency system comprises at least one of alarm, fire alarm and medical aid. The embodiment of the invention does not limit the alarm processing of the server in detail, and can be set according to the actual situation.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, the server receives the alarm information sent by the first terminal, the alarm information may be sent to the second terminals within the setting range of the first terminal through the server, and the user of the first terminal may ask for help to the outside through the server, for example, the server diffuses the alarm information to a plurality of second terminals, or the server performs corresponding alarm processing according to the alarm feedback information sent by the second terminals. By the embodiment of the invention, public alarms can be issued more quickly, accurately and conveniently, the alarm issuing efficiency is improved, and the personal and property safety is ensured.
