When the transmission shaft 23 is pushed to one side of the rotor 11, the limit nut 112 penetrates through the inner hexagonal cavity 231, the inner hexagonal cavity 231 is clamped with the positioning hexagonal nut 111 to realize transmission between the rotor 11 and the transmission shaft 23, at the moment, the limit nut 112 is positioned in the inner hexagonal cavity 231 and plays a role in limiting axial displacement of the positioning hexagonal nut 111, the positioning hexagonal nut 111 is prevented from loosening in the using process of the motor, and meanwhile, the influence of rotation of the limit nut 112 on cooperation between the inner hexagonal cavity 231 and the positioning hexagonal nut 111 is avoided.
As shown in fig. 3, the brake disc set 3 includes a friction disc 32 and a swing block console 33, two swing blocks 331 are hinged on the swing block console 33, the two swing blocks 331 are located at the outer edge of the swing block console 33 and hinged with the swing block console 33, and a tension spring 34 is connected between the two swing blocks 331. When the transmission shaft 23 and the brake shaft are matched to manually rotate the roller shutter door, the sleeve 232 is pulled towards one end far away from the brake disc group 3 to separate the brake pad from the friction disc 32, and the sleeve 232 is loosened under the action of the return spring 233 to realize the braking of the door body, so that dangerous situations possibly caused by accidents are avoided. The sleeve 232 is arranged to ensure the orbital nature of the drive shaft 23 during movement.
The baffle 25 is arranged in the rear shell 2, the baffle 25 comprises a guide hole at the center, and the transmission shaft 23 passes through the guide hole to limit the transmission shaft 23, so that the activity track and the smoothness of connection with the rotor 11 are ensured. The transmission shaft 23 is provided with a manual hexagonal nut 234 at the outer end of the rear housing 2, and the manual hexagonal nut 234 is connected with the transmission shaft 23 through a positioning pin 235. The manual opening of the roller shutter door can be realized by sleeving the electric batch with the manual hexagonal nut 234.
A supporting piece 4 is arranged between the motor casing 1 and the rear casing 2, the supporting piece 4 comprises a containing hole 41, an annular groove 42 is arranged in the containing hole 41, a bearing 43 is arranged in the annular groove 42, a bearing baffle 44 which is matched with the annular groove 42 to limit the displacement of the bearing 43 is arranged at one end of the supporting piece 4, and the rotor 11 passes through the containing hole 41. The bearing 43 limits the end of the rotor 11, counteracts the moment generated at the joint of the end and the driving surface 311, and ensures the position stability of the central axis in the rotation process of the rotor 11. The bearing 43 simultaneously positions the brake disc pack 3. The bearing retainer 44 secures the bearing 43 within the annular groove 42 to limit displacement thereof. The motor shell 1 is internally provided with a motor and a speed reducer which are connected with a rolling door rotating shaft.
