Abstract

本发明公开了一种多功能煤矿用电缆,由内到外是由线芯、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、包带和外护套构成,其特征在于:所述绝缘屏蔽层由内到外是由非金属半导电层与金属层组合而成,其中,非金属半导电层采用挤包交联粘结型半导电材料,铜丝屏蔽的表面设有反向绕包的铜丝或铜带,铜丝屏蔽中绕线的平均间隙应不大于4mm;包带的外围设有阻水隔离层,阻水隔离层的外围设有由非铁磁性材料制成的铠装;铠装的外围叠包有2.4mm厚的无卤低烟阻燃玻璃纤维带;铠装采用圆形铝丝,其直径为3.5mm;所述绝缘层采用交联聚乙烯材料,其厚度不小于23mm。本发明具有耐寒性能强、护套不会开裂并提高了电缆径向阻水性能和阻燃性能。

多功能煤矿用电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆,具体是一种煤矿用电缆。
背景技术
电线电缆广泛应用于冶金、矿业、建筑、石油化工、航天等工程,由于我国地域辽阔,北方地区冬季的极端气温可达零下45℃左右。按目前IEC标准即国家标准GB12706-2008规定的塑料绝缘电力电缆,绝缘材料为交联聚乙烯和聚氯乙烯,护套为聚氯乙烯材料。该标准明确规定聚氯乙烯绝缘和护套的耐低温性能试验温度为零下15℃,聚氯乙烯绝缘或聚氯乙烯护套的电缆,其安装时环境温度不宜低于0℃,以此按国家标准制造的塑料绝缘电线电缆,均不适宜我国东北、内蒙、西藏及新疆等地区的冬季施工和敷设。电缆还需在有供暖的仓库内贮存,否则这些电缆在严寒恶劣环境条件下,电缆护套就会发生开裂现象,导致电缆不能使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述之不足,本发明目的在于提供一种耐寒性能强、护套不会开裂并提高了电缆径向阻水性能和阻燃性能的多功能煤矿用电缆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
多功能煤矿用电缆,由内到外是由线芯、导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、包带和外护套构成,其特征在于:所述绝缘屏蔽层由内到外是由非金属半导电层与金属层组合而成,其中,非金属半导电层采用挤包交联粘结型半导电材料,金属层采用铜丝屏蔽,所述绝缘层是由交联聚乙烯材料或热塑性弹性体材料制成,所述外护套是由耐寒性能达到-50℃的热塑性弹性体制成的黑色护套;所述铜丝屏蔽的表面设有反向绕包的铜丝或铜带,铜丝屏蔽中绕线的平均间隙应不大于4mm;所述包带的外围设有阻水隔离层,阻水隔离层的外围设有由非铁磁性材料制成的铠装;所述铠装的外围叠包有2.4mm厚的无卤低烟阻燃玻璃纤维带;所述铠装采用圆形铝丝,其直径为3.5mm;所述绝缘层采用交联聚乙烯材料,其厚度不小于23mm。
本发明的有益效果:由于绝缘层采用交联聚乙烯材料或热塑性弹性体材料制成,外护套采用由耐寒性能-50℃的热塑性弹性体制成的黑色护套,电缆能在-50℃的低温的环境下工作,并且不会开裂。由于电缆具有优异的耐寒性能,尤其适合在低温的环境下使用;由于增设了阻水隔离层,提高了电缆的径向阻水性能;由于铠装外采用了无卤阻燃带和无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃护套,提高了电缆的阻燃性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,多功能煤矿用电缆,由内到外是由横截面积为240mm2的线芯1、导体屏蔽层2、绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层、包带7和外护套11构成,绝缘层3采用交联聚乙烯材料,其厚度不小于23mm。所述绝缘屏蔽层由内到外是由非金属半导电层4与金属层5组合而成,其中,非金属半导电层4采用挤包交联粘结型半导电材料,金属层5采用铜丝屏蔽,铜丝屏蔽的表面设有反向绕包的铜丝或铜带6,铜丝屏蔽中绕线的平均间隙应不大于4mm。
所述包带7的外围设有阻水隔离层8,阻水隔离层8的外围设有由非铁磁性材料制成的铠装9,铠装采用圆形铝丝,其直径为3.5mm,铠装9的外围叠包有2.4mm厚的无卤低烟阻燃玻璃纤维带10。
