Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a data interaction method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:
step 101: acquiring data to be transmitted and generating a target file comprising the data to be transmitted;
in the embodiment of the invention, the personnel in the enterprise perform data interaction with the external supplier through the data interaction system, wherein the initiating object is a system account used by the personnel in the enterprise, and the receiving object is a system account used by the external supplier. The data interaction system and the PDM system are integrated with each other.
The data interaction system comprises a formal data issuing process, a process data issuing process and a die sinking application process, wherein the formal data issuing process is used for issuing formal data or documents to an external supplier and is a working standard provided for the external supplier; the process data issuing process is used for technical exchange confirmation between internal personnel of the enterprise and external suppliers; the mold opening application form flow is used for performing mold opening application under the condition that mold opening is needed, and then associating the approved mold opening application form when mold opening data is sent.
The official data issuing process includes an active sending process along with an Engineering Change Notice (ECN), an active sending process not along with the ECN, an emergency temporary Engineering Change data issuing process, an active document issuing process, an application issuing process, a State of Requirement (SOR) issuing process, a quotation Requirement (RFQ) issuing process and an ECN issuing process. The ECN active sending flow, the non-ECN active sending flow and the SOR issuing flow can only be established in the PDM system, and the rest issuing flows can be established in the data interaction system.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the step of obtaining the to-be-released data may be receiving the to-be-released data in an ECN active sending flow, an ECN inactive sending flow or an SOR release flow sent by the PDM system, or receiving the to-be-released data in an emergency temporary engineering change data release flow, a document active release flow, an application release flow, an RFQ release flow, a module ECN release flow or a process data created by the data interaction system, or receiving the to-be-released data formed by the first to-be-released data sent by the PDM system and the second to-be-released data created by the data interaction system, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
After the data to be sent is obtained, the data interaction system can convert the data to be sent into a file format of the data interaction system, so that a target file including the data to be sent is generated in the data interaction system.
Optionally, in a possible implementation, step 101 includes:
receiving first data to be issued sent by an initiating object from a Product Data Management (PDM) system;
creating a release form and receiving second data to be released based on the release form;
and generating a target file comprising the first data to be issued and the second data to be issued.
The first data to be issued can be created and sent by the personnel in the enterprise in the ECN active sending process, the ECN inactive sending process or the SOR issuing process of the PDM system. And the second data to be issued is information input to the issuing form and/or an issuing file uploaded to the issuing form after the issuing form is created in the data interaction system. The first data to be issued and the second data to be issued jointly form data to be issued.
After the first data to be issued and the second data to be issued are obtained, the data interaction system integrates the first data to be issued and the second data to be issued to generate a target file comprising the first data to be issued and the second data to be issued.
Optionally, an approval process for the target file may be initiated between the generation of the target file and the sending of the target file, that is, after the target file is generated, an approver is automatically or manually set, and after the approver confirms the approval, the target file is authorized to be sent.
In the approval process, the data interaction system can add watermarks to the document information in the target file so as to improve the document confidentiality; the approved target file can be encrypted and compressed, and the receiving object can decrypt and view the target file only when a correct password is input, so that the data security in the data interaction process of the data interaction system is also improved; the target file can be encrypted, the receiving object can decrypt and view the target file only if the receiving object has a corresponding security certificate, and data security in the data interaction process of the data interaction system is also improved.
Step 102: sending the target file to a receiving object;
and after the target file is generated, judging whether the personnel in the enterprise trigger the sending operation based on the target file, if the personnel in the enterprise trigger the sending operation based on the target file, sending the target file to a receiving object by the data interaction system.
After sending the target file to the receiving object, the interactive system can send a prompt message to an external provider in the form of short message, mail and the like to remind the external provider to download and view the target file in time. After the preset time, the target file is still not downloaded, and a prompt message is sent once again.
The data interaction system can track whether the target file is downloaded in real time and display the state whether the target file is downloaded, for example: the filling of the download option box is blue when the target file is not downloaded, and the filling of the download option box is colorless when the target file is downloaded, which is only an example, and it should be considered that any situation capable of displaying the non-downloaded state and the downloaded state of the target file differently belongs to the protection scope of the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 103: and if a downloading request based on the target file sent by the receiving object is received, acquiring part information corresponding to the target file in the PDM system, and sending the part information to the receiving object.
After receiving the target file, the receiving object needs to download the target file if the target file is required to be checked. After an external supplier triggers a downloading request, a data interaction system receives a downloading request based on a target file sent by a receiving object, acquires part information corresponding to the target file in a PDM system according to the target file, and sends the part information to the receiving object. This way, the accuracy of the part information obtained by the external supplier can be ensured.
Similarly, after the data interaction system receives a download request triggered by an external provider, the data interaction system can inform personnel in the enterprise in the forms of short messages or mails and the like.
Optionally, when the data interaction system acquires the component information in the PDM system, the PDM may create an issuance list corresponding to the target file. After the data interaction system acquires the part information, the part information is compared with a data list in the PDM system, if the acquired part information is missing compared with the data list, the part information is downloaded again according to the target file, and the missing part information is supplemented, so that an external supplier can be ensured to check the complete part information, and the integrity and the accuracy of the data interaction system are improved.
For example: the target file may be only a part list, and after receiving a request for triggering downloading by an external provider based on the part list, the data interaction system acquires part information corresponding to each part in the part list in the PDM system, and sends the part information to the receiving object. Wherein the part information includes at least one of a part number, a part version, a part digifax, and part drawing information.
In the embodiment of the invention, data to be sent is obtained, and a target file comprising the data to be sent is generated; sending the target file to a receiving object; and if a downloading request based on the target file sent by the receiving object is received, acquiring part information corresponding to the target file in the PDM system, and sending the part information to the receiving object. Therefore, business data interaction between the enterprise and the external supplier is not required to be carried out through paper forms or mails, and the data interaction efficiency between the enterprise and the external supplier is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a data interaction method according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, including the following steps:
step 201: acquiring data to be transmitted and generating a target file comprising the data to be transmitted;
step 202: sending the target file to a receiving object;

In one possible embodiment, step 202 includes:
determining a reception time limit of the reception object;
and sending the target file to a receiving object, and displaying the target file within the receiving time limit.
There are various types of external suppliers, such as: a long-term vendor, a temporary vendor, etc., and thus the reception time limit of the system account in the data interactive system is also different for different vendors, i.e., the reception time limit of the reception object is different.
First, the receiving time limit of the receiving object is determined, and after the receiving time limit of the receiving object is determined, an object file is transmitted to the receiving object, and the object file is displayed only within the receiving time limit. Specifically, whether to display the data interaction system may close the receiving object outside the receiving time limit, may withdraw the target file outside the receiving time limit, may not download the target file outside the receiving time limit, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Step 203: and if a downloading request based on the target file sent by the receiving object is received, acquiring part information corresponding to the target file in a Product Data Management (PDM) system, and sending the part information to the receiving object.
The beneficial effects and implementation of this step are the same as step 103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
Step 204: determining information to be discussed in the part information;
under the condition that the external supplier is unclear about the information of the parts, the external supplier can select one or more pieces of information in the information of the parts through the receiving object, the one or more pieces of information are information to be discussed, and the data interaction system determines the information to be discussed in the information of the parts according to the operation selected by the receiving object. Or, when the information about the parts in the enterprise needs to be delivered to the external supplier, the personnel in the enterprise can select one or more pieces of information in the information about the parts through the initiating object, the one or more pieces of information are the information to be discussed, and the data interaction system determines the information to be discussed in the information about the parts according to the operation selected by the initiating object.
Step 205: determining discussion objects associated with the information to be discussed, wherein the discussion objects comprise at least one initiating object and at least one receiving object of the target file;
after the information to be discussed is determined, the associated discussion object is determined according to the information to be discussed, for example: when the information to be discussed is part information, determining an initiating object for initiating the part information, a receiving object for receiving the part information and a system account of an approval person approving a target file containing the part information.
Step 206: a discussion window is created that includes the discussion object.
And creating a discussion window including all or part of the discussion objects determined in step 205, wherein the form of the discussion window may be a conversation form of a chat room or a mode of a forum, and in the mode of the forum, a discussion post is created according to the information to be discussed, each discussion object replies opinions in the posts, and each discussion object can check the messages of other discussion objects and reply to the messages.
The process of creating the discussion window may be that the discussion object creates a new discussion window and fills out the subject of the discussion window, selects the discussion information associated with the discussion window, and manually or automatically determines at least one initiating object and at least one receiving object associated with the discussion information.
The data interaction system can record and store the speech of each discussion object in the discussion window, and the speech can be called and reviewed by the discussion object after the discussion is finished, so that the discussion object can remember the discussion result conveniently, and the working accuracy is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that anyone in the working process is puzzled about the target file, the discussion object associated with the information to be discussed can be directly created on the data interaction system for discussion, and the accurate result can be discussed in time, so that the rapid communication between the personnel in the enterprise and the external supplier is realized, and the working efficiency between the personnel in the enterprise and the external supplier is improved.
