The present application is an application created by the inventors of the present application based on the following facts.
As shown in fig. 1, the conventional shaft water interception device includes an interception tank a, a supporting hook B, and a drain pipe C. The water interception tank A, the supporting hook B and the water drain pipe C are all of metal structures, for example, steel structures. The wall of the water interception tank A has a certain gradient to control the direction of water flow. The water interception tank A is used for carrying out ground processing in multiple sections according to the diameter of a shaft, the whole water interception device is connected into a whole underground through welding, and the water interception device is fixed on the upper part of a horsehead door along the circumference of the shaft through the supporting hooks B. The other end of the supporting hook B is anchored on the well wall D through a quick hardening cement roll, well bore water spray is collected through the water interception tank A and is discharged to a drainage ditch of a horsehead door through the drainage pipe C, and finally the well bore water spray enters the whole drainage system.
Therefore, the conventional vertical shaft water interception device has a metal structure, is easy to corrode, is not suitable for being used in a highly corrosive environment, and has a limited application range. Furthermore, the conventional vertical shaft water interception device needs to perform a large number of welding in the underground, and the welding parts comprise an interception tank A and a supporting hook B.
Based on the above-mentioned technical problems of the prior art, the inventor of the present application has studied and improved the conventional intercepting device and proposed a vertical shaft intercepting device 100.
A vertical shaft water intercept apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 2, the vertical shaft water intercept device 100 according to the embodiment of the present application includes a water receiving member 10, a water discharging member 20, and a fixing member 30.
Specifically, the water containing member 10 defines therein a water containing chamber 11, and an opening communicating with the water containing chamber 11 is provided at an upper end of the water containing member 10. The drain 20 communicates with the water containing chamber 11 to drain the water in the water containing chamber 11. One end of the fixing member 30 passes through the water containing member 10 and is inserted into the wall 200 of the shaft to fix the water containing member 10 to the wall 200.
Therefore, according to the vertical shaft water interception device 100 of the embodiment of the application, the water containing piece 10 is used for collecting the water to be sprayed, the water sprayed is temporarily stored in the water containing cavity 11, and then the water sprayed in the water containing cavity 11 is discharged through the drain pipe, so that the damage of the water sprayed to equipment in the shaft is avoided. The fixing member 30 passes through the water containing member 10 and fixes the water containing member 10 on the well wall 200, so that welding operation is avoided, and the installation of the vertical shaft water interception device 100 is more convenient and flexible.
It should be noted that, the water containing piece 10 is fixed on the well wall 200 by the fixing piece 30, the well wall 200 may be a concrete well wall 200, and the fixing piece 30 and the water containing piece 10 do not need to be welded and connected, so that the installation of the vertical shaft water interception device 100 is more convenient.
In one embodiment of the present application, the cross section of the water containing segment 10 is formed in a U-shape with an upward opening, and the fixing segment 30 is inserted into the well wall 200 through a side wall surface of the water containing segment 10.
In particular, the water container 10 is formed in an upwardly open U-shape along the axial cross-section of the shaft.
Therefore, the U-shaped water containing piece 10 can increase the height of the water containing cavity 11, so that the water containing cavity is provided with a higher inner wall, the installation difficulty is reduced, meanwhile, the direction of water flow is not required to be controlled through the adjustment of the gradient of the vertical shaft water intercepting device 100, only the approximately horizontal opening of the water containing cavity 11 is required to be ensured during installation, the installation is convenient, and the application range is wide.
Alternatively, according to one embodiment of the present application, the water containing segment 10 has a side wall surface connected to the well wall 200 at a higher level than the other side. So can further guarantee the collection effect of drenching water, further avoid the influence life of equipment and facility in the pit shaft when drenching water is great.
In another embodiment of the present application, the drain member 20 is formed as a plastic drain pipe, and the upper end of the drain member 20 communicates with the bottom of the water container 10.
Thus, the drain 20 can smoothly drain the water in the water container 10. The plastic drain pipe has flexible operation, is convenient to install, and has strong durability for high-corrosion mines.
Alternatively, in accordance with yet another embodiment of the present application, the securing member 30 is an expansion bolt, at least a portion of which is inserted through the water containing vessel 10 into the borehole wall 200. The expansion bolts are easy to obtain, and the mode of installing the fixed volume water piece 10 is simpler and more reliable.
In some embodiments of the application, the vertical well bore water intercept apparatus 100 further includes an intercept member 40. The water intercepting member 40 is provided between the water receiving member 10 and the well wall 200 to guide water on the well wall 200 into the water receiving chamber 11.
Specifically, the water intercepting member 40 may be provided at an upper portion of the gap between the water containing member 10 and the well wall 200, and it is not necessary to fill all the gap between the water containing member 10 and the well wall 200.
Thus, the presence of the water interception member 40 can more effectively intercept the upper portion of the shaft shower water, further ensuring that the shower water is collected and drained by the shaft water interception device 100.
In one embodiment of the present application, the intercepting member 40 is installed between the water containing member 10 and the well wall 200 by the fixing member 30, and the upper end of the intercepting member 40 is higher in level than the upper end of the water containing member 10.
Specifically, when the fixing member 30 is provided in plural numbers only at the upper portion of the gap between the water containing member 10 and the well wall 200, but not to fill all the gaps between the water containing member 10 and the well wall 200, a part of the fixing member 30 may pass through both the water containing member 10 and the water containing member 40 to fix the water containing member 10 and the water containing member 40 to the well wall 200, and another part of the fixing member 30 may pass through the remaining part of the water containing member 10, such as the lower portion of the water containing member 10 which is not in contact with the water containing member 40, so as to further fix the water containing member 10, ensuring the stability thereof.
Therefore, the water interception member 40 is simple, flexible and convenient in a fixing manner through the fixing member 30, and the upper end of the water interception member 40 is higher than the upper end of the water containing member 10, so that water on the well wall 200 is conveniently drained into the water containing cavity 11, and the water interception effect is further ensured.
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the application, the water interception member 40 is canvas. Canvas variety can select waterproof, wear-resisting, anticorrosive effectual canvas, and is cheap easily obtained, convenient to use.
In one embodiment of the present application, the vertical shaft water interception device 100 further includes at least one support member 50, the at least one support member 50 is disposed in the water containing chamber 11, and both ends of the at least one support member 50 are respectively connected to two opposite wall surfaces of the water containing member 10. The supporting members 50 may be disposed at a certain interval inside the water containing chamber 11 to reinforce the water containing member 10 without affecting the water intercepting function.
In some embodiments of the present application, the water containing piece 10 is a plastic piece. Specifically, for example, the water containing piece 10 of plastic piece may be machined from a corrosion resistant high density polyethylene material. When the water containing piece 10 of the plastic piece is light in weight and the diameter of the shaft is large, the water containing piece 10 can be processed in multiple sections, and the connection between the sections can avoid the use of welding modes, so that other connection modes which are more convenient and flexible can be selected, and the operation is flexible.
When the vertical shaft water interception device 100 is installed and used, the ground of the vertical shaft water interception device 100 can be divided into a plurality of sections according to the diameter of the vertical shaft, and then the vertical shaft water interception device 100 is transported to the ground to be installed above each horsehead along the periphery of the shaft, and as the water drainage piece 20 is a plastic water drainage pipe, the operation is flexible, the vertical shaft water interception device 100 can be installed close to the highest position of the horsehead, and the whole device is convenient to install, corrosion-resistant and wide in application range.
