本发明公开了一种可净化气体的储气罐,涉及储气罐技术领域,包括罐体、上封头、下封头、下封头盖、过滤板和隔板,所述上封头和下封头分别固定连接在罐体的上端和下端,所述上封头上还设有出气管,所述下封头上设有进气管和凸块,所述隔板与下封头固定连接在一起,所述下封头盖通过螺栓安装在凸块的下端,所述下封头盖与凸块之间还设有密封垫,所述隔板的底部和下封头盖的内壁设有相对应的固定块,所述过滤板安装在两个固定块之间,所述隔板的左半部分还设有通孔,所述下封头盖的固定块的两侧还分别设有排水口一和排水口二。本发明实现了对储气罐内压缩空气的净化保证了长时间储气罐能够正常使用,使气体净化的更加完全。

一种可净化气体的储气罐
技术领域
本发明涉及储气罐技术领域,特别涉及一种可净化气体的储气罐。
背景技术
储气罐是一种专门用来储存诸如压缩空气、燃气等气体的设备。储气罐能稳定系统的压力,缓冲由于空压机排气不连续等因素造成的系统压力波动,保证系统的平稳用气,降低气流脉动。有的储气罐用于储存压缩空气,承受一定的压力。压缩空气中含有水汽、油、固体颗粒等杂质,这些杂质随压缩空气储存在储气罐中,一方面影响储气罐的性能,另一方面,杂质随压缩空气排出,加大了后期压缩空气净化的难度,增加了使用成本。因此,在储气罐内设置净化排污装置很有必要,然而,现有的净化装置结构复杂,成本高,与储气罐的连接密封复杂,占用较大的体积,不利于设置在储气罐中。
中国专利申请号为201410796097.1公开了一种可净化气体的储气罐,属于化工设备技术领域。所述可净化气体的储气罐包括罐体,下封头和设置在下封头上的进气管和排污管,还包括隔板和过滤板。所述进气管和排污管位于过滤板的两侧,所述隔板上位于排污管上方的区域开有通孔,所述过滤板的下方设有透气孔。此发明的过滤网不能更换或清洗,长时间过滤网会堵塞影响到储气罐的正常使用,同时此发明存在过滤不完全的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可净化气体的储气罐,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
一种可净化气体的储气罐,包括罐体、上封头、下封头、下封头盖、过滤板和隔板,所述上封头和下封头分别固定连接在罐体的上端和下端,所述上封头上还设有出气管,所述下封头上设有进气管和凸块,所述隔板与下封头固定连接在一起,所述下封头盖通过螺栓安装在凸块的下端,所述下封头盖与凸块之间还设有密封垫,所述隔板的底部和下封头盖的内壁设有相对应的固定块,所述过滤板安装在两个固定块之间,所述隔板的左半部分还设有通孔,所述下封头盖的固定块的两侧还分别设有排水口一和排水口二。
优选的,所述下封头的内壁上还设有防水防油隔离层。
优选的,所述进气管的内端口倾斜设置,其与水平面所成夹角为50-70度。
优选的,所述通孔为螺旋上升孔。
优选的,所述过滤板的下端设有实心防水层。
本发明的优点在于:本发明实现了对储气罐内压缩空气的净化,由于下封头盖通过螺栓安装在凸块的下端,使的过滤板可以随着下封头盖一起拆卸下来,方便对过滤板进行清洗或更换,保证了长时间储气罐能够正常使用,同时过滤板使净化后的气体和未净化的气体完全隔离开来,气体只能通过过滤网进入到储气区,使气体净化的更加完全。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1至图4所示,一种可净化气体的储气罐,包括罐体14、上封头16、下封头5、下封头盖2、过滤板9和隔板7,所述上封头16和下封头5分别固定连接在罐体14的上端和下端,所述上封头16上还设有出气管15,所述下封头5上设有进气管10和凸块17,所述隔板9与下封头5固定连接在一起,所述下封头盖2通过螺栓4安装在凸块17的下端,所述下封头盖2与凸块17之间还设有密封垫3,所述隔板7的底部和下封头盖2的内壁设有相对应的固定块8,所述过滤板9安装在两个固定块8之间,所述隔板7的左半部分还设有通孔6,所述下封头盖2的固定块8的两侧还分别设有排水口一1和排水口二13。
压缩气体从进气管10进入,经过过滤板9和通孔6过滤后到达隔板7上方的储气区,如此实现对压缩空气的净化,由于下封头盖2通过螺栓4安装在凸块17的下端,使的过滤板9可以随着下封头盖2一起拆卸下来,方便对过滤板9进行清洗或更换,保证了长时间储气罐能够正常使用,同时过滤板9使净化后的气体和未净化的气体完全隔离开来,气体只能通过过滤网进入到储气区,使气体净化的更加完全。
在本实施例中,所述下封头5的内壁上还设有防水防油隔离层12,延长下封头5的使用寿命。
在本实施例中,所述进气管10的内端口倾斜设置,其与水平面所成夹角为50-70度,便于从内端口出来的气体喷到过滤板9上。
在本实施例中,所述通孔6为螺旋上升孔,方便气流上升的时候进一步过滤。
此外,所述过滤板9的下端设有实心防水层11。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的实施方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。

1.一种可净化气体的储气罐,其特征在于,包括罐体(14)、上封头(16)、下封头(5)、下封头盖(2)、过滤板(9)和隔板(7),所述上封头(16)和下封头(5)分别固定连接在罐体(14)的上端和下端,所述上封头(16)上还设有出气管(15),所述下封头(5)上设有进气管(10)和凸块(17),所述隔板(9)与下封头(5)固定连接在一起,所述下封头盖(2)通过螺栓(4)安装在凸块(17)的下端,所述下封头盖(2)与凸块(17)之间还设有密封垫(3),所述隔板(7)的底部和下封头盖(2)的内壁设有相对应的固定块(8),所述过滤板(9)安装在两个固定块(8)之间,所述隔板(7)的左半部分还设有通孔(6),所述下封头盖(2)的固定块(8)的两侧还分别设有排水口一(1)和排水口二(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化气体的储气罐,其特征在于:所述下封头(5)的内壁上还设有防水防油隔离层(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化气体的储气罐,其特征在于:所述进气管(10)的内端口倾斜设置,其与水平面所成夹角为50-70度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化气体的储气罐,其特征在于:所述通孔(6)为螺旋上升孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可净化气体的储气罐,其特征在于:所述过滤板(9)的下端设有实心防水层(11)。
