Abstract
本发明提出了一种基于导电凝气胶为缓冲基材的连接器,包括外壳、接触端子、焊接端子,所述外壳内填充有导电气凝胶,所述接触端子插于所述外壳内并与所述导电气凝胶接触;所述焊接端子插于所述外壳内并与所述导电气凝胶接触,本连接器使用的是具有导电性的气凝胶,可利用导电性进行与线材互相接触,并且气凝胶具有耐疲劳特性,长时间使用不会疲劳,保证连接器的接触点接触。

技术领域
本发明涉及电连接器领域,尤其涉及基于导电凝气胶为缓冲基材的连接器。
背景技术
一般来说,弹簧连接器的构成部件由柱塞、接点部件(例如销和管)及弹簧构成。弹簧连接器的用途主要用于弱电设备的充电用端子或内部连接,随着近来的便携设备或平板终端的高性能化,在连接器中通电的电流值也存在增加的倾向。即使设备进行大电流化,在通常的使用状态下,即只要始终确保柱塞与接点部件之间的接触就没有问题。
传统模式为弹簧作为浮动缓冲,弹簧缺陷为长久压缩易疲劳从而影响使用效果,及缩减弹簧寿命,相对于对方侧接点的接触压力显著降低,因此作为连接器的功能丧失。
发明内容
解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种基于导电凝气胶为缓冲基材的连接器,包括外壳、接触端子、焊接端子,所述外壳内填充有导电气凝胶,所述接触端子插于所述外壳内并与所述导电气凝胶接触;所述焊接端子插于所述外壳内并与所述导电气凝胶接触。
优选的,所述外壳上设有限位挡板,所述限位挡板上均匀排列有若干固定钉,所述固定钉与所述外壳连接。
本发明提出的基于导电凝气胶为缓冲基材的连接器有以下有益效果:本连接器使用的是具有导电性的气凝胶,可利用导电性进行与线材互相接触,并且气凝胶具有耐疲劳特性,长时间使用不会疲劳,保证连接器的接触点接触。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1、图2所示,本发明提出了一种基于导电凝气胶为缓冲基材的连接器,包括外壳1、接触端子2、焊接端子3,所述外壳1内填充有导电气凝胶4,所述接触端子2插于所述外壳1内并与所述导电气凝胶4接触,接触端子2用于连接电连接器的公母端的插合并实现电连通,焊接端子3用于焊接导线等,所述焊接端子3插于所述外壳1内并与所述导电气凝胶4接触,其原理是:接触端子2通过导电气凝胶4能够实现电连通,并且气凝胶本身具有弹性,能够实现端子的插合起到浮动缓冲的作用,且气凝胶耐疲劳特性,长时间使用不会疲劳。
优选的,所述外壳1上设有限位挡板5,所述限位挡板5上均匀排列有若干固定钉6,所述固定钉6与所述外壳1连接,便于接触端子2的固定,以及保证能够容纳导电气凝胶4。

1.一种基于导电凝气胶为缓冲基材的连接器,其特征在于,包括外壳、接触端子、焊接端子,所述外壳内填充有导电气凝胶,所述接触端子插于所述外壳内并与所述导电气凝胶接触;所述焊接端子插于所述外壳内并与所述导电气凝胶接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于导电凝气胶为缓冲基材的连接器,其特征在于,所述外壳上设有限位挡板,所述限位挡板上均匀排列有若干固定钉,所述固定钉与所述外壳连接。
