Technical Field

Background
The following defects are commonly existed in the existing medical examination sample analysis equipment:
1. the pretreatment of the sample is manually carried out, which wastes time and labor;
2. the functions are fixed and cannot be adjusted according to requirements;
3. the function is single, and the automation degree is low;
4. the condition of the test procedure sample is not visible.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a medical examination sample analysis device which is high in automation degree, wide in application range and capable of adjusting functions according to needs.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the medical examination sample analysis equipment comprises a base, a support, an operation box, a reagent adding assembly, a hydraulic cylinder, an infrared image acquisition device, an extrusion pad, a touch screen, a detection probe mounting frame, a conveying device, a liquid collecting tank, a liquid discharging port and a water absorption pad, wherein a transparent protective cover is mounted at the upper end of the base through the support, the reagent adding assembly, the extrusion pad, the water absorption pad and the detection probe mounting frame are sequentially mounted in the transparent protective cover from the feeding end to the discharging end, the reagent adding assembly comprises a circular turntable, a reagent adding pipe and a first electric telescopic rod, the reagent adding pipe is mounted on the outer wall of the circular turntable, the reagent adding pipe is arranged along the circumferential direction of the circular turntable, and each reagent adding pipe is connected with a reagent storage tank through a reagent conveying pump; the discharge end of each reagent adding pipe is sleeved with an electromagnetic valve; the circular turntable is rotatably connected with the lower end of the first electric telescopic rod, and the upper end of the first electric telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the inner top surface of the transparent protective cover through a bolt; the extrusion pad and the water absorption pad are respectively connected with the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder through a connecting rod; an image acquisition device is installed between the extrusion pad and the water absorption pad through a second electric telescopic rod, the upper end of the detection probe installation rack is connected with the inner top surface of the transparent protective cover in a sliding mode, a plurality of detection probe installation clamps are installed on the detection probe installation rack through a third electric telescopic rod, a conveying device is arranged on the upper top surface of the base, sliding guide rails are embedded at two ends of the inner side of the conveying device, a liquid collecting tank is arranged at the bottom side of the conveying device, and a liquid discharge port with a valve is arranged at the lower end of the liquid collecting tank; the outer wall of the transparent protective cover is provided with an operation box and a touch screen, the operation box is connected with the hydraulic cylinder, the image acquisition device, the reagent delivery pump, the electromagnetic valve, the conveying device, the second electric telescopic rod, the first electric telescopic rod and the third electric telescopic rod through power lines, and the touch screen is internally provided with a wireless communication module for realizing data interaction with the detection probe through the module.
Preferably, the transparent protective cover is provided with a plurality of movable doors for maintenance, the outer cover of the transparent protective cover is provided with a light shield, and the light shield is provided with a plurality of observation ports with movable light shield cloth.
Preferably, a pressure sensor is arranged at the joint of the connecting rod and the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder, and the pressure sensor is connected with the operation box through a power line.
Preferably, the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected to the inner top surface of the transparent protective cover.
Preferably, the center of the circular turntable is connected with the lower end of the first electric telescopic rod through a rotating shaft with a servo device, and the rotating shaft with the servo device is connected with the operation box 3.
Preferably, the detection probe mounting frame is of a transverse plate structure, the upper end of the detection probe mounting frame is connected with an L-shaped connecting rod through a rotating shaft with a servo device, and the upper end of the L-shaped connecting rod is in sliding connection with the inner top surface of the transparent protective cover.
Preferably, the inner top surface of the transparent protective cover is provided with a sliding groove matched with the L-shaped connecting rod, the upper end of the L-shaped connecting rod is in sliding connection with the sliding groove through a sliding block with a servo device, and the sliding block is electrically connected with the operating box.
Preferably, the image acquisition device includes a spherical base and a plurality of cameras of embedded installation in spherical base, this spherical base pass through fourth electric telescopic handle with the interior top surface of transparent protection casing links to each other, this fourth electric telescopic with control box electric connection.
Preferably, the reagent storage tank is embedded in the transparent protective cover, the reagent delivery pump is arranged in the reagent storage tank and is respectively connected with the liquid inlet end of the reagent adding pipe through a reagent delivery hose; the inner side of the sliding guide rail is provided with a fixing device.

As shown in fig. 1-2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a medical examination sample analysis device, which includes a base 1, a support 2, an operation box 3, a reagent adding assembly 5, a hydraulic cylinder 6, an infrared image acquisition device 7, a squeezing pad 9, a touch screen 10, a detection probe mounting rack 11, a transmission device 12, a liquid collecting tank 13, a liquid discharge port 14, and a water absorption pad 15, wherein a transparent protective cover is installed at the upper end of the base 1 through the support 2, electric doors with sensing devices are respectively installed at both ends of the transparent protective cover, and the transparent protective cover is internally provided with the reagent adding assembly 5, the squeezing pad 9, the water absorption pad 15, and the detection probe mounting rack 11 in sequence from the feed end to the discharge end, preferably, the squeezing pad 9 adopts a double-layer silicone pad, the water absorption pad 15 adopts a medical sponge pad, the reagent adding assembly 5 includes a circular turntable 51, a reagent adding pipe 52 installed on the outer wall of the circular turntable 51, and a, the reagent adding pipes 52 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the circular turntable 51, and each reagent adding pipe 52 is connected with a reagent storage tank through a reagent conveying pump; the discharge end of each reagent adding pipe 52 is sleeved with an electromagnetic valve; the circular turntable 51 is rotatably connected with the lower end of the first electric telescopic rod 4, and the upper end of the first electric telescopic rod 4 is fixedly connected with the inner top surface of the transparent protective cover through a bolt; the extrusion pad 9 and the water absorption pad 15 are respectively connected with the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder 6 through connecting rods; an image acquisition device 7 is installed between the extrusion pad 9 and the water absorption pad 15 through a second electric telescopic rod 16, the upper end of the detection probe installation rack 11 is slidably connected with the inner top surface of the transparent protective cover, a plurality of detection probe installation clamps 18 are installed on the detection probe installation rack 11 through a third electric telescopic rod 17, a conveying device 12 is arranged on the upper top surface of the base 1, sliding guide rails 1201 are embedded at two ends of the inner side of the conveying device 12, the conveying device 12 is a forward and reverse conveying device and can realize forward and reverse conveying of samples, a plurality of fixing seats for fixing glass slides and test tubes are embedded at the upper end of the conveying device 12, a liquid collecting tank 13 is arranged at the bottom side of the conveying device 12, and a liquid discharge port 14 with a valve is arranged at the lower end of the liquid collecting tank 13; be equipped with an operation panel 3 and a touch screen 10 on the outer wall of transparent protection casing, operation panel 3 through the power cord with pneumatic cylinder 6, image acquisition device 7, reagent delivery pump, solenoid valve, conveyer 12, second electric telescopic handle 16, first electric telescopic handle 4, third electric telescopic handle 17 link to each other, be equipped with wireless communication module in the touch screen 10 for realize the interaction of data through this module and test probe.
The transparent protective cover is provided with a plurality of movable doors for maintenance, the outer cover of the transparent protective cover is provided with a light shield, and the light shield is provided with a plurality of observation ports with movable light shield cloth. And a pressure sensor 8 is arranged at the joint of the connecting rod and the telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder 6, and the pressure sensor 8 is connected with the operation box 3 through a power line. The hydraulic cylinder 6 is fixedly connected to the inner top surface of the transparent protective cover. The center of the circular turntable 51 is connected with the lower end of the first electric telescopic rod 4 through a rotating shaft with a servo device, and the rotating shaft with the servo device is connected with the operation box 3. The detection probe mounting frame 11 is of a transverse plate structure, the upper end of the detection probe mounting frame is connected with an L-shaped connecting rod through a rotating shaft with a servo device, and the upper end of the L-shaped connecting rod is in sliding connection with the inner top surface of the transparent protective cover. The inner top surface of the transparent protective cover is provided with a sliding groove matched with the L-shaped connecting rod, the upper end of the L-shaped connecting rod is in sliding connection with the sliding groove through a sliding block with a servo device, and the sliding block is electrically connected with the operating box. The image acquisition device 7 comprises a spherical base and a plurality of cameras embedded and installed in the spherical base, the spherical base is connected with the inner top surface of the transparent protective cover through a fourth electric telescopic rod, and the fourth electric telescopic rod is electrically connected with the operation box. The reagent storage tank is embedded in the transparent protective cover, the reagent conveying pump is arranged in the reagent storage tank and is respectively connected with the liquid inlet end of the reagent adding pipe 52 through a reagent conveying hose; the inner side of the sliding guide 1201 is arranged with a fixing means 1202.

When the sample being tested is a liquid, the squeeze pad and absorbent pad may not be activated.
