本发明公开了一种沉香茶袋单排布料装置，包括机架、提升送料带、高压气喷管、沉香茶袋单个滑出槽和沉香茶袋放置池，提升送料带上间隔分布有沉香茶袋挡条，所述沉香茶袋放置池设在机架上，提升送料带从沉香茶袋放置池中穿过，沉香茶袋单个滑出槽设在机架的一侧，高压气喷管设在机架的另一侧，并且与沉香茶袋单个滑出槽的入料口相对应，高压气喷管通过导气管与高压气源连接。由于采用上述的结构形式，由于增设了导料块，可使沉香茶袋单排按序被吹入沉香茶袋单个滑出槽。

背景技术
现有的沉香茶袋采用手工布料，工作效率低、劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种工作效率高、劳动强度低的沉香茶袋单排布料装置。
为实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：
沉香茶袋单排布料装置，包括机架、提升送料带、高压气喷管、沉香茶袋单个滑出槽和沉香茶袋放置池，所述机架的上端与下端分别设有滚轴，所述提升送料带设在滚轴上，所述提升送料带上间隔分布有沉香茶袋挡条，所述沉香茶袋放置池设在机架上，提升送料带从沉香茶袋放置池中穿过，沉香茶袋单个滑出槽设在机架的一侧，高压气喷管设在机架的另一侧，并且与沉香茶袋单个滑出槽的入料口相对应，高压气喷管通过导气管与高压气源连接；所述机架上设有倾斜的导料块，导料块与提升送料带的带面平行且位于提升送料带的上方，所述导料块的一端固定在机架上，导料块的另一端为自由端，与机架的侧边有一定的间隙。
本发明的有益效果：由于采用上述的结构，具有工作效率高、劳动强度低的特点；由于采用上述的结构形式，由于增设了导料块，可使沉香茶袋单排按序被吹入沉香茶袋单个滑出槽。

如图1、2所示，沉香茶袋单排布料装置，包括机架1、提升送料带2、高压气喷管3、沉香茶袋单个滑出槽4和沉香茶袋放置池5，所述机架1的上端与下端分别设有滚轴6和滚轴7，所述提升送料带2设在滚轴6和滚轴7上，所述提升送料带2上间隔分布有沉香茶袋挡条8，所述沉香茶袋放置池5设在机架1上，提升送料带2从沉香茶袋放置池5中穿过，沉香茶袋单个滑出槽4设在机架1的一侧，高压气喷管3设在机架1的另一侧，并且与沉香茶袋单个滑出槽4的入料口相对应，高压气喷管3通过导气管9与高压气源连接；机架1上设有3个倾斜的导料块10，3个导料块10沿着提升送料带2间隔分布。导料块10与提升送料带2的带面平行且位于提升送料带2的上方，所述导料块10的一端固定在机架1上，导料块10的另一端为自由端，与机架1的侧边有一定的间隙。

1.一种沉香茶袋单排布料装置，其特征在于：包括机架、提升送料带、高压气喷管、沉香茶袋单个滑出槽和沉香茶袋放置池，所述机架的上端与下端分别设有滚轴，所述提升送料带设在滚轴上，所述提升送料带上间隔分布有沉香茶袋挡条，所述沉香茶袋放置池设在机架上，提升送料带从沉香茶袋放置池中穿过，沉香茶袋单个滑出槽设在机架的一侧，高压气喷管设在机架的另一侧，并且与沉香茶袋单个滑出槽的入料口相对应，高压气喷管通过导气管与高压气源连接；所述机架上设有倾斜的导料块，导料块与提升送料带的带面平行且位于提升送料带的上方，所述导料块的一端固定在机架上，导料块的另一端为自由端，与机架的侧边有一定的间隙。
