Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨耐腐方矩管,包括管体,管体内腔设有加强筋,加强筋两端分别与管体内壁焊接连接,管体内壁上复合有耐腐层,管体外壁上复合有抗压层,抗压层外侧复合耐磨层,本发明结构设计新颖,设置的加强筋,能够有效的防止管体变形,此外,本发明还具有耐磨、耐腐、抗压的优点,使用寿命长。

本发明涉及方矩管技术领域,具体为一种耐磨耐腐方矩管。
背景技术
方矩管,是方形管材和矩形管材的一种称呼,也就是边长相等和不相等的钢管。方矩管作为重要的金属材料,其在各个领域有重要的作用,被广泛应用于机械制造、建筑业、冶金工业、农用车辆、农业大棚、汽车工业、铁路、公路护栏、集装箱骨架、家具、装饰以及钢结构等领域。
目前的方矩管容易出现变形现象,此外,耐磨、耐腐性能差,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨耐腐方矩管,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种耐磨耐腐方矩管,包括管体,所述管体内腔设有加强筋,所述加强筋两端分别与管体内壁焊接连接,所述管体内壁上复合有耐腐层,所述管体外壁上复合有抗压层,所述抗压层外侧复合耐磨层;
所述耐腐层包括铁基非晶合金涂层和纳米晶合金涂层,所述铁基非晶合金涂层喷涂在管体内壁,所述纳米晶合金涂层喷涂在铁基非晶合金涂层表面;
所述耐磨层采用GTCrMoNiCu 高铬材质。
优选的,所述抗压层采用17CrNiMo 碳钢材质。
优选的,所述耐腐层厚度为2mm-4mm,所述耐磨层厚度为1mm-3mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明结构设计新颖,设置的加强筋,能够有效的防止管体变形,此外,本发明还具有耐磨、耐腐、抗压的优点,使用寿命长。
(2)本发明中,耐腐层包括铁基非晶合金涂层和纳米晶合金涂层,非晶涂层的高耐腐蚀性和纳米晶涂层的高强度结合起来,最大限度的满足了耐腐蚀、耐磨的性能要求。
(3)本发明的耐磨层采用GTCrMoNiCu高铬材质;抗压层采用17CrNiMo碳钢材质,极大的提高了方矩管的整体韧性,大大延长了方矩管的使用寿命。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种耐磨耐腐方矩管,包括管体1,所述管体1内腔设有加强筋2,所述加强筋2两端分别与管体1内壁焊接连接,所述管体1内壁上复合有耐腐层3,所述管体1外壁上复合有抗压层4,所述抗压层4外侧复合耐磨层5;耐腐层3厚度为2mm-4mm,所述耐磨层5厚度为1mm-3mm。
所述耐腐层3包括铁基非晶合金涂层6和纳米晶合金涂层7,所述铁基非晶合金涂层6喷涂在管体1内壁,所述纳米晶合金涂层7喷涂在铁基非晶合金涂层8表面;本发明中,耐腐层包括铁基非晶合金涂层和纳米晶合金涂层,非晶涂层的高耐腐蚀性和纳米晶涂层的高强度结合起来,最大限度的满足了耐腐蚀、耐磨的性能要求。
所述耐磨层5采用GTCrMoNiCu 高铬材质;抗压层4采用17CrNiMo 碳钢材质,大的提高了方矩管的整体韧性,大大延长了方矩管的使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明结构设计新颖,设置的加强筋,能够有效的防止管体变形,此外,本发明还具有耐磨、耐腐、抗压的优点,使用寿命长。

1.一种耐磨耐腐方矩管,包括管体(1),其特征在于:所述管体(1)内腔设有加强筋(2),所述加强筋(2)两端分别与管体(1)内壁焊接连接,所述管体(1)内壁上复合有耐腐层(3),所述管体(1)外壁上复合有抗压层(4),所述抗压层(4)外侧复合耐磨层(5);
所述耐腐层(3)包括铁基非晶合金涂层(6)和纳米晶合金涂层(7),所述铁基非晶合金涂层(6)喷涂在管体(1)内壁,所述纳米晶合金涂层(7)喷涂在铁基非晶合金涂层(8)表面;
所述耐磨层(5)采用GTCrMoNiCu 高铬材质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐腐方矩管,其特征在于:所述抗压层(4)采用17CrNiMo 碳钢材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨耐腐方矩管,其特征在于:所述耐腐层(3)厚度为2mm-4mm,所述耐磨层(5)厚度为1mm-3mm。
