Abstract

一种扩散片,包括扩散片本体,涂覆在扩散片本体正面的正涂层,涂覆在扩散片本体背面的背涂层。本扩散片通过将扩散片选用合适的材料,在扩散片正面和背面分别镀上正涂层、背涂层,得到扩散片扩散效果比普通扩散片高出10%‑15%,同时材料廉价易得,节约成本。

本发明涉及材料技术领域,具体涉及一种扩散片。
背景技术
扩散片是背光模组组成之一,扩散板(Diffuser)也有人叫它扩散片,主要功能为显示器提供一个均匀的面光源。基材需选择光透过率高的材料如PET/PC/PMMA。一般传统的扩散膜主要是在扩散膜基材中,加入一颗颗的化学颗粒,作为散射粒子,而现有之扩散板其微粒子分散在树指层之间,所以光缐在经过扩散层时会不断的再两个折射率相异的介质中穿过,在此同时光缐就会发生许多折射、反射与散射的现象,如此便造成了光学扩散的效果。但是现有扩散片性能依然不能满足要求。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题,提供一种扩散片。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种扩散片,包括扩散片本体,涂覆在扩散片本体正面的正涂层,涂覆在扩散片本体背面的背涂层。
所述扩散片本体由以下重量份的原料组成:
环氧树脂3-5份,聚环氧乙烷10-20份,聚丙烯腈纤维11-13份,聚酰胺2-6份,聚丁二烯-丙烯腈4-5份,聚芳砜5-7份,三醋酸纤维素3-5份,聚丙烯酸丁酯2-4份,丙烯酸乙酯共聚物5-8份。
优选的,所述扩散片本体由以下重量份的原料组成:
环氧树脂4份,聚环氧乙烷15份,聚丙烯腈纤维12份,聚酰胺4份,聚丁二烯-丙烯腈4份,聚芳砜6份,三醋酸纤维素4份,聚丙烯酸丁酯3份,丙烯酸乙酯共聚物6份。
所述正涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
石棉纤维2-3份,珠光粉6-10份,果冻蜡5-8份,云母粉4-6份,钛白粉5-8份,石墨烯5-8份,立德粉3-5份。
所述背涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
浮油松香2-2.5份,瓷粉0.5-1.2份,聚乙烯45-55份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂5-8份,虫胶1.5-2.5份,蜜蜡1.2-1.8份,滑石粉0.6-1.4份。
所述扩散片本体、正涂层、背涂层厚度比为(10-20):1:1。
本发明的有益效果为:本扩散片通过将扩散片选用合适的材料,在扩散片正面和背面分别镀上正涂层、背涂层,得到扩散片扩散效果比普通扩散片高出10%-15%,同时材料廉价易得,节约成本。

实施例1
一种扩散片,包括扩散片本体,涂覆在扩散片本体正面的正涂层,涂覆在扩散片本体背面的背涂层。
所述扩散片本体由以下重量份的原料组成:
环氧树脂3份,聚环氧乙烷10份,聚丙烯腈纤维11份,聚酰胺2份,聚丁二烯-丙烯腈4份,聚芳砜5份,三醋酸纤维素3份,聚丙烯酸丁酯2份,丙烯酸乙酯共聚物5份。
所述正涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
石棉纤维2-3份,珠光粉6-10份,果冻蜡5-8份,云母粉4-6份,钛白粉5-8份,石墨烯5-8份,立德粉3-5份。
所述背涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
浮油松香2-2.5份,瓷粉0.5-1.2份,聚乙烯45-55份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂5-8份,虫胶1.5-2.5份,蜜蜡1.2-1.8份,滑石粉0.6-1.4份。
所述扩散片本体、正涂层、背涂层厚度比为(10-20):1:1。

一种扩散片,包括扩散片本体,涂覆在扩散片本体正面的正涂层,涂覆在扩散片本体背面的背涂层。
所述扩散片本体由以下重量份的原料组成:
环氧树脂4份,聚环氧乙烷15份,聚丙烯腈纤维12份,聚酰胺4份,聚丁二烯-丙烯腈4份,聚芳砜6份,三醋酸纤维素4份,聚丙烯酸丁酯3份,丙烯酸乙酯共聚物6份。
所述正涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
石棉纤维2-3份,珠光粉6-10份,果冻蜡5-8份,云母粉4-6份,钛白粉5-8份,石墨烯5-8份,立德粉3-5份。
所述背涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:

一种扩散片,包括扩散片本体,涂覆在扩散片本体正面的正涂层,涂覆在扩散片本体背面的背涂层。
所述扩散片本体由以下重量份的原料组成:
环氧树脂5份,聚环氧乙烷20份,聚丙烯腈纤维13份,聚酰胺6份,聚丁二烯-丙烯腈5份,聚芳砜7份,三醋酸纤维素5份,聚丙烯酸丁酯4份,丙烯酸乙酯共聚物8份。
所述正涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
石棉纤维2-3份,珠光粉6-10份,果冻蜡5-8份,云母粉4-6份,钛白粉5-8份,石墨烯5-8份,立德粉3-5份。
所述背涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
浮油松香2-2.5份,瓷粉0.5-1.2份,聚乙烯45-55份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂5-8份,虫胶1.5-2.5份,蜜蜡1.2-1.8份,滑石粉0.6-1.4份。
所述扩散片本体、正涂层、背涂层厚度比为(10-20):1:1。

1.一种扩散片,其特征在于,包括扩散片本体,涂覆在扩散片本体正面的正涂层,涂覆在扩散片本体背面的背涂层。
2.如权利要求1所述的扩散片,其特征在于,所述扩散片本体由以下重量份的原料组成:
环氧树脂3-5份,聚环氧乙烷10-20份,聚丙烯腈纤维11-13份,聚酰胺2-6份,聚丁二烯-丙烯腈4-5份,聚芳砜5-7份,三醋酸纤维素3-5份,聚丙烯酸丁酯2-4份,丙烯酸乙酯共聚物5-8份。
3.如权利要求1所述的扩散片,其特征在于,所述扩散片本体由以下重量份的原料组成:
环氧树脂4份,聚环氧乙烷15份,聚丙烯腈纤维12份,聚酰胺4份,聚丁二烯-丙烯腈4份,聚芳砜6份,三醋酸纤维素4份,聚丙烯酸丁酯3份,丙烯酸乙酯共聚物6份。
4.如权利要求1所述的扩散片,其特征在于,所述正涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
石棉纤维2-3份,珠光粉6-10份,果冻蜡5-8份,云母粉4-6份,钛白粉5-8份,石墨烯5-8份,立德粉3-5份。
5.如权利要求1所述的扩散片,其特征在于,所述背涂层由以下重量份的原料组成:
浮油松香2-2.5份,瓷粉0.5-1.2份,聚乙烯45-55份,丙烯腈-苯乙烯树脂5-8份,虫胶1.5-2.5份,蜜蜡1.2-1.8份,滑石粉0.6-1.4份。
6.如权利要求1至5任一所述的扩散片,其特征在于,所述扩散片本体、正涂层、背涂层厚度比为(10-20):1:1。
