本发明公开了一种净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,涉及洗涤用品技术领域;它包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份~30份,十二烷基硫酸钠20份~25份,羧甲基纤维素钠6份~8份,二乙醇胺6份~10份,焦磷酸钾6份~10份,碱性蛋白酶0.3份~0.6份,香精1份~3份,软化水100份。与现有技术相比,本发明可以解决现有布草清洗用品用量大且容易造成面料纤维韧性下降的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤用品技术领域,尤其是一种净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂。
背景技术
布草属于酒店专业用语,泛指现代酒店里差不多一切跟“布”有关的东西,包含酒店客房床上用品:如床单、被套、枕套、枕芯、被芯、装饰面料等;酒店卫浴产品:如方巾、面巾、浴巾、浴袍等;酒店餐厅用纺织品:如台布、口布、椅套等。酒店对纺织品的洗涤质量与洗涤技术的好差,不仅影响着饭店的服务质量,而且极大地影响着纺织品的使用寿命。由于布草大部份为浅色系的纺织材料,沾染的污渍种类繁多,颜色各异,因此酒店为了将布草残留的污渍尽量去除并降低清洗成本,会使大量的漂白剂进行清洗并加大用量,从而导致了布草的面料纤维韧性下降,易撕裂,影响使用的舒适性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,它可以解决现有布草清洗用品用量大且容易造成面料纤维韧性下降的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份~30份,十二烷基硫酸钠20份~25份,羧甲基纤维素钠6份~8份,二乙醇胺6份~10份,焦磷酸钾6份~10份,碱性蛋白酶0.3份~0.6份,香精1份~3份,软化水100份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:一种净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份,十二烷基硫酸钠20份,羧甲基纤维素钠6份,二乙醇胺6份,焦磷酸钾6份,碱性蛋白酶0.3份,香精1份,软化水100份。
进一步的,一种净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚28份,十二烷基硫酸钠22份,羧甲基纤维素钠7份,二乙醇胺8份,焦磷酸8份,碱性蛋白酶0.5份,香精2份,软化水100份。
进一步的,一种净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30份,十二烷基硫酸钠25份,羧甲基纤维素钠8份,二乙醇胺10份,焦磷酸钾10份,碱性蛋白酶0.6份,香精3份,软化水100份。
进一步的,上述净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述重量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠和软化水分别倒入反应容器搅拌均匀,并加热至50℃~60℃,然后在依次加入羧甲基纤维素钠、二乙醇胺和焦磷酸钾,并搅拌20分钟~30分钟;
B、将步骤A得到的液体在室温下冷却至35℃~40℃,再依次加入碱性蛋白酶和香精,并搅拌15分钟~20分钟;
C、将步骤B得到的液体过滤除杂,即得本净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明采用针对布草的非离子表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂组合,并加入抗污垢再沉积剂羧甲基纤维素钠,并加入二乙醇胺和焦磷酸钾,制备方法简单,提高了单位体积内的有效去污成份,减少了洗涤剂的使用量,性质温和不挥发,易清洗不残留,不但可以深入清洁布草面料纤维,还可保持布草的原色,杀菌去味。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
本实施例的净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份,十二烷基硫酸钠20份,羧甲基纤维素钠6份,二乙醇胺6份,焦磷酸钾6份,碱性蛋白酶0.3份,香精1份,软化水100份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述重量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠和软化水分别倒入反应容器搅拌均匀,并加热至50℃,然后在依次加入羧甲基纤维素钠、二乙醇胺和焦磷酸钾,并搅拌20分钟;
B、将步骤A得到的液体在室温下冷却至35℃,再依次加入碱性蛋白酶和香精,并搅拌15分钟;
C、将步骤B得到的液体过滤除杂,即得本净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂。
实施例2:
本实施例的净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚28份,十二烷基硫酸钠22份,羧甲基纤维素钠7份,二乙醇胺8份,焦磷酸8份,碱性蛋白酶0.5份,香精2份,软化水100份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述重量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠和软化水分别倒入反应容器搅拌均匀,并加热至55℃,然后在依次加入羧甲基纤维素钠、二乙醇胺和焦磷酸钾,并搅拌25分钟;
B、将步骤A得到的液体在室温下冷却至38℃,再依次加入碱性蛋白酶和香精,并搅拌17分钟;
C、将步骤B得到的液体过滤除杂,即得本净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂。
实施例3:
本实施例的净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30份,十二烷基硫酸钠25份,羧甲基纤维素钠8份,二乙醇胺10份,焦磷酸钾10份,碱性蛋白酶0.6份,香精3份,软化水100份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述重量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠和软化水分别倒入反应容器搅拌均匀,并加热至60℃,然后在依次加入羧甲基纤维素钠、二乙醇胺和焦磷酸钾,并搅拌30分钟;
B、将步骤A得到的液体在室温下冷却至40℃,再依次加入碱性蛋白酶和香精,并搅拌20分钟;
C、将步骤B得到的液体过滤除杂,即得本净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂。
实验检测数据:
选择含有各种污渍的酒店布草200公斤,随机分成4组,每组50公斤,分别使用本发明实施例1至3制备完成的净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,和常规洗涤剂进行反复清洗5次,清洗完成后分别对洗涤剂用量、污渍去除率、色彩还原率、和纤维韧性的断裂发生率进行检测,检测结果如下表:

1.一种净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,其特征在于包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份~30份,十二烷基硫酸钠20份~25份,羧甲基纤维素钠6份~8份,二乙醇胺6份~10份,焦磷酸钾6份~10份,碱性蛋白酶0.3份~0.6份,香精1份~3份,软化水100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,其特征在于包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚25份,十二烷基硫酸钠20份,羧甲基纤维素钠6份,二乙醇胺6份,焦磷酸钾6份,碱性蛋白酶0.3份,香精1份,软化水100份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,其特征在于包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚28份,十二烷基硫酸钠22份,羧甲基纤维素钠7份,二乙醇胺8份,焦磷酸8份,碱性蛋白酶0.5份,香精2份,软化水100份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,其特征在于包括由以下重量份的原料混合而成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚30份,十二烷基硫酸钠25份,羧甲基纤维素钠8份,二乙醇胺10份,焦磷酸钾10份,碱性蛋白酶0.6份,香精3份,软化水100份。
5.根据权利要求1至4所述的净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂,其特征在于制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将上述重量份的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基硫酸钠和软化水分别倒入反应容器搅拌均匀,并加热至50℃~60℃,然后在依次加入羧甲基纤维素钠、二乙醇胺和焦磷酸钾,并搅拌20分钟~30分钟;
B、将步骤A得到的液体在室温下冷却至35℃~40℃,再依次加入碱性蛋白酶和香精,并搅拌15分钟~20分钟;
C、将步骤B得到的液体过滤除杂,即得本净白浓缩型布草洗涤剂。
